14/02/2026: A lovely, welcoming place with very kind and attentive staff. If you're gluten-free, you can reserve gluten-free ramen by calling a few days in advance. Once you arrive, the staff, who are very attentive to intolerances, will explain the menu to you, including what you can and can't eat. The ramen was delicious and very flavorful. They also offer a selection of gluten-free desserts. The owner also explained that they make their own rice noodles! I'll definitely be back!

25/03/2026: Exactly what I expected (from the very inviting photos in other reviews). The staff is all fantastic: professional, patient, and friendly. The kitchen staff knows their stuff. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere, with a cute sign that says "Wi-Fi password: no." There's no signal in the back room, which is better, so you can better enjoy your meal and any company. Homemade tagliatelle with meat sauce. Single-serving grated cheese (hygienic, much appreciated), still water. €16. Very fair. Congratulations!

Menu with regional dishes, the right place to taste them
14/03/2026: Discovered by chance, this is an excellent place for both the location and the food.
The appetizer of blue cheeses with honey and homemade giardiniera was SUPER!
The risotto of the day with beets, the burger was excellent, accompanied by grilled vegetables.
And to finish, a sweet dumpling with a raspberry center... I don't have a sweet tooth, but it was spectacular.
A high-quality lunch.

11/10/2025: An extremely interesting museum, both culturally and architecturally, with beautiful and varied exhibitions that have been presented over the years. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the bookshop, which has gone from being a place full of art books and more to something more like a stationery shop selling all sorts of gadgets. It's clear that times have changed...
08/10/2025: An architecturally fascinating structure. It houses permanent exhibitions, including a Futurist section, which I recommend combining with a visit to the nearby Casa futurista Depero. Various painting and photography exhibitions are regularly held.

17/03/2026: I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend for lunch. It's a very nice place, decorated in Sardinian style. As a Sardinian, I can say the food was delicious (all homemade), traditional Sardinian but with a touch of innovation. Erica and Gianfranco were very kind, and the service was excellent! A business trip, and one of the very few restaurants open in Rovereto on a Monday evening. We booked and parked in the lot in front of the entrance (not large, but adequate... and there's also the option of parking on the street before the entrance).
We were greeted warmly and always with a smile. Personally, I preferred a risotto, my passion, with a nice platter nearby.
The atmosphere is bright but warm, and there's no disturbing noise.
Strong points: Hospitality and service.
Weak points: Could have added a little more to the first course (especially the gnocchi).
Highly recommended if you're in the area.
Definitely worth returning.

16/02/2026: Came accros this lovely place which was open on a monday lunchtime when many others were shut.
I had a chicken curry and it was very nice.
They also do pizza and other stuff to.
The resturant seating areas are all spaced out nicely and has nice calming music playong while you eat.
29/01/2026: Overall, a very pleasant lunch. I ordered a fish entree, which was very generous and delicious. The staff was very friendly, the service attentive, and the wait time was short.
The only flaw was the management of the courses: there were three of us, with two entrees and a pizza, and the pizza arrived well before the other dishes, risking getting cold. I understand the different preparation times, but it would be ideal to have the courses arrive at the same time so everyone could eat at the same time.
It's still a place I recommend for its quality and friendly service.

12/04/2026: A restaurant in the center of Rovereto, located in the former crypt of the church. The walls are the original ones.
A staircase leads to the first floor, but there's also a second seating area on the ground floor where they make pizza in a wood-fired oven.
We had the risotto, which didn't impress us, a bit salty and overcooked, while the polenta with mushrooms was delicious, along with vegetables and a trio of tortelli. The appetizer portions are generous, and all the cheeses offered are decidedly good.
The young woman who served us was very nice and polite, and the service was quick in a distinguished and intimate setting.
The price is fair for the quality and the dishes are as described in the menu photos.
12/04/2026: iL Doge at the Scala del Redentore is a real hidden gem. First-class food and warm hospitality are what make this restaurant stand out. Grazie per la Birra, tornermo sicuramente :-)

15/03/2026: Delicious. As soon as you enter, you're transported back in time. This is a truly historic family-run trattoria, serving traditional recipes from the past and from "grandmothers." The atmosphere is delightfully retro, reminiscent of the 1960s. For €27, I ordered the main course with Storo polenta and beef goulash (perfectly stewed) and potato and carrot gnocchi with walnuts and typical Vallagarina cheese. Excellent brand still water is also available.

01/03/2026: Stopped by today for lunch. Nice place with typical Indian decor. Choice of Italian and exotic dishes. Everything was very good. Indian appetizers and very Italian first courses, garlic-flavored Indian bread... bottle of branded water, which I personally always appreciate. Quick service. Friendly staff. Free liqueur was offered at checkout. Good prices.

02/04/2026: This restaurant/pizzeria is really close to our hotel.
It's located on a narrow street where cars are prohibited, but there's plenty of parking at the beginning of the alley.
We dined there two days in a row, preferring the restaurant the first, and the pizza the second.
The meatballs, the platter, and the pizza were excellent (as a Neapolitan, I almost never order it, but we noticed they looked great).
The staff were professional and fast.
I highly recommend it.
Only note: I expected something more reminiscent of Naples, since the restaurant's name is a traditional folk instrument.
