23/06/2026: A truly excellent experience! I ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant, perfect for a quiet evening. Kudos to all the staff; I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

12/06/2026: Dining at Up Feel Home, as UP is now called, is—allow me the bold comparison—a bit like treating yourself to an evening at a spa. I've described the welcome, discretion, and kindness of the staff many times, but over the years it's always the same, yet always differently enjoyable. The menu's homepage shows a cloche revealing a profoundly evolved venue, and to better understand this evolution, my wife and I chose the tasting menu at the chef's discretion. The end result was truly delightful. Beef meatball to start, egg in purgatory with a tomato coulis, parmesan foam, and truly delicious crispy bacon, cuttlefish with cardoncelli mushrooms, pea gel, and roast sauce that deserves a special mention, as does the "Sentiero," a cappelletti stuffed with venison with gorgonzola and coffee sauce. Then there's the exceptionally prepared eggplant, and to finish, a macaron filled with locally sourced ricotta, chocolate, and a delicious tartlet. I personally accompanied the journey with glasses chosen by the sommelier, and here too I was pleasantly surprised by tasting Burgundy wines with a killer Pinot Noir finish. The mentions aside. Explosions of flavors, completely different from one another. The truly masterfully prepared cuttlefish literally melted in the mouth, and after forking it with the crispy mushroom, the pea cream, and mopping it up in the roast sauce, it left a flavorful, delicate taste in the mouth, with a truly surprising explosion of sauce at the end. The cappelletto. I love roe deer as much as I do gorgonzola, but that doesn't affect my judgment. Exceptional. Calling the dish a "Path" is the exact description. Strong flavors, yes, but decisive and intense, which, combined with the long cooking of the roe deer, make this dish truly excellent. I forgot to mention the eggplant, a sort of parmigiana/pie with an incredible flavor, and the delicate sea bass. Congratulations, Cristian, and congratulations to the staff. The evolution I mentioned at the beginning is visible and palpable. A restaurant that certainly stands out in a challenging area like Velletri, but one that deserves attention, consideration, and respect. For the commitment, the work, the dedication, and the attention to even the smallest details. And thank you again for a beautiful and enjoyable evening. I've been here many times, and it gets better each time. The food, the staff, the atmosphere... everything is excellent. Well done.

25/06/2026: If you're looking for authentic traditional cuisine in Velletri, this place is a guarantee. The restaurant is intimate and quaint, the amatriciana is simply excellent, and the staff is super friendly. Fair prices and top quality. Highly recommended!

21/06/2026: Truly fantastic, impeccable service, not to mention the food, which is indescribable. I called them on Saturday, June 20th, and they weren't supposed to offer the unlimited Roman cuisine menu, but they were fantastic and made it happen anyway. We ate like there was no tomorrow. Thank you so much. Lastly, everything was delicious, but their carbonara was WOW!

09/08/2026: Let's start by saying that the menu has gone from €29.90 to €32.90, with bottles of water for €3 and bottles of wine (for meals) for €20. We enter and are told to go to the buffet first, pick what we want, and then, by turning the card from red to green, the meat begins to arrive at our table. The buffet is nothing to write home about, with plenty of excellent dishes in terms of variety and quality. After we turn the card from red to green, we wait a long time, watching the meat come out in closed containers that go around to everyone at the table. We are always served after everyone else, even though there were tables that arrived after us, and we are left with the feeling of eating what's left over from other tables while waiting in agonizing anticipation.

07/08/2026: Santa Carne, Velletri 🥩 Went in hungry, left in a meat coma — worth every cent of the €32,90. Format is genius honestly: green card up means keep it coming, red means stop, and that's it. No awkward flagging down waiters, no menu decisions, just a steady stream of meat hitting your table. Terrace is gorgeous too — old stone walls, ivy everywhere, that warm night-in-Lazio kind of atmosphere. They ease you in with cold cuts, cheese, potato wedges, a crispy croquette, and this ragù pasta that honestly could've been a meal on its own — good move to slow people down before the meat train starts. Then it's go time. Coffee and mustard crusted chicken was the surprise of the night, didn't expect that combo to work but it did. Picanha, black Angus, ribeye — all sliced right at the table off the hot plate, and the doneness was actually consistent every single round, which for a place doing this much volume is not easy to pull off. Real marbling on the ribeye too, none of that watery supermarket stuff. Little things stood out — their own branded olive oil on the table instead of some random bottle, and a wine list that was way better than I expected for an all-you-can-eat spot. As a chef, what got me was the consistency. Anyone can throw meat on a grill, but keeping quality and timing dialed in across that many tables, that many rounds — that's kitchen discipline. Coming back for sure, and dragging the crew next time.
