03/05/2025: Beautiful structure, beautifully renovated. We had the room with the jacuzzi. Gorgeous. There is also a sauna/hydromassage shower and a coffee/tea machine. Maximum cleanliness and a super-stocked fridge bar. Delicious breakfast, both sweet and savory, with typical local products. You sleep very well due to the great comfort of the bed and the silence. The lady who manages it is extremely kind. Advise.

Good welcome, the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean.
The cuisine is made with passion, the dishes are well presented, they have a story and they are delicious. We had a wonderful time at Quison Cafe.

23/04/2025: Let's start with the owner: he describes the dishes on the menu, making you incredibly hungry. Just from the way he talks about it, you immediately understand that he loves his job and his cooking. Then… the dishes. If to make a ragù you go and find a local cow and have it slaughtered and portioned to get meat for your restaurant, I certainly can't be surprised if the ragù tastes incredible or if the stew makes me appreciate the consistency of the meat so much. I would go on to tell you about the other delicious things we ate, but I leave the task to the same dishes that you will get to know and appreciate by coming for lunch or dinner here. Well done!

13/05/2025: I went there unexpectedly because all the restaurants in the village were closed.
I received a very warm welcome; the staff was friendly and attentive.
There were two of us and we had two burgers and fries, which were very good.
The atmosphere was like a biker bar, nicely decorated.

Se cercate la formalità…… beh avete sbagliato posto!
Qui si respira un’aria autentica, sapore di montagna con quei tocchi di ecletticita’ e poesia che ti fanno sentire tra amici , quelli veri , una porta aperta ad una serata in compagnia di un buon calice e cibo sincero.

17/04/2025: The best pastiera I have ever eaten is theirs, the grocery store near my house in Lombardy orders all kinds of cakes from them which promptly sell out, I had already tried several tarts, all delicious but I missed the pastiera, exceptional.... congratulations from Lombardy!
03/01/2025: Conosco questa attività da tempo in quanto in nostri amici, che d’inverno risiedono a La Thuile, vi acquistano crostate, pizze salate, pasta ripiena, biscotti, etc. Pertanto, quando si riparte, ci rechiamo nella zona industriale di Morgeux per acquistare qualcosa che ci ricordi la vacanza. Ottima la crostata ai mirtilli, i biscotti (avena, segale, integrali..) e le tegole artigianali. Consigliato

Ambiente semplice ma carino.
Dopo diversi giorni di Polenta e formaggi, una Pizza ci voleva, e devo dire che questa l'ho trovata molto Buona...
Prezzo giusto poi.

La Genzianella

30/12/2024: Ieri, come consuetudine quando sono al Colle San Carlo, ho pranzato presso il ristorante la Genzianella.
Pranzo come sempre ottimo ma, purtroppo, ultimo pranzo che effettuerò presso la struttura.
Trovo inconcepibile aver dovuto pranzare con 5 cani di grossa taglia (il più “piccolo” era un pastore tedesco…) oltre ad un cane (credo di averlo riconosciuto quale cane di proprietà dei ristoratori) libero di circolare (anche se per breve periodo) tra i tavoli.
Ciliegina sulla torta è stato aver dovuto mangiare il dolce (un tiramisù eccezionale) ad una distanza di meno di 10 cm da una coda scodinzolante (cane di grossa taglia e pelo lungo…).
Ho fatto presente questa, a mio avviso, spiacevole situazione alla persona (mai vista in tutti questi anni) alla quale ho saldato il conto e la stessa mi ha risposto che se avessi riferito la mia allergia al pelo di cani/gatti mi avrebbe trovato un “angolino” dove poter pranzare.
Ricordo alla stessa (nel caso non lo sapesse) che ove l’accesso ai cani è consentito ai luoghi aperti al pubblico, gli stessi devono essere muniti (oltre che di guinzaglio) di museruola. Nel caso specifico, il ristoratore deve inoltre riservare loro una specifica area della struttura.
Con infinito dispiacere mai più in questa struttura.
04/11/2024: La migliore polenta concia che abbia mai assaggiato, per non parlare della carbonada e il cervo in umido come accompagnamento! Ottimi veramente! Un toccasana dopo la visita del lago di Arpy!

Tagliolini alle verdure molto decantati ma niente di che. Enpanadas buone ma con contorno (descritto come salsa) insufficiente
Polenta discreta.
Non soddisfatti purtroppo
Ah dimenticavo …. Nn avevano acqua gasata!
