07/07/2024: Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo e abbondante hamburger, eravamo talmente sazi da non essere riusciti a mangiare il dolce! Simpatica l'idea di servire gli hamburger in piccoli padellini. Se devo fare una segnalazione, un peccato servire il contorno come extra.

01/07/2024: Siamo capitati per caso davanti a questo locale molto carino e accogliente pieno di piante, abbiamo mangiato due hamburger molto buoni, in particolare uno con il polpo, la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto disponibile e gentile Esperienza ottima

23/08/2024: Very rude sales assistant!! We order the piadina to take away, we are given the instrument that lights up when it is ready. Up to here everything is ok. It lights up and I go to collect it. Since it is packaged in simple paper, I ask the shop assistant if by any chance she had a paper bag with handles, to which she rolls her eyes because she is busy with a line of people and pretends not to understand. I ask her and she, all annoyed and raising her voice, replies: these are our packages, okay?!?!? Leaving aside the quality of the food whether it is good or not, when selecting your staff you specify that education should be the first requirement. I'm stunned

20/08/2024: Good piada close to the gate. Good one for lunch. Please bear in mind over the weekends there is also a midday break in the operation hours.

02/07/2024: very nice place, beautiful view of the mountains, nice atmosphere We were served by a very nice woman we were served coffee and fresh croissants which I highly recommend trying and visiting this wonderful place

08/08/2024: Currently sitting in this restaurant. The male waiter comes over, doesn’t say hello, an utter sour look on his face and rolls his head toward us and grunts. Takes the order and again it seems to be typical Italian service, they don’t care about good impressions or customer service. It’s so disappointing and can ruin an anniversary dinner. Aprerol came out, flat no bubbles. No apology just a sulking miserable waiter. He then brings another lot of aperol spritz in BEER glasses and then tells us he doesn’t have wine glasses, a lie. So he brings them and asks us to pour them to change. The most disgusting customer service in 6 months

08/08/2024: Possibly the worst service ever experienced. The waiter dragged his feet around like he's being asked to walk to his death. Didn't greet us, barely spoke, just moved his head toward each of us and said nothing when taking our order. Received the flattest spritz we've ever seen (one campari, one aperol). When pointing this out, he took them away and returned 10 minutes later with almost the same drinks, but this time in long beer glasses. He claimed there were no other glasses like the previous ones the spritz were served in (simple wine glasses) but then somehow produced some when we pushed him on it. We raised this with other staff there, and they didn't seem the least bit interested. Our opinion of the place is that it has the look of a business that was once cared for and worked hard for. It now looks like it's in the hands of 2nd/3rd generation family members who feel entitled to the place and don't want to put the work in.

01/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo un po prima della chiusura, già l'atmosfera parliamone, il tavolo davanti al nostro si lamentava come noi dell'aria condizionata inesistente, personale musone,capocameriere antipatico e maleducato, abbiamo pranzato velocemente perché ci è stata messa fretta( con due bambini) .tralasciamo la pulizia dell'unico bagno. In compenso la pizza era buona. Ma i prezzi assurdi , manco ci fosse stata la vista mare.... Tanto da rivedere ... A malincuore non ci ritorneremo...

31/08/2024: Sono stata qui qualche anno fa e ne ho decantato a tutti gli amici che frequentano Riva e sono tanti ( velisti ) L ottimo livello di pietanze proposti ……ma con oggi , mi dispiace , non lo farò più ! Innanzitutto cucinavano ottimi primi e fritture , oggi sono tornata proprio per la carbonara di pesce . L insegna riporta pizza e cucina ,ma di cucina non c è traccia se non per qualche insalatona . Alla richiesta di un primo per la Bimba la Risposta e’ stata solo lasagne che a parte i 35 gradi che c erano , non mi pare un piatto del Sud. Comunque morale una margherita ,una Cesar salad (tanta iceberg e crostini) acqua 1/2 litro di vino …50€. Non mi tornavano i conti in effetti… ricontrollo 13€ 1/2 litro di vino della “ casa”! Mah ! Sinceramente trovo il paragone pizza ( 7,50 ottima a onore del vero )..con vino di bassa qualità (13€ mezzo litro ) un assurdità . Non torneremo a malincuore

08/08/2024: I didn't want to give 5* for the food, also because I limited myself to a maxi veggie toast, which was 5*, but I didn't try anything else offered by the place..... excellent service, friendliness and kindness combined with professionalism. As for the environment, the interior is nice, but having only stayed outside at lunchtime, here too for the rating I have to limit myself to my experience, and I leave a pass only for the slightly unfortunate position between the street and the sidewalk . However, we will return to experience the place better.

18/07/2024: Out of four times in Gardasee, two of them in Bellariva 😃 The first time in the fall of 22, and it was love at first sight ♥️ Our family is satisfied with everything! Two adults, a 12-year-old child, a dog) Everything in the restaurant is always fresh, delicious 😋👍 The guys (waiters) are always smiling, attentive, everything is fast 💪👍 Special thanks to the chef - a God-given chef 👍 The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, there is enough space. I came out, and the lake 👍 lawn, very green 👍 Order is provided by cameras, control by the staff, calm down. We recommend 👍👍 Super Hotel 👍👍💪💪💋💋💋❤️❤️ P.s. I have been to many countries and hotels. We have something to compare with

05/07/2024: Their location is very excellent, directly on Lake Gadra. Lake Garda is known as one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Italy. Their service is excellent and their treatment is nice. They have a valet service. Of course, the parking is in a mall that is ten or eight minutes away from the hotel, but if you need it, they will bring you the car and park it themselves. Of course, it is free. Breakfast is modest. They have a luggage trolley, but you take your bags if you need a trolley. They will provide it for you. The center is a little far away. If you go for a walk of 900 meters, you go from the main road and return from the lake side. It is beautiful and enjoyable for those who like to walk.

10/08/2024: Tight, 30cm from tent to tent. The lady didn't allow me to pay by card, and finally she didn't want to issue an invoice that I needed for settlement in Poland. The toilets are quite small for so many people, but clean. The advantage of the campsite is its location, very close to the beach.

30/07/2024: We love all you can eat and here it was buffet style which really appealed to us. The service was friendly, but the seating was very, very dirty, all fabric with stains everywhere. The choice wasn't big and the food didn't really taste like Asian. You can eat here if you don't have big expectations, but otherwise it's not recommendable.
