17/02/2025: Veniamo spesso al Biang Biang quando siamo in zona Rovereto. Una vera e propria Gemma Nascosta! Menù pieno ma non così tanto da confonderti, ormai abbiamo provato ogni piatto e non c'è uno che non deluda. Locale che da fuori è quasi difficile da vedere, sopra un supermercato, ma una volta entranti pulitissimo, in pieno stile giapponese con cucina a vista. Il personale super accogliente e disponibile. Vale la pena allontanarsi quei 5minuti in macchina dal centro solo per provare. Consigliatissimo

15/02/2025: Ramen fantastico, fanno la pasta ed il brodo loro in loco. Inoltre mangiato altre pietanze come ravioli vari (gyoza) e davvero molto buoni. Provato anche dei ravioli ripieni di brodo (che non mi aspettavo chissà che) ma un brodo così buono mai provato! Personalmente ramen migliore in trentino ad un prezzo ottimo

We were amazed to find a restaurant that presents traditional Trentino cuisine and, with the management taking over from the old owners, has also introduced Indian cuisine! Both left us satisfied, together with the kindness of the service and the cleanliness of the environment, classic and welcoming. Well done!

02/01/2025: Good impression as soon as we entered as the kitchen had the doors open showing the cleanliness and the chefs at work. Friendly and smiling dining room staff, as soon as we entered they offered us a glass of prosecco and a potato omelette with lard. Good risotto and strangolapreti elegantly plated. Excellent homemade tender cake. Absolutely positive opinion

28/02/2025: Menù contenuto tipico Trentino con anche piatti del giorno; buona qualità e porzioni abbondantissime, basta scegliere un primo o un secondo (al massimo aggiungendo un dessert anch'esso da dividere) per essere strapieni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile.

04/02/2025: 5 stars because I can't give more. What can I say, the best shank I've ever eaten (and I would have tried everything else too) The tiramisu is amazing. The bigoli are good. Friendly and helpful staff. Very honest prices given the generous portions. I would say super highly recommended.

29/12/2024: Definitely beautiful place in terms of decor, details, lights, furniture. Very varied dishes with decidedly original and delicious combinations! Fresh ingredients. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Vegetarian lunch (mine), with vegan daughters and non-vegetarian friends who however enjoyed it very much!

04/01/2025: Nice experience at the Novecento restaurant inside the Rovereto hotel where we stayed for a few days. The rooms are beautiful and well structured with plenty of space between one table and another also because they have a "boiled meat trolley", which is much appreciated, to be moved around the rooms. All the dishes we tasted were very good and the pizzas and desserts were excellent. The quality level of the products used is high and the service attentive. Absolutely worth trying!

03/01/2025: My wife and I had dinner in this beautiful place in the center of Rovereto, what can I say, the service was exceptional, the staff were highly professional and kind, the food was delicious with high quality ingredients, the dishes were plentiful and well presented, the prices were absolutely correct and average. , I can only recommend this restaurant, keep up the good work!!!! If you are passing through Rovereto and are looking for a place to have lunch or dinner you absolutely must stop by this restaurant. Vote 10

09/02/2025: It is an excellent venue, with a very beautiful garden, where there is also a theater stage, used for various types of entertainment, music, concerts, dancing evenings, etc. More simply, for a quiet evening in a small pearl among the various city venues. Excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits. The staff is kind and prepared. I advise.

04/01/2025: A magical place in Rovereto!! Buena vibes, good vibes, bitter cocktails, craft beers, wines or spritzes that you want to drink... they all have them!!! And really at a good price.
