18/12/2024: It was Saturday evening, it was raining, it was cold and few businesses were still open in Sutri, we followed the signs, following a small road that took us to the inn which from the outside also looked closed; only upon entering did the beauty of the inn open up to us, from the lit fireplace, where we stayed for a while to warm up, to all the characteristics of this place that welcomed us like a home; we ate well, spent the right amount on average, we relaxed, we had a good time, that's what counts. When possible, we will definitely return.

15/12/2024: A restaurant where I always return willingly, the trip from Rome is worth it. The place is warm and welcoming, the cuisine with typical dishes is very refined, the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. It's a pleasure every time I return.
