28/03/2024: Ho scoperto questa pasticceria circa 5 anni fa e da allora, per ogni ricorrenza mi affido a loro per la torta ai 3 cioccolati: semplicemente divina! Inoltre sono gentili e disponibili. Il locale è molto bello e raffinato. Lo consiglio vivamente!

06/03/2024: Negative experience, they open at 8, it's already late for a bar, I arrived at 8.5 and I was told that the croissants would take 5 minutes. Entering a pastry shop and finding the counter empty is truly sad. Then the icing on the cake is that if a person goes in the afternoon for a snack it is not possible because the cafeteria is closed. If this is the way to work I leave the answer to you. The owners should go to Milan to see how it works

16/03/2024: The closing time on Saturday evening indicated on Google is 11.30pm, I show up at 11.12pm in front of the ice cream shop and the door is slammed in my face, complete with the key being turned. I try to knock and am ignored. It's not even about rudeness or inhospitality but about being refractory towards customers and people. Really frustrating experience.

17/09/2023: Ho recentemente cenato al ristorante "Al Solito Posto" e l'esperienza è stata più che positiva. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, la cucina deliziosa con ingredienti freschi e la varietà nel menu ha accontentato tutti i gusti. L'atmosfera è accogliente e familiare. Sicuramente un posto da consigliare e in cui tornare!

07/03/2024: I have no idea why people are not fimiliar with this place i have tried different gelatos from all over italy venice rome milano but this is the best gelatos i have ever had the fordi late and the pistachio are so fresh and out of this world wooooooooooow

18/09/2023: Di passaggio in centro abbiamo voluto assaporare il gelato di questa cremeria,personalmente posso giudicare buona l'esperienza(ottimo il cioccolato fondente).Lo consiglio vivamente.

28/11/2023: Ero stato qui qualche anno fa e, un po' deluso in confronto alle aspettative che mi aveva creato il gambero rosso lo avevo giudicato "sopravvalutato". Ritornato ad Ottobre complice il rolli days ho assaggiato il pistacchio salato e devo dire che è commovente!!! Bravi . Rivedo il mio giudizio in "eccellente".

23/09/2023: Väldigt fin lokal med hemmagjord glass, Vi köpte en bägare med 4 smaker som vi delade på. Vi fick massor av glass som räckte mer än väl till 2 personer. Glassen är krämig men smakerna är mesiga/dova och det nästan inte att särskilja smakerna.

16/02/2024: Serata san Valentino , direi nulla da eccepire tutto perfetto! Menu da ristorante stellato! Ambiente ottimo per serate romantiche.

26/12/2023: Decidiamo per il pranzo di Natale in questo ristorante all'interno del Grand Hotel Bristol, poiché ne avevamo sentito parlare bene. Menù fisso ad 85 euro vini e spumanti compresi. SOLDI SPESI BENISSIMO!!! Eravamo in cinque ed abbiamo cercato difetti (anche piccoli) sulla nostra esperienza. NIENTE DA FARE..! Dal personale di sala, allo staff di cucina TUTTO PERFETTO! Menù raffinato e ben studiato. Camerieri ben preparati. AMBIENTE FIABESCO E STORICO poiché l'Hotel è rimasto uguale a fine '800. Quindi un museo della Genova antica, ma usufruibile in tutto. Frequentabile per ogni occasione. P.s. perfetto anche per carrozzine a rotelle. Arredi d'epoca sontuosi! Gestito BENISSIMO!

28/02/2024: I got a pizza with only tomato, basically a marinara €4, with the addition of sausage, I spent 7.50, or I could say I got a pizza with sausage, €7 but without mozzarella, it still cost 7.50. It seemed a bit excessive both in terms of price and attitude, I pointed out this blunder, she was perplexed and convinced of what she had said. Then I understood that the price depends on the situation. Furthermore, looking at the pizza poster, the price of the extra ingredients is not specified, in fact it is cancelled. This already makes you understand the seriousness, the seriousness is now only for a few and they do not fall into this circle. I'm really disappointed how these people can still work.

I was served by a lady who I believe to be the owner... rude... impatient and hasty... it seemed like she was giving me a please serve me…holy I had a bad day…. I grew up in a shop and learned that courtesy and good humor always made the difference
