06/01/2025: My husband, I and my parents ate at this restaurant today 05/01 and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good appetizer, especially the fried artichokes served with their sour cherry balsamic vinegar; the first courses were superlative and a worthy mention goes to their tuna and thrombolotto "carbonara": a pasta very rich not only in ingredients, but in aromas and textures. Cannolo with ricotta like we have never eaten in our lives and cantucci to be dunked in a wine modified by the owner with the addition of sour cherry syrup and whole sour cherries, offered together with a grappa. In this regard, it should be underlined that the owners, husband and wife, know how to welcome as if we were friends in their home. Furthermore, she exchanges pleasant chats with customers and is uniquely helpful and kind. Prices absolutely normal. We will certainly return, perhaps in the summer in their garden and we truly recommend it to everyone.
06/01/2025: Pranzare da Angela Concu e Fabio Stivali al ristorante "Simposio Gastronomia Storica Sermonetana", è sempre un'esperienza appagante. L'ambiente è accogliente, il personale è attento ed i proprietari sono sempre gentili, presenti e pronti a accompagnare i commensali nella degustazione dei piatti. Il loro prodotto di punta, da provare assolutamente, è il Trombolotto (condimento a base di olio, limone sermonetani e spezie profumate) ma anche le altre loro creazioni non sono da meno. Cito, solo per incuriosire, la bottarga all'armagnac, le visciole anch'esse all'armagnac, l'aceto balsamico ....
Il menù è semplice ma tutte le materie prime sono di ottima qualità.
I vini proposti provengono principalmente da cantine del territorio.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che buono.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina.

19/01/2025: We went to Sermoneta for the polenta festival on January 19th. The square is very characteristic with the giant cauldrons full of polenta mixed by polenta masters. Then we decided to eat at this restaurant booked the previous day. The hostess and her staff are exceptional. They always asked us in rotation how lunch was going. With a fixed menu of €25 we ate polenta with meat sauce and buffalo stew with pistachio with a side of potatoes and salad. All complemented by coffee, bread and water. Everything excellent. The meat was delicious. Congratulations to all the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

06/01/2025: Dopo che ci siamo stati a Santo Stefano siamo venuti in questa graziosa Trattoria oggi il giorno della befana . I proprietari sono sempre gentili e accorti al minimo particolare . Le pietanze sono da classificare SUPER pertanto non ppssiamo dire che ritoneremo ad assaggiare altri piatti a presto
18/12/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia amica pranzando il sabato da Elena . Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito , il cibo saporito e delizioso , porzioni sono abbondanti . Antonella molto simpatica e spiritosa . Grazie per la gentilezza e ospitalità !!!

28/08/2024: Mai più. Mi sono recata in questa pizzeria su suggerimento di una mia collega ma non tornerò mai più in quel posto. Mi siedo coca zero non ne abbiamo, cameriera poco preparata che non sa nemmeno elencarmi le pizze fuori menù. Ma vabbè aspettiamo la pizza. Arriva la pizza fina ok ma bruciata, un carbone con verdure crude e tre fette contate di un prosciutto crudo preso in busta sottovuoto e fatto per giunta cuocere al punto da farlo divenire un cartone anch’esso. Irripetibile. Ho pagato ringraziato e sono andata via, ma non era niente al posto giusto ne tanto meno la pizza.
