15/03/2025: Ordered two proseccos and a platter to share, strong disorganization, probably new staff which, excluding the errors that can happen, it was really bad to see the owner (?) continually reprimanding the boy. When after more than 20 minutes I ask what happened to the cutting board we are teased with different excuses "the order was not sent" only to then see the cutting board we ordered arrive probably at a nearby table that arrived after us, in the meantime more elaborate preparations arrived at many tables and we were still waiting for a cutting board! Mistakes can happen, but even the desire to fix the situation shows the seriousness, they could have done a thousand things to apologize (offer a coffee, give a small discount at the checkout) nothing was done. Maybe it's because "waiting increases desire" but the products were good. Too bad about everything else.

24/02/2025: Refined and particular ingredients, excellent food quality (meat, fish and first courses). Wide choice of wines, we personally asked the waiter to recommend a glass of wine which had an excellent taste and we were very happy. The most special part, however, is certainly the magical view at the restaurant and the possibility of visiting the Bastion internally. Therefore a place recommended from all points of view, perhaps a little expensive but the view is worth it!

12/02/2025: Piacevole scoperta! Prenotato alla mattina per un gruppo di amici, hanno trovato la sistemazione perfetta per la stessa sera. Personale gentile, professionale e veloce. Pizza con un piacevole e gradevole impasto, molto gustosa la Esplosiva.

08/02/2025: Apres avoir réservé on a attendu 1h pour une pizza, le serveur plus desagreable et impoli qui nous dit qu'on aurait du savoir que le samedi il faut attendre longtemps!

25/11/2024: A very cool mix of jazz bar and pizzeria! The food was very good, and the host/cook/pizza maker was unconventional. Pizza - size sufficient, and price under 10 euros. Great mix - bacon, cheese and porcini mushrooms. So a great experience for someone who just wants to eat pizza in a different way! Give your life a jazz jolt!

16/02/2025: Domenica, nessuna prenotazione… 10 minuti scarsi d’ attesa e il pranzo è servito. Tagliere ottimo come il cervo e a detta della commensale , meravigliosa la trota con polentina. Da bere un ottimo gewurtztraminer èd un’interessante il blu di RIva.abbiamo provato lo strudel della casa e tiramisù. Tutto bene, consiglio una visita,sono anche simpatici!

21/03/2025: Mi piace molto venire a mangiare la pizza qua, è davvero buona forse la mia pizza preferita a Riva del Garda. I prezzi sono in linea con il fatto che siamo in un posto turistico. Il servizio è ben fatto e il locale molto colorato.

20/03/2025: Se vuoi avere un’esperienza unica allora sei al posto giusto. La pizza migliore di tutto il Trentino, la mangi ed è super leggera e digeribile. Abbinamenti di gusti pazzeschi. Personale strepitoso, cordiale, sorridente e gentile. Un ambiente caloroso e divertente, ad ogni serata non manca mai una risata. Super consigliatissimo

13/01/2025: Terrible hotel, experience not to be repeated, the price was more than good... too bad that it is December without heating in the room, I'll leave you to imagine, but not for one day but for four days... if the hotel has something to object to, contact me...

09/01/2025: Terrible room, very small bathroom (but I never thought it was possible to have a service in such a small space), TV not working but the worst thing is the bed with a mattress 8-10 cm high and a plywood board underneath. The only good thing is the cleanliness, breakfast is also sufficient
