08/11/2025: What an amazing experience to kick off our honeymoon with the truffle hunting followed by lunch. You gain a lot of insight into the truffle hunting with a very entertaining guide, Michele, and his dog Argo. That is followed by a beautiful lunch and wine pairing led by Andrea. Highly recommend this experience if you want to learn more about the food and wine in Umbria!

22/10/2025: Overall, it was a disappointment. The wine, a Sangiovese, was tasty. It was served in attractive, but not clean, glasses. We sent them back and were served again in glasses with streaks. Presumably from the dishwasher and not properly cleaned. A no-go, especially considering the extensive, sometimes expensive wine list. Are bottled wines costing over €100 also served in such glasses? That's simply not possible. The bruschetta with truffles was okay. The tagliolini and gnocchetti appetizers were good. No bread was served with the salad. They probably should have asked for it. The tiramisu with biscuit was a tasty cream, but not tiramisu in my opinion. The liquid center of the tortino al cuore caldo must have gotten lost somewhere. A real shame.

21/10/2025: Truly excellent dinner! The tagliata was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The charcuterie and cheese platter was also excellent, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The basket of veal strips with cherry tomatoes, pecorino shavings, and arugula was delicious—a balanced and flavorful dish. Among the desserts, the chocolate tart and pistachio parfait are must-trys. The house sparkling white wine is also very good. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-kept, with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The owner is professional yet warm, while Sonia is tireless, kind, and always available. A place where you eat well and feel even better. Highly recommended! PS: I don't have any photos of the dishes because I preferred eating them rather than photographing them; the aroma took over! But there will be another opportunity.

23/05/2025: Esta es una oportunidad única en toda la vida para experimentar la auténtica cocina de Umbría en este fantástico restaurante familiar. Los hermanos Michele y Andrea y su familia extensa ofrecen una experiencia de comedor de mesa verdaderamente memorable que incluye la oportunidad de unirse a ellos y sus increíbles perros en una caza de trufas. Este restaurante realmente lo tiene todo: ingredientes frescos de origen local, pastas caseras cocinadas a la perfección y el servicio que se espera de un restaurante de primera. Desde los fantásticos vinos locales hasta los hermanos que se unen a nosotros en la caza de trufas y luego preparan nuestra comida y explican todos los ingredientes, Seven Restaurant Café es una parada obligada para cualquiera que explore la región de Umbría y quiera una comida italiana auténtica y familiar. Tuvimos la focaccia, salumi, tagliatelle con trufas, y el mejor tiramisú que encontrarás en cualquier lugar, con los maridajes de vino tinto y blanco más perfectos. Volveremos al 100% y no podemos agradecer a Michele y Andrea lo suficiente por su calidez y hospitalidad.
