06/04/2024: One of the best pizzerias in Rimini. The light dough and with different types of flours for dough. Very different condiments with high quality raw materials. Excellent wholemeal dough and type of pizza with fresh burrata on top. The owners, two brothers, one at the counter and one at the bakery, are delicious and very nice!

24/03/2024: All the kilometers traveled to reach this restaurant were worth it. About 45 minutes from Rimini. The place is immersed in the nature of the Saludecio hills. We discovered this place by going to dinner with friends who wanted to taste the famous tagliatelle that had received the "three stars of the tagliatella brotherhood" award (so good that they escaped the clicking of the plates). In the photo you can find the tasting menu based on meat and vegetables, the latter made the difference. I really liked the staff and the owner who explained the contents and some anecdotes with each dish brought to the table. For example, the herbs that he went to collect with his wife and the little flower brought to the table that we would later find in the fried batter. All obviously accompanied by an excellent wine taken à la carte. Given the few seats, we recommend booking in advance.
