08/11/2025: Today, Saturday evening, I just finished eating, or rather, I left a slice of Margherita pizza half-finished because I couldn't finish it because the dough inside the pizza was still raw. A truly awful slice of pizza, I think no further comments are necessary. I called the waitress and had the plate and what was left of the pizza taken away. No one came to ask for an explanation or to justify themselves to the customer. The Spontini pizzeria was full at this time on a Saturday evening, but this cannot justify the indifference of the staff or the manager, who is due if he returned the pizza with the customer's negative comment and no one came to ask me for an explanation. Evidently, numbers are more important than quality and no one cares as long as people come anyway.
