31/07/2025: Another place I chose at random during my vacation. After trekking in Piancavallo, I was just hungry. The set lunch menu put me off right away, especially since there weren't many vegetarian options, but the vegetable and side dish buffet and the pasta portion that arrived dispelled any doubts.
Friendly staff, lunch outside. Recommended!

10/09/2025: It was my first time at Fermento in Sacile, and it was a special experience right from the start: the smell of freshly baked bread wafts from the end of the street and accompanies you all the way to the door. The bread is crispy and fragrant, truly well-made. I also tried the one with raisins and chocolate: a delicious surprise, soft and rich in flavor. A place that knows how to win you over from the first bite!

19/08/2025: Found by chance, a great find. Beautiful and delicious dishes. If I can make a small criticism, a little more quantity wouldn't have gone amiss. The food, however, was truly tasty! €45 for two, two dishes, half a glass of water, half a glass of wine, and two coffees.

07/09/2025: Found it by chance after a day in Rivolto for the 65th anniversary of the Frecce Tricolori... We needed a pizzeria on the way home to the province of Milan. Excellent pizza, perfect service despite the time, kind and helpful staff.

25/08/2025: I've stayed here several times for several days while working in the area. The common areas appear to be good, but the rooms are all quite dated. The location is excellent, close to Casarsa della Delizia, but it could use a major renovation. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant hasn't been tested, although it's popular with locals.

It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat a starter and a side dish, despite the restaurant only having 5 or 6 tables occupied.
Decent food.
Price in line with other restaurants in the area.
Not recommended if you have little time for your lunch break.

23/09/2025: I tried to make a dinner reservation by calling three weeks in advance, and they told me it was too early and to call back the following Tuesday. I called the following week and was told again to call the week after that. I called the following week, on Tuesday, trying to make a reservation for Friday, and they told me they were fully booked.
Simply embarrassing.
14/09/2025: We discovered this place because it was chosen as a wedding venue. The lunch was fantastic, everything prepared with care and with delicious, authentic flavors. I also want to thank the venue for their attentiveness to me, as I had requested a vegetarian menu, and they prepared fantastic alternatives. Thank you so much for your care and attention! ❤️
