18/03/2026: The rooms at the resort were okay, although the dirt under the beds should have been cleaned. I spent a week there – cleaning was supposed to happen twice, on Tuesday and Thursday – once my towels were replaced, once not, despite leaving them on the floor. As for the food, breakfast was okay, with something for everyone – although having to ask for mayonnaise every day was irritating. Dinner was decent – that's all I'll say here. The hotel staff is not customer-oriented, and I actually feel like the guests are the problem. The Prosecco served in the restaurant was very good.
16/03/2026: A fantastic hotel with a wonderful social mission! Breakfast and dinner are excellent, as is the service. The staff is very helpful, always attentive, and highly professional. You also have a view of the castle and the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: We were on holiday for a week in Fénis and our regular breakfast spot was this bar... friendly and helpful staff... very good croissants as well as the cappuccino with lots of foam, just the way I like it☺️
25/08/2025: A good bar that remains an interesting option for lunch or a snack in this small town, but the owner's manner, which is aggressive even when simply asking for information, is quite surprising. I simply asked if they had sandwiches or salads (not an absurd request, in a bar, not a restaurant) and was told they don't have "tourist items." The dishes at the cafeteria are generously portioned and of average quality: the first courses are definitely better than the second courses. It's a shame because the location is very convenient and the girl working there is friendlier, but I've rarely felt attacked simply for asking general information about the menu. Prices, I might add, are medium-high for the quality of the place.

22/10/2025: Located right at the entrance to the little road leading to Fenis Castle, we enjoyed an excellent coffee from a local roaster, served with professionalism and kindness by the young woman at the counter.
12/10/2025: Terrible experience, the waitresses didn't even say hello when we entered and didn't even pay us any attention. We asked if we could sit down and received no answer, then we sat down at a table and were told "no that one". Kudos to you for your kindness, truly terrible experience.

09/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui dopo la visita al castello di Fénis... abbiamo mangiato piatti della tradizione valdostana in un dehors esterno al ristorante...che dire cucina ottima e buon servizio!
Prezzi onesti...locale consigliato 😌
