30/03/2024: We ordered 4 pizzas and 8 zeppoline, raw inside, cold and soaked in oil. Not to mention the pizzas, burnt, very thin in the center, so much so that they broke and the edge was thick.

21/03/2024: Great place to celebrate some occasion. The pizza is exceptional both in terms of leavening and filling. The quality of the ingredients can be felt and tasted. Let's hope it always stays like this over time... the desserts are very good but a little expensive.
18/03/2024: The place, although a "passage" place, offers various options from the morning;
Ranging from savory to sweet.
Welcoming environment and helpful and polite staff.
The prices might seem disproportionate, but I must admit that almost no one offers the savory food from the morning and above all it is a very good savory one.
I will more than willingly return, because they have other services that I was not able to see, since I was only willing to have breakfast.

04/04/2024: Food and service was just average at best. Tourist trap basically.
01/04/2024: We ate in this restaurant at the end of August, a nice girl welcomed us; after having made us sit down, however, we were served at the table by another waitress, who after making a bad impression by asking personal questions, first took the plate away from my partner while she was still eating (literally) and then started muttering something in dialect Calabrian every time he approached the table.
They fooled people into thinking they could choose the lobsters from the aquarium, but once they took them out of the water they took a quick trip to the kitchen and then went out the back and as if nothing had happened they put them back in their place.
It took us less time to eat than to pay, we had to tell the owner that we were in a hurry to go and she in response, with a grimace, said that she was working.
The pizza chef and the waitress who welcomed us are the only two employees I would save, but starting from the owner and then arriving at the bigoted and rude waitress I would kick everyone in the ass.
I understand that it is complex to understand all this, it is also complex for me to explain it in writing, but what happened is madness.
The place was recommended to us, we do not recommend it to anyone!
I'm Southern, but these are the characters that feed the Southern stereotype.
That said,
If "this is love", after being with you I can say that you don't know what love is, for food, respect for people, respect for customers and so on and so forth.
Any advice guys?
if you want to eat a pizza, there are hundreds of pizzerias in Tropea.

04/04/2024: Our favorite place in all of tropea, we visited everyday we were here. Amazing friendly people serving freshly caught fried seafood. Highly recommend trying any of their fried options and also their tuna sandwich was easily one of the best things we’ve had there.

27/03/2024: Very beautiful location with beautiful view, very good quality of food, the omelettes and appetizers are very tasty, the pizza is good and standard even if the price is a little too high for some on the menu and what they offer above them. waiter was very kind. The only negative note was the gourmet dessert, it's called that because it's particular and made by them, but we expected something more for the 8 euros it costs, it seemed like a taste rather than a dessert, the price It doesn't fit at all, definitely worth seeing again. Everything else is ok

I understand that the place is popular but a bit of common sense in front of four girls, who also had regular reservations, would have been courteous as well as civil

06/04/2024: Excellent granita and cannoli ice cream, it was once called Don Peppino, now it has changed to sikulys, in my opinion the quality is not affected for example the granita and less good than before the service leaves much to be desired once sitting at the table they have passed 15 minutes to order, after our insistence. I came back and tried the ice creams, they were really excellent. I confirm the goodness of the ice cream, the only discordant note, for me, are the prices of the cones, 3.50 for a medium cone, they seem really exaggerated to me

01/04/2024: I understand that working on Easter Monday can be stressful and tiring but this does not justify the presumptuous and surly attitude of the waiter (perhaps the owner). I could also understand the policies on the tables and more but not the attitude and ways... unjustifiable.
We asked for a table for a group of people and they served us with a lot of madness and nervousness 😅

01/09/2023: Local located a few steps from the main street of Amantea (no parking). It has 2 rooms, a small internal one and an external path, the treats are good as is the pizza (always taking into account the place) try the fried fish. The staff is courteous and helpful.
