30/12/2024: I go here today around 12 to buy a piece of takeaway pizza for lunch. Empty place but I wait several minutes in front of the cash register before the employee serves me (despite having seen me she continued to talk to her colleague. ...I almost wanted to apologize for having interrupted her!!!). I order a large cooked one. I pay and upon collection I am served a margherita. I ask the shop assistant if she had marked the cotto for me and in a very arrogant way she replies "you ordered a margherita!" and I reply that I asked for a cooked one but this VERY NICE sales assistant repeats "you told me margherita!". Given that I have never bought a margherita pizza in my life and I would never have thought of doing so today, I took the pizza just as the shop assistant had decided that I should eat it today. I'm sorry that this sales assistant was able to respond in a very arrogant way to a customer even though the mistake was hers, but was unable to take a banal order that falls within the tasks for which she is paid. The order in question was very short and with a queue, in service today at 12.09pm (time of my receipt). I hope that measures are taken against the rudeness of this sales assistant and that it is also explained to her that she must use the "you" with her sister, not with customers. A compliment goes to the boy who prepared the pizzas, very friendly and helpful.
