12/03/2025: Good morning, in confirming the goodness of the hotel overall I wanted to tell you about a very "unpleasant" experience I had with Mr. Christian, owner and manager of the Tivet hotel; I would like to point out that I have been their guest for many years; I booked a week from 9 to 15 March 2025 and for health reasons I found myself unable to stay, having notified them 6 days in advance; after prior telephone and email agreements I was told that if they sold my room they would return my deposit, even though I had only asked to move the week to a period which was also at the end of the season (last week of March or first week of April) but I was asked for a new deposit; close to departure I asked for confirmation of the sale of the room and I was told that it had not been sold even though their website said all double rooms like the one I booked were sold; to confirm I have my partner call and she is told that there are no more double rooms; assuming that the hotel had full authority to withhold my deposit, I would like to point out the incorrect behavior of the owner both in not having kept his word and in not having met me in any way; obviously in my opinion this type of behavior undermines any added value of the hotel; P.s.: I would like to point out that the exact same behavior was perpetuated towards an acquaintance of mine

15/01/2025: This hotel really deserves a triple 5 star rating. The suites are crazy and go far beyond what you can expect from a hotel of this category... entering the room is equivalent to entering a mountain fairy tale. For the rest, what can I say... excellent and plentiful cuisine with a buffet that alone is worth the price of the ticket. The view is breathtaking...a stage on the Alps. The facility is spotless and the staff are efficient and friendly... you feel at home! Highly recommended!

03/02/2025: Strepitoso cibo (tipico da baita di montagna) e servizio impeccabile. Caldo, accogliente, rapido, organizzati per i bambini, ci hanno dato bicchieri e coperto in plastica, seggiolone e perfino tovaglietta e pastelli per colorare, bravi!! Prezzi in linea, peccato che alle 13:30 c’era altra prenotazione e non abbiamo goduto appieno

01/02/2025: Best restaurant in Pila!! Our last visit was in March 2024 This visit - in January 2025 - We were greeted by Katya who remembered us from last season A lovely touch and made us feel so welcome But then she also remembered our love of Primitivo wine from previous visits Outstanding service, attention to detail and of course great food and atmosphere Book early - not surprisingly - they’re always busy Grazie Katya e la squadra Yeti

31/03/2025: Excellent pizza and good desserts. We recommend installing sound-absorbing panels to make the internal room less noisy.

06/02/2025: Too much waiting... more than an hour and a half We were a table of 11 people, we all ordered pizza, and they arrived too long apart from one another, there were also children and the wait was very exhausting. Good pizza yes, but not as great as I suspected. Congratulations for the materials used, certainly of quality, such as the cooked ham, very good But due to too much waiting, I don't think I would go back

01/04/2025: Every time we go on holiday to Pila, we have to have dinner here at least once! Everything is so delicious! We recommend booking!

27/03/2025: Everything is great, but the pizza dough is too crispy.

23/03/2025: I didn't like the room we were provided. It could have been ok for a couple but not for a family of four. The staff wasn't welcoming or very helpful.

20/03/2025: The rooms are perfectly clean. The food is as you would expect from a 2 star hotel. The staff are sullen and unfriendly. I would recommend you do not have a bar tab. Pay as you go. There is no way of proving what you did or did not have. The housekeeper was very efficient and pleasant.

31/03/2025: Quel acceuil chaleureux! La "Mama" avec un incroyable enthousiasme, toute l'équipe très attentive, les plats copieux est succulents, bref une belle surprise qui ne fait pas de mine depuis la route! Quelle trouvaille!

29/03/2025: Io, mio marito e il nostro cane, ci siamo recati in questa taverna a pranzo e a cena per due giorni consecutivi. Accoglienza speciale da parte delle titolari e della cameriera, anche nei riguardi del nostro cagnolino un po’ esagitato. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato con pasti di qualità eccellente e mai banali. Qualità prezzo in linea, lo consiglio vivamente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore.
