In five other bars in Maniago I paid for 50 ml of bottled mineral water. I comment that it seems expensive to me. The boy replies that it seems expensive to him too. I insist that elsewhere in the town a 50 ml costs even 40 ml and he replies: it's because of inflation. I pay because I'm an idiot, and I had to insist on the receipt which, by chance, the economist had missed the inflation! I felt like I was being taken for a ride by a boy with an excellent sense of humor but no shame or sense of manners. And also a tax evader. Congratulations to whoever educated him.) It is not advisable to go from the bar to the bottegon of Andea Pittau, son of Giampietro Pittau.

In a market that often sacrifices quality for savings, here they still choose to focus on authentic flavor. Recommended for: Dinners with friends, family gatherings, or a quiet evening. Note: We hope the management continues along this path, as it represents a rarity in the area when it comes to authenticity.
09/02/2026: Excellent, I came in with an absurd request. 😅 They were super fast 😱. Really good food, very well decorated place, and very friendly waitresses. From the outside, as the name suggests, you wouldn't even give it a cent, but once inside, it's quite the opposite. Great place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

13/02/2026: I found the way it was managed very superficially and confusing. The room didn't have a standard mini-fridge, nor was there a card holder. And the bathroom was only equipped for one person (towels, etc.), while there were two of us. The breakfast was TERRIBLE, and I'll stop there. When we returned to the room at 9:10, we found the cleaning lady inside resetting the room, oblivious to the check-out time of 10:30, and to our personal belongings being exposed. If I'm mistaken, it's unacceptable that upon seeing that we still had our bags and personal effects, she didn't immediately leave the room; instead, she stayed inside. I do not recommend Overall, I strongly advise against it.

07/12/2025: I was there a few days ago! Ordered a tea, a decaf, and an aperitif. Tea in a large cup with a coffee saucer... Unstable, it didn't fit on top. The staff replied, "I don't have any more 😳." I can understand in the morning, but at 4:30 pm... sad aperitif in a water glass and without a measly little plate of crisps or peanuts or an olive! Very sad!!!!!
20/11/2025: It's a bar and pizzeria. I came in for a toasted sandwich, but after seeing the fantastic pizzas, I was hooked. Delicious, tasty, and amazing. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind and the service is fast. Excellent. And parking is no problem; you can find it everywhere. ✨

The set lunch menu put me off right away, especially since there weren't many vegetarian options, but the vegetable and side dish buffet and the pasta portion that arrived dispelled any doubts. 22/02/2026: Extremely Rude: The front desk hung up on me twice while I was still speaking. Liars: "Upcoming events" that didn't exist and "Set-ups in progress" with ghost operators. Marketing and employee image: ZERO. Openly and shamelessly focused on immediate profit. Recognition of customer loyalty: NONE. Courtesy and open-mindedness: Imagine it because it doesn't exist here!!! Too bad: The Old Mill, a historic and refined place that some have always been fond of, is now held hostage by a team with manners that are, to say the least, crude. This also happens when bitter elders show no consideration for anyone younger than them, and don't think it's an added value to include other generations. We recommend that the front desk and front line staff receive an intensive course in good manners; it would be the MINIMUM!!!! You've really made a horrible fool of yourself!!! What a shame about the total decadence and decline in style and manners: I've known the Vecchio Mulino since I was a child; my family has always been a regular visitor, so much so that over the years we've relied on it to organize important events. Now I, anonymous, am treated by them like a tramp. What a shame!!!! The Ultimo Mulino is no more...
17/02/2026: We chose the restaurant as the venue for our wedding reception, which took place at the end of January. We wanted to extend our heartfelt compliments to Corinna: precise, attentive, courteous, and always available. Although we had to organize many things remotely, we always had a great experience with the entire staff, both by phone and email, without wasting time (and we tested several venues before choosing this one!). Even with last-minute needs, they were understanding and solution-oriented. The food was superb, even for all the guests, and the service was professional and friendly. The garden and interiors are fabulous! We highly recommend this venue for receptions.

22/02/2026: We've been here twice in the last month to get takeout pizza. Twice we were denied availability (tonight we went at 6:25 PM). Some friends of ours who we met in the wine shop behind the pizzeria had their orders filled in 15-20 minutes even though they ordered after 7 PM!!!! If you're not familiar with takeout, skip it!

29/03/2026: Fabulous pizza, with Neapolitan dough as light as a cloud and quality ingredients. It goes down wonderfully, and doesn't make you thirsty at all late at night. The atmosphere is small and a bit spartan, but still well-kept and with very clean bathrooms. If I had to find a flaw, perhaps there were a few people serving between the phone, takeout, and waiters: it took me a few minutes to be acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Also, when 2 out of 5 people had finished their pizzas, the waitress was in such a hurry that she'd already asked if she could clear the first courses... Take it easy, I almost felt rushed; I was missing a slice by the end; it could have waited. That said, the pizza remains excellent, and I'll definitely be back.
22/03/2026: I had dinner with my family. The service was friendly and attentive, the wait time was reasonable, and the pizzas were truly delicious! You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dough.

17/02/2026: On an away trip to Pordenone with the basketball team, I contacted this pizzeria in advance (at lunchtime) to order and arrange for delivery of the pizzas after the game. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, accommodating all my requests in a kind and polite manner. The delivery (of 9 large pizzas) was right on time, as agreed upon. The pizzas were still very hot, and the delivery man was also professional and friendly. Last but not least, the pizzas were truly excellent, with generous, high-quality toppings and a soft dough with enough structure to keep the slice from warming in your hands (we ate on the bus, in less than ideal conditions). The quality/price ratio was also excellent. For me and the team, it was a great post-game pizza party. The only shame about the game's result...
31/01/2026: All the pizzas we've eaten there have been wonderfully good, unique in the quality used, and the wood-fired pizza gives it that extra touch.
