15/02/2026: I went with my boyfriend to the company bar. The two guys who worked there today didn't seem particularly bright. I ordered a vegetarian focaccia and asked for fries on the side (which I would have paid for, obviously). One of the guys asked me if I liked caramelized onions and gorgonzola, and I said yes. Result: the focaccia wasn't really focaccia, but bread. Not a hint of gorgonzola or caramelized onions, but a slice of lettuce, cheese, and a lot of Taggiasca olives, and no fries at all. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger, and in his opinion, the meat was sour and undercooked.
A real shame, since I know the restaurant well, having gone there often with my family, and the food has always been good.
09/02/2026: The stars available are too few for this splendid lodge, immersed in a spectacular natural setting. The food is excellent; the chef's skill and passion shine through on the plate. Gourmet dishes with an eye to mountain tradition. The service is prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. A wonderful experience, one we will repeat, and one I encourage everyone seeking a beautiful, romantic evening and excellent food to try.

Bar Ristorante del Residence Les Fleurs

09/02/2026: Five very enjoyable days of skiing. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and modern, with a bar and restaurant (excellent food), run by friendly and always helpful staff. The view of Aosta and the mountains in the valley is stunning, and there's roadside parking 100 meters from the facility. There's a ski locker. The only downside: it's close to the intermediate stop for the cable car (Les Fleurs), but you have to walk about 300 meters, which isn't feasible with ski boots on (so we rented a ski locker at the cable car arrival point, so we didn't have to use the car anymore).
Overall, the facility is excellent, exceeding expectations!

Hotel La Chance - Ristorante e Centro Benessere

10/12/2025: We had a fabulous stay here. Food was amazing, staff very friendly and went out of their way to help us at every opportunity. Great facilities. Would highly recommend!
17/10/2025: Beautiful 3-star hotel with a spa, ski storage, and various amenities. A high-quality restaurant with good food and wines. Beautiful views of the Aosta side, convenient to the slopes. Pets are welcome.

The owners are incredibly kind, going above and beyond, and the dishes are a few, using quality ingredients and excellently cooked, at a more than fair price.
I dined here three nights out of three, and I regret not staying longer to try EVERY dish on the menu.
I had Savoy cabbage in bagna cauda, Valdostan fondue, Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, salad, Valpellinense soup, Valdostan escalope, and hazelnut cake, all accompanied by a glass of Petit Rouge.

24/02/2026: A typical Aosta Valley hotel where the hospitality and kindness of the owners make you feel at home. The second highlight is the much-appreciated traditional cuisine, with a varied appetizer and dessert buffet. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. A place to definitely return.
09/02/2026: A family-run hotel with all the comforts. It's located 15 minutes from the ski lifts and 5 minutes from the Pila cable car. They also offer a shuttle service to the slopes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including Mrs. Agnese, who is wonderful, and the food is excellent.

31/01/2026: Very rude staff. It feels like they're doing you a favor by doing their job. I don't recommend it, especially since there are plenty of better options.
31/01/2026: Literally the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced… Don’t for one minute think you can turn up and eat here. We dropped in to ask if it was possible to eat as there were quite a few empty tables… the staff member in question basically laughed in my face and said they were reserved. We left promptly and won’t be returning… much better places in terms of friendliness in Pila.

06/02/2026: Great food, excellent service and very reasonably priced which makes for a great evening out.
14/01/2026: Meeting with relatives. A pleasant atmosphere, quite noisy (since we were celebrating two birthdays and there were quite large groups). After dinner, later, there was music and dancing. We ate very well. I recommend booking.

14/03/2026: Highly recommended, I've ordered their pizza twice on Deliveroo, and it's nothing short of spectacular. Fresh ingredients, a light dough, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended!
12/03/2026: A great simple place to eat tucked away next to the sports centre. We had pizza which was good, nice thin crust and well cooked with lots of options. Staff were very helpful plus not too expensive. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: Per qualità prezzo uno dei migliori locali in Valle d'Aosta. Menù che cambia ogni stagione, dolci fatti in casa e piatto del giorno (che cambia veramente ogni giorno, una rarità ormai) sempre allettante.
Le titolari onestamente poco propense a "sbattimenti" (vedere recensioni meno positive), ma per me è una certezza.

09/12/2025: Wonderful place!! The hotel is very, very nice, the staff is helpful, and the breakfast is very generous.
The only flaws are perhaps the cleanliness and the lack of a smart TV in the room, given that the area doesn't offer much after a certain hour... but everything can be improved... I recommend this place for those who want to ski...
