01/01/2026: On the recommendation of my daughter, who frequents this restaurant, I decided to try their food. I'd say it was all excellent. We started with Cantabrian bruschetta, followed by bergamot paccheri and seafood tagliolini, and finished with their delicious desserts. The welcome was excellent and the service professional. I can confirm that we'll be returning.

03/01/2026: Overall, the sushi was very good, especially the temaki, while the uramaki with Philadelphia cheese and strawberries lacked the fish flavor, but the quality was still excellent. The only downside is that it's a small eat-in place, not a proper restaurant, so the wait time needs to be as short as possible. That evening, also due to the large number of takeout orders, the wait was a bit long, IMHO. Service could be improved.

14/12/2025: We arrived at 1:30 PM, and nothing arrived until 2:15 PM. We initially ordered 7 items, but only 5 arrived. Given the time and the fact that the kitchen closes at 2:30 PM, the waitress asked us if we wanted to order more. We then ordered another 8 items and said that not everything had arrived. Of those 8 items, only 6 arrived. We pointed this out, as only 2/3 of the 15 items we had ordered had arrived. The waitress tried asking in the kitchen, and after half an hour, still nothing. So we asked and she told us we had to ask at the cashier. At the cashier, we were told "sorry" and given a bill with no discount. Good food, but we won't be returning.

11/01/2026: Simply the best piadina I've ever had, and I must say I've tried many in Romagna. The classic one with prosciutto crudo, arugula, and squacquerone cheese is the pinnacle of authentic flavor you'd expect from a dish of this kind. The staff is friendly, and you'll be welcomed into a vintage setting, a covered kiosk that provides shade even on the hottest days. All the other options on the menu are also worth trying. Highly recommended.

12/12/2025: In rankings of locals' favorite piadina shops, Ilde's always ranks among the best. After tasting it, I can confirm it fully deserves its reputation: it's officially in my top 3 in all of Romagna (and I've tried so many). The kiosk is located just outside Rimini, in the hills, a few kilometers from the city: an easily accessible location and perfect for a tasty break away from the chaos. The piadina is simply exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. A mix of authentic flavors that captivates you from the first bite and makes you wish it would never end. Truly out of this world. The only downside: it's closed for the winter. I'll be in the area soon, but I'll have to wait until next summer to return... and I can't wait.

10/12/2025: Excellent seafood and meat restaurant and pizzeria. The hub of Rimini's basketball fan base. Every Rinascita Rimini game is broadcast on giant screens. There's even a lottery for those who book to watch the game, where you can win unofficial but very attractive sweatshirts and t-shirts featuring the team logo. None of this detracts from the quality of the food. The pizzas are excellent. The fish dishes are also fabulous. From appetizers to first courses, and a sumptuous fried fish. The staff is attentive, helpful, and professional. Definitely worth a try!!! A pleasant discovery for those who love basketball and good food!

01/12/2025: I was there for dinner. I really enjoyed the appetizers. Very generous. Lots of tastings of very tasty dishes. I found the first courses a bit dull, however...they had no flavor...I don't know why. Not all of them, though! The risotto was excellent, but the troccolo with clams and the tagliolini with seafood were unfortunately flavorless. As for the second courses, I'm not used to breaded grilled meat (typical of those areas), but it was good and plentiful. Overall, I rated the dinner positively. The staff was very friendly, the setting simple but functional. Perhaps the first courses need a bit of a makeover.
