17/03/2024: Extremely slow, we arrived 30 minutes late (we tried to call to let them know, but the lady said that after a while she no longer answers the phone). We sat down, he set the table 1 piece at a time (and this had already made us think), we waited 15 minutes to get the menus. Then we start looking around, 7 tables with people and at 10pm they still hadn't eaten. The lady next to our table told us: be patient, we are here at 8.30pm and we still have to eat. So we decide to go, I ask to pay for the water, I am told to wait (even to pay!) and after another 5 minutes we pay and go. Absolutely to be avoided, it's obviously not their job or maybe they were short of staff?

16/03/2024: Sylvie, The Sommelier and Hotel Owner was really welcoming to us. We had flown into Malpensa and St Vincent was the perfect stopover en route to Cervinia. Sadly we did not get to dine at the Restaurant, which is tucked in behind the hotel, however Sylvie who was recovering from illness still managed to rustle us up a bottle of local wine and a cheese platter with bread. Room comfortable and town really quiet once the church bell stopped chiming at 10p! In the morning Sylvie prepared us a full breakfast and shared some information about the valley and what to visit in future. Look forward to our next trip when hopefully Sylvie’s staff will all be feeling better and we can dine a la table du Sommelier!

24/02/2024: Abbiamo cenato con la pizza, veramente grande e buonissima! Pizza alla valdostana veramente buona. Personale gentile.

17/02/2024: Pizza ottima. Formaggi con salsine e miele squisiti. Prezzi assolutamente equi. Ci tornerò ancora se capita. Consigliato!

05/04/2024: on a very rainy evening we found refuge in this place to spend a dinner with friends. the dishes are typical of the place, I took the Aosta Valley salad and the Aosta Valley steak in addition to a good bottle of local wine, the NUS Aosta Valley red. we ate well and spent the right amount. sugari and genepy did the rest :)

02/04/2024: Had lunch on Easter day with a fixed menu, no Aosta Valley dishes, the entire lunch was very disappointing, in addition to finding ourselves in a cold room. To pay 40 euros excluding drinking... and eating badly, it's better to stay at home.

05/01/2024: Pastries, staff, store, everything is good, beautiful and friendly...Always the concern to do very well. I recommend 200% Gilda & Thierry

24/12/2023: We made an order of panettone and pandoro last Saturday (16 December) to make sure the shipment would get to Switzerland in time (it was mentioned on the company’s Instagram site that the orders would arrive before Christmas if made before Monday). We received no updates on the shipping so my son sent an e-mail to the company on Wednesday (in English) to ask about the order. I called the shop on Thursday to inquire, neither of the shop assistants spoke English and very minimum level of French. They offered to call me back in the afternoon and we still haven’t got a response. The UPS shipping information got available on Friday evening and it’s due next Friday (29 December). This way of running a company and level of customer service is truly unacceptable. If they promise that the products would reach the customers (especially just on the other side of the Swiss-Italian border) then make sure it really reach the customer otherwise do not offer Christmas shipping. And not answering to customers nor speaking in any languages aside from Italian is ridiculous on the side of a company offering worldwide shipping and online store. We will definitely not buy anything from the company again.

10/12/2023: Pizzeria che offre anche alcuni piatti del posto e hamburger. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze e due hamburger. La cameriera ci informa che per le pizze ci sarebbe stato da aspettare 20 minuti. Per noi va bene, avevamo due bimbi, ma per loro avevamo ordinato gli hamburger. Dopo 30 minuti arrivano le pizze.. degli hamburger nessuna traccia. Chiediamo… dopo 5/10 minuti arrivano finalmente gli hamburger accompagnati da patatine. Carne cruda e patatine crude. Ovviamente terribili. Chiediamo delle salse che non arrivano. Diciamo che gli hamburger sono crudi e ci viene risposto che non avevamo richiesto di volerli ben cotti. Proviamo a consolarci sulle pizze, nulla di che ma almeno sono cotte. Abbiamo poi passato tutta la notte a bere. Conto medio alto e servizio davvero terribile. A mai più.

10/10/2023: Il personale e' molto cortese e professionale. Prezzo/qualita' e' piu' che buono, l'ambiente e' molto bello e accogliente ed ha un parcheggio per i clienti.
