10/02/2026: We were passing through Mandello del Lario and stopped at this restaurant for a bite to eat! There were two adults and three small children, and despite the mess our kids made, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommended! The waiter, Gerry, was a wonderful person!

16/01/2026: A punk place, but with hard rock food!! The ambiance, the records, the guitars, and the memorabilia on the walls are punk. The food is hard rock: nothing innovative but well-made, traditional classics but timeless and always enjoyable. We had a very good and filling casserole and a huge rib-eye steak on the bone, very rare. Maybe almost too rare, but we're rockers, we're not going to let a slightly more Ozzy-esque cooking stop us. Excellent desserts, super attentive service, and a kids' menu that our nanny loved. Oh, and the price is also punk. €80 for 2+1, including wine, desserts, and coffee. The best thing about this place is its value for money. The food is excellent: maybe not the absolute best, okay, but at these prices, who cares. Great place to relax with family, break up a trip, save the evening if you're too late to go home for dinner... For countless occasions. Anytime you want to eat as good as at home (if not even better), without spending a fortune. Best place in Lecco, straight away, for me.

02/02/2026: I come to this restaurant often and it never disappoints! My family and I had a pleasant evening: very good food, delicate flavors, and fresh ingredients. The beetroot risotto was spectacular! The staff is very kind and helpful. The prices are very competitive: we spent just under €30 per person, including cover charge, appetizer, first course, dessert, coffee, and soft drinks. Highly recommended!

08/10/2025: Some of the best-tasting ice cream in Northern Italy! The waffle cone is the classic choice, but it's a big plus that you can also have your ice cream served in a paper cup. The shop interior was clean, which gave a good feeling about hygiene. My friend, who is learning Italian, was able to practice with the staff, and I found it very positive that the seller spoke clear Italian, making it easy to understand. My personal favorite was pistachio – absolutely heavenly! The other flavors we tried were also rich and delicious. The place is easy to reach by car, although finding a parking spot can sometimes be a challenge. Grab your ice cream and walk across the road to the lakeside – the perfect combo of taste and view! --- One of the best ice creams in Northern Italy! The cone is the traditional choice, but it is a great advantage that you can also have ice cream in a cardboard cup. The inside of the shop was very clean, which gave a good impression of hygiene. My friend, who's learning Italian, was able to speak to the staff, and I found it very helpful that the sales assistant spoke clear and understandable Italian. My favorite flavor was pistachio—simply divine! The other flavors we tried were also creamy and delicious. It's easy to get there by car, though finding parking can sometimes be a challenge. I recommend getting your gelato and crossing the street to enjoy it by the lake—the perfect combination of flavor and view!

18/01/2026: Today is the first time I've been here at Ronco and what can I say, I was speechless.... a beautiful view of Lake Lecco.... a breathtaking farmhouse.... with a menu prepared with seasonal products and products of their own production.... super good... simple staff and giving all the explanations about their dishes.... what can I say, trying is believing...... excellent score.... 🥂🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

18/01/2026: Nice place, easily reachable on foot, good quality food, friendly staff. The only flaw is the slowness, it takes about 3 hours for lunch.

08/03/2026: Near Lecco, hidden behind a bridge. The dining room is inside a large glass building with a few well-spaced tables. The menu offers a limited selection, but the quality/price ratio is good. Reservations are required because once the room is full, they won't accept anyone else, either before or after.

17/02/2026: A welcoming and spacious restaurant in the center of Milan's Duomo district. Family-run, run by professional and friendly staff. Renowned for its fresh fish, I opted for the baked stuffed artichoke with potato and the Milanese cutlet with sautéed spinach, which was delicious. The sautéed potatoes were also excellent. The wine list is good. The highlight is the selection of desserts. The panna cotta with berries is a must-try.

11/02/2026: Loved it! Attention Americans: breathe in and simply enjoy the experience. Service may not be quick, but service works. So do NOT complain about the speed of service. Set your expectations in advance. We were here for our first time today and we reserved to come back in two days. It’s a great restaurant. It’s now on our list of top favorites.
