10/09/2025: Delicious croissants with generous fillings, bought almost every night for breakfast the next day and because they're so addictive. The ice cream is also no joke, and it's delicious, too.

31/10/2025: This restaurant is highly recommended and easy to find near the cathedral. The staff is very dedicated, and the cuisine is superb, featuring local specialists. The cipolle frites are divine, as is the tuna steak with a pistachio crust. The house red wine perfectly complements the culinary experience. We've been there twice and would gladly return. 😀

10/10/2025: Beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. We got a table outside, and it was great. We ordered carbonara, which was delicious and very filling. The house wine was delicious. The price was fair for the atmosphere and food. I recommend it!

09/10/2025: A disgrace. The restaurant is called What's Amore, but there's no love or respect for the customer here. We came with my daughter for lunch and ordered the raw seafood: the oysters weren't fresh, had a bitter taste, and smelled bad. When we asked to change them, the waitress said "that's just how they are" and brought another—the same and inedible. The pasta with clams? First overcooked, then raw. After two attempts, we gave up. The mixed fried fish was also almost inedible, with the bitter taste of old, unrefreshed oil. In the end, almost 80 euros for a bad meal and arrogant service. When I complained, the waitress said she "didn't want to talk to us." What's Amore? No love, just disappointment. 16/10/2025: Accommodation is good, menu sounds good but is factually incorrect. Wine and food are mediocre to terrible. It's better to walk 10 minutes to Tropea and find a good trattoria.

02/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant after a walk around Tropea and it was a fantastic experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was very well prepared. It's a restaurant we'll definitely go back to.

01/10/2025: Very welcoming atmosphere, just a few minutes' walk from Tropea train station. The food is excellent. I highly recommend the appetizer for two and the first course of square spaghetti with meat sauce and black pig cheek. Service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
