21/03/2026: I visited the Masolino restaurant and was thrilled. I started with tagliatelle with artichokes and guanciale, which were simply spectacular: perfectly balanced flavors, homemade pasta, and a taste that truly reflects Umbrian tradition.
For my second course, I chose guinea fowl... and here it takes things to the next level: impeccably cooked, tender meat, and intense flavor. Truly top-notch in every way.
The welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and location make everything even more special.
I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: We had dinner here with friends. The place and the food are certainly very well-curated. We tried everything from crostini to pasta dishes, main courses, and burgers. Everything was top-quality. I especially liked the kindness of the owner and the staff, as well as the attention to celiac disease. I highly recommend it.

30/10/2025: This is a special place. Imagine the best combination of world class dining with a storybook family business. Bianca, Vittorio, Patrizia - they will share their talents and their stories and culture. We are grateful for their talents and welcoming mindset.
14/10/2025: Amazing restaurant placed at panicales Piazza. Menu and food was made and prepared in the little kitchen by the wife while the husband and daughter is walking around the restaurant making sure the guests are having an fantastic time.
We have our boy (8 years) and they had a special Bambino dish - which was pasta - and they charged us 12€ for it. And he loved it.
I have a soft spot for tiramisu - and Lilo Tatinis Tiramisu is amazing!

20/11/2025: The restaurant is located in the square in front of the fountain, a beautiful setting.
The restaurant is not very large, but it's welcoming.
The table setting is very well-designed, with decorative plates; the tables are small.
The menu isn't extensive, and choosing can be difficult due to the unique flavors.
The food is decent; honestly, I would have expected more, especially considering the slightly above-average prices.
The service was professional, but rather cold and clinical.
It was unpleasant to hear the staff chattering in the kitchen.
17/11/2025: We loved this restaurant! We ate their twice during our stay weeks stay in Panicale, a charming hillside town. It was was off season in November so we were able to walk in without a reservation. The food was excellent, non-traditional Italian cuisine with a great wine selection and the service was great. The commute was fantastic as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. We will definitely go back on our next trip back to Panicale. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or staying in town.

24/01/2026: Very friendly and fast service. Good, typical Italian atmosphere. However: Two barely filled glasses of Vermentino (the guest at the next table had twice as much in their glass!) and the pasta al forno: one portion was whole, the second portion was a meager mess, much less! It was obvious that these were reheated leftovers; the pasta was overcooked and the crust rock hard (for €9 each!). Half a glass of Vermentino for €5. Definitely too much! For comparison: The Vermentino in the heart of the Città della Pieve cost only €4 and came with a generous aperitif platter. Tourist trap here? Not with us!

29/12/2024: Este lugar es muy pintoresco. Perfecto para una copa de vino o un café cuando está en la ciudad. Panicale es pequeño, pero vale la pena parar. Este café es perfecto para una copa de vino antes de la cena.
15/08/2024: Locale semplice nella piazza della fontana, personale simpatico e servizio veloce.
Il cibo buono a prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo

19/02/2025: Esto es sobre todo un café - pero usted puede tener un pequeño almuerzo aquí, también. A menudo venimos de un cornetto de la mañana y café / té, pero también puede tener sándwiches y un montón de pastelería muy interesante. Es sin duda un lugar donde los lugareños vienen día tras día.
