30/08/2024: Decidiamo di andare a provare questo locale x la pizza , come pizza veramente buona perché su quella zona fanno più la napoletana invece qui pizza casereccia normale , buon sapore e buon impasto , soltanto Che potrebbero fare molto di più, come personale siamo scarsi senza un minimo Di accoglienza , di un sorriso e di gentilezza , anche la ragazza della reception molto strana nemmeno ringrazia .

28/08/2024: A somewhat disappointing evening. The previous day we had ordered a Margherita pizza to take away and it was really good, so we made a reservation to eat there the following day. Pretty bad service especially when problems arise. After about half an hour the light went out and all the tables remained in the dark. The staff was not prompt at all and we were in this condition for more than 40 minutes. Without an emergency generator, they continued to deliver dishes that had to be eaten in the dark or with their own phone flashlight. The pizza arrived, a margherita with chips, the latter were not cooked at all and cold, almost still frozen. Furthermore, there was also a piece of paper in the pizza. For what you pay, this is absolutely not the service you should receive. I'm leaving three stars only because the takeaway pizza was good.

14/01/2025: Il servizio é pessimo. Non arrivano tutte le portate ordinate perché gli scoccia farle , nonostante glielo abbia detto più volte alla fine se ne escono con la scusa che siano finite le cose. Il sushi é buono ma non é eccellente. Nel locale c’é poca puzza a differenza degli altri.

01/09/2024: Ottimo posto per fare una cena o un pranzo veloce. Crocchette molto buone. Personale gentile, prezzi ottimi. Abbiamo preso: 2 crocchette, 1 trancio pizza con zucchine, 1 calzone fritto, 1 trancio focaccia al salame, 1 Brasilena. Spesi 13 euro.

23/08/2024: Excellent arancine, trousers to be seen again (for my taste). Polite, fast, kind and helpful staff. Too bad there are few seats. More than decent prices: 4 arancine-i, 2 calzones, 1 ichnusa beer 50 cl. €16.00.

27/08/2024: We stayed 15 days at the Casarossa in Crotone and we were thrilled. Endless wait for reception, non-existent service, rooms available after the established hours, non-existent security service and no design of the spaces in compliance with the legislation on architectural barriers. So, dear disabled and elderly people, don't set foot there! At breakfast the coffee, cappuccino, milk and fruit juices were only dispensed from dispensers and were undrinkable. At lunch and dinner the dishes were served cold and in a 4 star resort it is unacceptable for sofficini, cordon bleu and findus sticks to be prepared. The beer, always dispensed from dispensers, was equally undrinkable. For 15 days (except the August bank holiday) the choice of fruit was only between peaches, oranges and watermelon. In the village there is a manager, or presumed manager, who seems not to notice the problems despite the fact that she also uses the "restaurant", hears people's complaints and above all sees the enormous waste of food that is thrown away. During our stay the bar near the reception was accessible only one day (coffee served in a plastic cup and paid €1.50) after which the machine broke down. To be able to drink a coffee you had to go to the beach along a downhill, sometimes slippery, staircase in the sun, and then go back up. In the evening in this supposed bar, close to the entertainment, it was not possible to drink anything, not even a glass of water. The dispenser that dispensed drinks at the reception instead closed at 11pm The cleaning staff (regarding pavilion D) were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable, clean and well air-conditioned. The added value, however, was the animation: 5 stars! Good guys, always smiling, helpful and professional. The sea and the entertainment are the only things we save from this terrible holiday.

27/08/2024: We stayed at this property from 08/17/2024 to 08/24/2024. Absolutely to forget!!!! First of all, the rooms they gave us were not the ones shown on the site, they put us in the "annexes" which were detached from the main building and very uncomfortable to reach, furthermore my room was dilapidated with dated and ruined furniture, the stove full of rust, false ceiling with holes, shower drain that didn't send the water away, water that came intermittently, I didn't have a safe (for which I had also paid the deposit), the sofa bed had holes in the upholstery. We complained about the state of the room but they made fun of us by telling us that the furniture was designer and that they would take care of the other things... but they didn't. We asked for a room change but they told us that it was full and they couldn't...however, others with the same problems as us had their rooms changed every year. As for the manager of the Futura tour operator... it's better to overlook such arrogance towards us. To my surprise when we went to the beach the situation was even worse. They had relegated us to the back of the establishment with umbrellas, different from those in the rest of the village, old and broken and instead of the comfortable sunbeds that the others had we had very uncomfortable plastic deckchairs all broken... and except for two times the umbrella was there we always opened it ourselves. Old and obsolete bar, dispenser system to be reviewed as they were few and malfunctioning. Decent cuisine, however without a dessert buffet but with only one option. Better not to talk about the reception. The only strong points of this structure were the sea, and the entertainment staff made up of very good and engaging guys. In conclusion never again in this village and never again in a Futura village.!!!!
