21/11/2024: In this pizzeria a team of young, very experienced and motivated pizza chefs awaits you. Although located out of the way from the main roads, it is worth reaching. The manager Leonardo participated in the world pizza championships, placing himself in an excellent position out of 1600 participants. Wood-fired oven in the same room as the tables. Mother yeast, stone-ground flour, menu with seasonal updating of the ingredients are the characteristics of this place where you will eat an excellent pizza presented in many variations, all delicious. Equally delicious are the fried foods to be enjoyed beforehand. The beers offered are very good, on tap or in bottles. Excellent as a dessert, the cloud pizza with ricotta, blueberries, chocolate flakes, almond flakes. A tip, if you want to be sure of finding a free table, book it. At some times the parking in front is insufficient to contain customers' vehicles.

Tip: I would just add a few more courses to the starter.
10/08/2024: We relied on previous reviews when choosing this place. We had lunch in a country farmhouse which left us pleasantly surprised. The place is surrounded by greenery, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The food is genuine and prepared with fresh, local ingredients, with dishes that enhance the flavors of tradition (recommended appetizer). The staff is welcoming and helpful. PS. There are a lot of cute animals.

09/08/2024: A place we found "on the fly" along the route of our Umbrian-Tuscan itinerary, we ate on a well-ventilated terrace, where we could admire the beautiful landscape, a delicious appetizer, as well as the tagliatelle with truffles and the Pistachiosa pizza... DIVINE! !! Well done ;)

01/11/2024: Tutto buonissimo, con tante cose senza glutine ottime,il proprietario una persona gentilissima e squisita e i camerieri bravissimi, voto 5 stelle
12/10/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio al Relais il 29 Settembre.
Luigi è stato disponibilissimo, ci ha fatto quasi da psicologo perché il meteo non tirava proprio a nostro favore.
Dovevamo fare un party all'aperto bordo piscina dal tardo pomeriggio ma troppo freddo!! allora la struttura ci ha organizzato un ottimo aperitivo di Benevento poi cena al chiuso e festa in veranda... quindi tutta la location per noi!!
Il servizio è stato impeccabile!!! Avevamo chiesto di non essere lenti, tanti figli ma tanti!! e soprattutto domenica sera!! gli orari sono stati rispettati alla grande e tutto è scivolato via benissimo!!
Un ringraziamento non solo a Luigi che ovviamente è scontato!! ma ci teniamo a farlo alla cucina, ai camerieri velocissimi e attenti e al barman che non ha avuto tanto riposo 😂!! Se dimentichiamo qualcuno allo staff completo!!
Il bello è che parli sempre con una persona, Luigi il proprietario non ci sono interlocutori o terze persone gli eventi sono "ascoltati" tutti da lui accoglie ogni richiesta!!
Potremmo scrivere molto di più ma concludiamo con un " consigliamo vivamente il Relais"

17/05/2024: Siamo stai ospiti a maggio per il cammino, accoglienza e cortesia unica.
Camera ampia e ariosa, bagno con tutti i confort.
Cibo ottimo e servizio perfetto.
Consiglio assolutamente.
24/04/2024: Sehr netter Empfang und der Chef und die Bedienung waren sehr zuvorkommend.
Der Aperitif wurde gratis ausgeschenkt.
Das Essen, Wildschweinwurst mit Pommes und Tagliatelle mit Wildschweinsugo, war supergut.
Drei Flaschen Verdauer (Grappa, Limoncello, Amaro) wurden zur Selbstbedienung auf den Tisch gestellt.
Preis-Leistung war sensationell.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, danke für den schönen Abend.
