14/08/2025: Perfect experience. We had a couple of fantastic fried dishes, delicious and, above all, a bit innovative. The pizzas were special with perfect combinations, and these too had a bit of innovation that made them special.
Lastly, and not to be taken for granted, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going there and will definitely be back during our vacation.
14/08/2025: We truly want to compliment Pizzeria 1951 for their careful selection of fresh, quality ingredients, combined with bold and surprising flavor combinations. Their pizzas are exceptional, fragrant and light, pairings that reminded me of my grandmother's traditional dishes with a modern twist.
Even though the restaurant was packed (they always recommend booking at least two days in advance), they welcomed us into their beautiful restaurant fairly quickly.
The staff is young, friendly, and always available; having a one-year-old, they were quick to adapt the menu to our needs.
A special mention goes to Domenico, whose professionalism and friendliness made our experience even more enjoyable. A place that combines taste, creativity, and hospitality: absolutely recommended!

17/07/2025: The focaccia is delicious with a wide variety of flavors to choose from and the staff is very friendly.
25/06/2025: Very thin and crispy pizza, also vegetarian versions.
A gluten-free alternative would be great.

03/07/2025: Every time I am in Soverato, a stop at Chocolat to taste the warm croissants has always been an essential tradition. Unfortunately, this year something has changed… I did not find the soft and tasty croissant of past years, but a version with generous dimensions, yes, but with a disappointing taste and consistency. Even though it was served warm, the inside was dry and some parts were surprisingly crunchy, thus losing that soft fragrance that made it special. We also tried two crêpes that, although not exceptional, were still pleasant.
