12/04/2025: We order the pizza at 7.30pm, we are told that the delivery would take place at 8.15pm. At 8.30pm, understanding that since it is Saturday there might be a delay, we decide to call for information. We were told that "there is a 30 minute margin", so the time indicated is only indicative. At this point I ask myself: why not communicate it right away? Or, why not indicate 8.45pm directly? The fact is that at 8.45pm the pizza still hadn't arrived. At 8.44pm we make a second call to ask for an update and are told, in an unprofessional tone, that "it hasn't been half an hour yet". Pizza arrives at 9pm. In addition to the delay, it is also wrong: we had ordered two devils, one normal and one lactose-free with added potatoes. There are no potatoes and it is not even possible to distinguish which of the two was the lactose-free one. As if that wasn't enough, they charged us for an extra Coca-Cola that we hadn't ordered and which, obviously, never arrived. We call again to complain about the service. We were promised a €10 refund which fortunately arrived. During the call, the owner even allowed himself to reply: "Okay, do you want to continue complaining and let the pizza get cold?" In summary: we will never order again, we will not recommend it to everyone. Terrible experience, embarrassing service. Could it have been an isolated case? Perhaps. But the error handling was terrible to say the least

24/03/2025: Pranzo sano e nutriente con alimenti controllati da coltivazione biologica. Molto frequentato ma comunque tranquillo e non confusionario anche se il locale ha dimensioni contenute.
