I strongly advise against it for anyone who loves their dogs.

25/01/2026: We usually go to Babbi when we're craving something sweet, but since they're closed for vacation, we chose this place for coffee and a dessert around 7:00 PM. I know it's aperitivo time, but that doesn't excuse the staff's attitude. The waiter treated us with extreme condescension and arrogance simply because we ordered dessert instead of a drink. I don't feel I need to justify my food preferences to anyone, especially the wait staff. Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. We won't be returning.

12/02/2026: I went today. The barista was arranging pastries with a vape in her hand. A foreign girl with a backpack came in and grabbed some pastries with her bare hands, licking her fingers between each one. I'd say it's very unhygienic. Be careful!!! I don't know if I'll go again.

15/01/2026: The absolute best pastry shop in Forlì! A modern, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. The baristas' smiles are my first treat in the morning. Delicious pastries and piping hot cappuccino, just the way I like it. Excellent value. High quality and a wide selection of pastries on display. Highly recommended! The price is reasonable for what you get.

10/12/2025: The quality of the savory items is truly awful: I got a savory item with a very thin slice of industrially made ham and a small piece of lettuce for the astronomical sum of €4, and when the girl at the counter gave me the bill, I couldn't believe it... 1 coffee, a Coke, and a savory item for a total of €9.

Mr. Alfredo, the person the staff appointed to report the matter, doesn't seem to have properly addressed my complaint. Maybe he's used to it? Who knows? But perhaps he should go to Fano, Pesaro, or Rimini, where he could see how it works in other locations. And perhaps get the company to take the necessary corrective measures so we can finally get something hot, even though I believe Laema srl ​​is only interested in the financial aspect. I often travel to Cesena for work, and when I'm in the area, I stop for lunch. The only truly unpleasant thing is that since COVID, the cashier, who has two stations, is always alone during peak periods. The line always gets longer for a variety of reasons, from change to meal vouchers, etc. The result? The food is always cold, and it's not the fault of the staff. Despite the complaints I keep reading here, nothing has changed. They should learn from the Pesaro staff, but... I don't think Laema srl ​​cares that much.

Several items were missing (guacamole, foodie salsa, and nuggets), and the sandwich delivered didn't match what I ordered because it had an extra beef patty, making it too large and difficult to eat, especially given the soft, wet bread. Furthermore, the entire order arrived completely cold. This isn't the first time I've encountered problems: in a previous experience at the restaurant, I was served a sandwich with practically raw chicken. Considering the prices, I find it unacceptable to spend this much money for this level of service and quality.
