ottate in the Apulian countryside where grandmothers and aunts kneaded and fried in a pot over a wood fire.
Go and try it! The quality of the raw materials and the knowledge and care in the processing are truly noteworthy.

10/06/2025: I am Venezolana living in Madrid and every time I come to Rome yes or yes, I want to go to this place! Amazing experience! The food is no longer rich. There are various Italian plates, and everything was spectacular.
The attention was 10,000/10, super friendly, attentive and with an energy that makes you feel at home.
Without doubt, I will return a few more times. Highly recommended!

An incredible experience! The food is truly delicious, every bite makes you feel like you are in Italy. I tried the pizza and several Italian dishes, and it was all spectacular.
The service was 10,000/10, super friendly, attentive and with an energy that makes you feel at home.
Without a doubt, I will return a thousand times again. Highly recommended!

27/05/2025: It's the second time that I go to this pastry shop and in addition to the fact that they are very kind they knew how to satisfy me, the first time on a cake ordered was excellent the second on some tiles were delicious, the only thing the prices of the pastries I found them a bit expensive. Anyway I will return

31/05/2025: A landslide victory for the burgers, the best in Pomezia. The selection of sandwiches is wide and the quality can be perceived from the choice of ingredients, such as the meat, very tasty. The service is fast and the fried foods are good. The craft beers are also excellent, and there is no shortage of them. I also tried the delivery. I recommend it as a first choice for burgers: an authentic alternative to the numerous commercial chains present in the area. Choosing and supporting small businesses like this is important, to avoid the risk of seeing them disappear and finding yourself surrounded only by fast food.

30/06/2025: The room was clean, everything was in order.
The service was terrible. The staff was not polite or attentive.
There was no food at all for breakfast. Everything was gone except bread and lemonade.
The coffee was brought out so slowly that it was impossible to wait.
They brought out fruit. The bananas were green and tart, it would have been better if they hadn't brought it out.
You can stay overnight, but without breakfast. They take orders for 50 people here, and they serve breakfast for 10.
