24/09/2025: Best freshly made ramen I have ever tasted in Italy. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Top Japanese restaurant and great atmosphere. I would recommend the matcha tiramisu it was unexpectedly delicious, usually I don't like tiramisu because of the coffee.

15/06/2025: We were looking for a place to go and eat a good cut of meat. We booked for Saturday night at 8 (I recommend booking). I would say that the place lived up to expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Excellent welcome, the owner is friendly and nice. Excellent food. Almost everything homemade. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that we split in two, excellent products. Special mention for the pickles obviously homemade. Then we had a second course, I had an excellent picaña with an excellent homemade cimichurri sauce (you must like garlic). My wife instead had the Angus tagliata equally excellent and perfectly cooked medium. Also homemade desserts. Cheesecake and Crema Catalana. On the other hand, an excellent experience, we ate out when the evening allowed. We will certainly return, maybe at midday to try the first courses. At the time the owner explained to me that the selection of aging meat is limited in the summer period, but this is also something that we will try again later. Obviously recommended.

01/06/2025: We visited Al Lupo with five people (two adults and three children) and were absolutely thrilled! Even though we arrived just before the lunch break, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service – the service was attentive, spoke good English, and was also child-friendly. The main courses were excellent – ​​freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu and semifreddo al limone – both were dreamy and the perfect end to the meal. A fantastic Italian restaurant with genuine hospitality and excellent cuisine. Al Lupo – we'd love to come back!

The pizzas are also very light, making them suitable for those with stomach problems because the dough is left to rise for 48 hours. The restaurant is therefore of a high quality, and the service is excellent. They are very kind to customers, especially those with disabilities, and are very courteous.

But last time I came here specifically, bringing the whole family with the intention of letting them try the famous enormous sandwiches... Only once we were seated and had ordered a drink were we told there weren't any sandwiches... Okay, I can understand that; but customers should have been warned at the beginning! Unfortunately, we left unhappy!

12/09/2025: Osteria del Pettirosso is a firm favourite in Rovereto: an intimate atmosphere, quality Trentino cuisine including canederli, carne salada, tartare, and homemade desserts. Excellent wines. Thanks to Paolo, always passionate and available. Highly recommended!

11/09/2025: The experience at this osteria was overall positive. The dishes were well-cooked, visually appealing, and presented with attention to detail. The passion behind the preparation of the dishes was evident, and they were both tasty and well-balanced. A less convincing aspect, however, was the bill, which was quite high. Some details, such as the water served on tap (not in a sealed bottle) at €2.50 for half a liter, were a bit perplexing and contributed to the feeling of a price that wasn't entirely reasonable. Worth mentioning, however, was the friendliness and cordiality of Mr. Michele, who added a human and pleasant touch to the experience. In summary: excellent cuisine and a warm welcome, but the quality/price ratio could be improved.

21/09/2025: Superb food!😃 The friendly waitress and the chef, simply amazing!😀 I beamed from ear to ear.🥹 It really came from within, something you rarely feel, but there was an immediate warmth! You can also have a grappa to help you digest, which is worth it if you don't have a car.😄✌🏻

11/10/2025: An extremely interesting museum, both culturally and architecturally, with beautiful and varied exhibitions that have been presented over the years. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the bookshop, which has gone from being a place full of art books and more to something more like a stationery shop selling all sorts of gadgets. It's clear that times have changed...

08/10/2025: An architecturally fascinating structure. It houses permanent exhibitions, including a Futurist section, which I recommend combining with a visit to the nearby Casa futurista Depero. Various painting and photography exhibitions are regularly held.

07/10/2025: A very positive experience 😊 Very nice and well-kept place, impeccable service. Extremely courteous staff, and the waiter accommodated a request I had that wasn't on the menu. They pay close attention to intolerances, and offer many gluten-free options (suitable for celiacs). Really fair prices, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. My only negative: the gluten-free pizza could have been cooked a little longer; it was a bit pale. (Bonus: still-warm bread and a greeting from the kitchen with a small pumpkin soup) Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: The paccheri with octopus ragù was good. Service was quick and efficient. I didn't like the gourmet cleanup despite the well-risen dough. We also had a Margherita for the child, but it was practically inedible due to the quality of the mozzarella (it had a bad smell). The pizza prices were excessive. The atmosphere was very nice.

12/09/2025: I had a pizza Diavolo and my wife a pizza tonno. It's definitely in the top 5 of best pizza dough, nice and light and crispy. And lots of cheese on the pizza. In a very nice way.

20/08/2025: Trattoria near the Mart Museum. As soon as you enter, you're transported to another era. Daily specials and also à la carte. An elderly lady served us immediately and was very kind. Delicious traditional dishes and excellent value. Substantial dishes. We'll return as soon as possible.

The atmosphere was terrible: there were 4 of us at the table and we couldn't talk, it was too loud, and completely unsuitable. If you're eating alone and don't need to talk to anyone, then it's fine. Otherwise, any other place is better than this!
