17/08/2025: Here at Locanda del Barone, you don't just dine; you have a FANTASTIC gastronomic experience! Stefano welcomed us to his restaurant with courtesy and kindness, and expertly and charmingly led us on a gastronomic journey through the flavors of Abruzzo. All the dishes we ordered were exquisite, from appetizers to desserts! The cuisine offered is traditional Abruzzo, reinterpreted with a modern twist. Appetizers and first courses have a perfect balance of flavors, the result of expertly blending the ingredients. The second courses (grilled cheese, sliced veal, and the "sacred" arrosticini) are cooked to perfection, and all of the highest quality. The desserts (pistachio parfait and lemon cheesecake) are exquisite and unparalleled in flavor, completing an unforgettable experience. All this was accompanied by a glass of excellent Cerasuolo, recommended by Stefano's experience and winemaking expertise. The attention to detail and the professionalism of the dining room staff (always smiling and helpful, thank you) were remarkable. An absolutely fair price for an evening of gastronomic bliss (and more).

14/07/2025: A gelateria like Healthy la Fonte is hard to find. During my stay in Pescara, I went there practically every day. Each time was a new and surprising experience—not only for the original and creative flavors, but also (and above all) for the kindness and passion of the owner, the true soul of the place. The flavors are unique, often inspired by unexpected yet always balanced combinations. There's a constant desire to experiment without ever losing sight of authenticity. Highly recommended, I can't wait to return.

14/07/2025: Extremely expensive for a mini ice cream. I got a medium cone for €3.50, but it was tiny. I didn't even have time to try the flavors before it was gone. The cone wasn't even a wafer, it looked like cardboard, and it was the smallest I'd ever seen. I had to throw it away, it was inedible. However, from what I could tell, the ice cream seemed good, but at that price, it's a rip-off.

22/07/2025: A small restaurant near the city center with both indoor (air-conditioned) and outdoor seating. I went for lunch and found everything exceptional, with bold flavors and a vast menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll be back!!

11/08/2025: Excellent appetizers and excellent gluten-free pizza. The pizza dough is super! The place is not in the AiC circuit but the staff is still well informed about celiac disease and attentive to contamination. I also recommend this place to celiacs!

29/06/2025: Dinner at Don Nino, the restaurant is clean and welcoming, the service is fast, the staff is friendly. The restaurant offers 3 types of menus for €20 or €25 (Abruzzo cuisine) and one for €20 (pizza menu) but also the possibility of ordering à la carte. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and we took 4 menus for €25 (all included) the portions were generous, we struggled to finish everything. Everything was quite good (especially the appetizers), the meat was a bit dry... overall I recommend it!

24/06/2025: I had dinner with some friends in this restaurant, we took the fixed menu for €25 which included hot and cold starters, ravioli with ragù, fettuccine with mushrooms, sausage and truffle, mixed roast with chips, water, house wine, dessert, fruit, biscuits, liqueurs and coffee, all very good in relation to the price, the owner was very kind, courtesy and kindness from the waitress for me excellent.

30/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Pescara with a COOK (not with "someone who cooks"). And I've said it all for the cuisine. Friendliness and helpfulness of those who serve. Absolute versatility in the menus, and needs such as a lunch break. Very honest quality-price ratio.

17/08/2025: I'd give zero stars if I could. Short sad story... We made a reservation, but when we arrived, our table wasn't available! We went in and they looked at us like we had the plague. They looked at our dog with disdain, and despite there being no information about it, they spun made-up stories based on supposedly nonexistent information on the nonexistent website. The owner told us, in her own words: "And you've probably been hiking. You're all dirty, and the dog is full of hair." Small note: 1. Dogs have hair. 2. We had gone to visit the botanical garden. 12/06/2025: Very nice place furnished in a modern style, very clean. Excellent food, with particular sushi variations never tasted before. The service is practically immediate without long waits and very helpful and courteous staff. We chose the all you can eat formula for dinner and spent about €26 per person. We will come back😊
