28/12/2025: Abbazia Collemedio Resort & SPA is an oasis of peace nestled in the Umbrian hills. Comfortable rooms, a relaxing spa, high-quality cuisine, and an excellent breakfast. The staff is always friendly and professional. A key added value is the extraordinary hospitality of the owners, always present, friendly, and attentive to making guests feel at home. Perfect for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

30/09/2025: We should have known right from the appetizer: shabby presentation, cold fried foods, melon wrapped in prosciutto—in short, '70s in every sense of the word! But the worst thing was the pizzas: and to think we even complimented the owner! His only response was: it's light! The result: if I eat a poorly leavened pizza, I feel sick all night! And that's what happened! It must be said that the staff is not lacking in kindness. Here I'm going to break a lance in favor of the Umbrians.
Since I have a bit of time, I want to respond to the owner who always resorts to irony and sarcasm: irony doesn't make quality, sarcasm doesn't make quality, he should rather reflect on what the customers write. I decline the invitation because he didn't read that the pizza made me sick. It seems like he's trying to justify himself somewhere, but that's not the case, otherwise he would give more weight to what the customers write!
10/09/2025: A little slow to serve, but in line with the area, the pizza is still worth it.
