20/01/2026: A beautiful little mountain spot perched on a small hill. From Fiera di Primiero, you can also hike up for a lovely stroll and then enjoy the view. Walter was amazing, serving us with expertise and kindness, especially when explaining the virtues of the grappa he produces!

14/12/2025: I'll start with the service, because it was incredibly fast and efficient despite all the tables being full, both inside and out on the veranda. The food is delicious; the location isn't scenic, but it's very well-kept and relaxing, with lots of greenery and trees all around. We didn't try the rooms, but the dumplings were, and they were worth it! We returned in December for the Siror markets, and dined here, confirming and even exceeding our first impression: they opened for dinner even with our reservation, they prepared everything perfectly, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizers featuring many of their own cured meats to the "smoked bones," which I'd never tried before and were an explosion of flavor.

16/02/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. I was almost moved to tears by the Tomahawk, it was so good. Plus, the signature dessert—smorum—is addictive. Updated 2/16/26: I stand by what I wrote two years ago: it's still fantastic.

29/01/2026: Where to start? We were returning from San Martino di C. It was 2:00 PM and we were looking for a restaurant that was still open for a quick bite to eat before heading home as quickly as possible. My partner called... they answered and said yes. We arrived and immediately ordered pasta with meat sauce for the kids, a 4-year-old girl and a 15-month-old boy whose age I later came back to. Is it coming? Pasta with a bright red tomato sauce. Okay, we told him it had been ordered with meat sauce. The waitress took it away and immediately returned with a bit of meat sauce added on top without even stirring it in the pan. Ugly to see. A plate shared between two kids who didn't eat much, probably because it wasn't tasty. I basically tasted sauce from an open jar and added it to the pasta. Maybe kids don't have the right to eat a plate of properly made pasta? The waitress comes back, I tell her the pasta isn't the best and... she says I can hear the kitchen and that's it. On the other hand, she was a little annoyed. My partner ordered gnocchi with the same ragù, but the problem was they were swimming in broth... too much in our opinion. They looked like gnocchi in broth. They weren't eaten, and I asked the waitress why there was so much broth... response? A show of hands. Anyway, if they make them like that, fine... They offered to change the first course, but my partner didn't order anything else because it was getting late, due to the rather slow service. Another serious, or very serious, issue... a portion of French fries was ordered. They arrived with mayonnaise and ketchup on the same plate, and obviously the potatoes were already greasy. Isn't it good manners to ask? And what about allergens? We asked for the bill, and they added the 15-month-old's cover charge to the bill, as well as the plate of gnocchi. It's not the cover charge for the baby, but the gesture. At the cashier, they didn't even bother asking if everything went well, but instead emphasized that the gnocchi had been ordered and therefore had to be paid for. In short, we tried to make them understand that this wasn't the right professional attitude, but... we paid and... never again. Attention, pregnant women, because the unborn baby also pays the cover charge. For the restaurant owner... No reply is necessary because you've made a good impression. I want to point out that no one was offended and that we rarely leave negative reviews, so please check.

28/12/2025: A mountain refuge of authentic flavors Nestled in the silence of the mountains, this restaurant is a true treat for those who love traditional cuisine, prepared as it once was. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with the scent of wood and spices accompanying you from the moment you enter. The real star is the venison ragù, simply extraordinary: tender meat, flavorful yet balanced, slow-cooked and enriched by a rich sauce that speaks of the region. Served with fresh pasta (or polenta, depending on the season), it's a dish that warms the heart before it warms the stomach. The other traditional mountain dishes are also excellent, prepared with authentic ingredients and generous portions. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect wine to accompany your meal. A place where time slows down and cuisine becomes an experience. A must-visit, especially after a day in the mountains.

21/12/2025: We had dinner as a family on the heated veranda. The mountain setting was beautiful, the dishes were truly delicious, and dessert was a must.

04/02/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and it was simply a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and impeccable in every way. Beyond its aesthetics, the view is breathtaking, making our stay even more special. The staff, a wonderful family, is exceptional: friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our every need. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, conveying a great sense of comfort and care. The reserved parking is large and spacious. It will undoubtedly become our go-to place every time we return to this area. Highly recommended ❤️

29/12/2025: After tasting the toast this summer, we decided to spend a few days after Christmas with family and friends who had never seen the Dolomites... the outcome... we were AWESOME, and they were very satisfied with the room, the services, and the constant availability of all the staff and the owners, Stefano and Arianna. My husband and I personally send them a huge THANK YOU for who they are and the care they showed during our delicate and melancholic time. Of course, we all plan to return. I highly recommend it: comfortable rooms, top-notch cleaning, welcoming and well-kept spa, extraordinary location.

09/12/2025: Just one night, but one to remember! Beautiful property, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The spacious rooms, the spa (reservation required) is a real gem, and the restaurant is top-notch! Very clean and fragrant, and the view is breathtaking! We left this place reluctantly, promising to return! Excellent

08/12/2025: Tried it exclusively for lunch several times, everything is delicious; whatever you order, you can't go wrong. For me, this is the best place in Fiera di Primiero. Also for the price.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of information about other nearby places to dine that evening! Unusual friendliness, but not for someone who clearly works with passion and diligence...a definite future stop in Primiero!
