07/05/2026: I am writing to share our disappointment regarding the service we received at your restaurant.
As tourists, we were unaware that a reservation was required. However, the way we were treated was very unprofessional. As soon as we walked in, a staff member simply signaled "No" with her hand and told us to leave before even asking if we had a booking.
Only after being dismissed so rudely were we asked about a reservation. We left feeling unwelcome, hungry, and very disappointed. We have never experienced such a lack of basic hospitality.

07/04/2026: We ate on Easter Monday. Excellent food, courteous and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Well done everyone.
06/04/2026: Pasta was fresh and delicious. Cocktails (pina colada and hugo) were excellent from the young brunette waitress.
Meat seasoning was good, meat itself little dry but fine.
Tiramisu was surprisingly delicious!
Price also good, so overall recommended!

13/06/2026: It's a 20-minute walk from the shuttle's arrival. The return journey is all downhill on foot; we did it with a stroller and it took us just over an hour. The food was divine, especially the pappardelle with game ragù, which was fantastic, but also the spetzle and goulash. Very friendly service.
12/06/2026: For a pleasant break on the route from Pozza to the San Nicoló Valley. Very friendly staff and delicious carne salada.

27/12/2025: A delightful discovery. The pizza by the slice is truly excellent: light, well-leavened, and easily digestible, with a crust that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients are high-quality and well-balanced, with generous but never heavy toppings.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a snack with friends or a more relaxed evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the fast service makes the experience even more enjoyable.

16/09/2025: After a strenuous climb, we reached the hut in the rain. Due to the weather, we extended our stay by one night. We were very pleased with the facilities and especially the delicious and plentiful food. The hut owners gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable.

10/06/2026: If I could award stars in different categories, this resort would actually deserve 5 stars.
1 star for the good restaurant; the pizza is really delicious.
1 star, of course, for the fantastic location.
1 star for the clean sanitary facilities (the water could be a bit warmer).
1 star for the superb children's play area and the great playground.
1 star for the service.
Unfortunately, I can only give it 4 stars because charging their own guests, who in my opinion already pay a fair price for the pitch, exorbitant, truly outrageous prices for swimming pool entry is outrageous.
We would have loved to take our 2-year-old son (a day ticket is absolutely impossible) to the pool for at least 3 hours, but even for that, you have to pay a fortune. The water isn't made of gold, is it?
Nothing is free, that's clear, but it has to be somewhat proportionate, especially for their own guests.

04/09/2025: Our favorite place!!! Everything was fantastic: the welcome, the rooms, the pools, the breakfast, the dinner... and the warm welcome and friendliness of the owners! Our kids loved it and always ask to return. We've been here twice already, and we'll definitely be back sooner or later!

I'm a frozen pizza expert; I've eaten several over the years, and I can 100% assure you that it was a frozen pizza.
They even charge a fortune (€15 for a diavola, if I remember correctly). We asked if we could add fries to one of the two pizzas, and they told us they don't have fries... what kind of place doesn't have fries?

Edit June 1, 2026 - I'm editing my review after the owner's response. It's truly unprofessional and childish to get personal and insult anyone. I even made a positive comment about the welcome (which I'm now removing) and I left a review without getting personal or insulting anyone. Evidently, someone here needs a course in managing criticism and anger.
I should point out that we stopped by the pizzeria around 9:45 PM. We didn't see any pizza chef rolling out pizzas, the counter was empty, and the oven was off. I imagine that, to avoid leaving people without dinner, they served us frozen pizzas because they weren't making them anymore at that hour. All they had to do was tell us, and we would have accepted anyway, since we were dead tired and just wanted to eat.
And if you insist that the pizza was made by a pizza chef, well, then the problem is that it wasn't good at all and seemed frozen; it was dry and floury, with a cracker-like flavor. If a pizza chef made it, it's even worse.
