27/12/2024: We had dinner at the restaurant, we did not stay at the hotel. What can I say, just one word: Sublime! Fast, friendly, competent service. Traditional dishes revisited and used modern cooking methods (low temperature vacuum) and expertly combined ingredients. Here there is history, here there is tradition, here there is innovation, here there is a wise use of local excellence. Spectacular plating because, as maestro Massari always says, before eating with your mouth you eat with your eyes. For us 5 stars with praise! Chapeau!

23/12/2024: Excellent parking. Easy to reach place a stone's throw from the centre. Very kind staff. It was all very good. Excellent restaurant also for families with small children. We will be back!

05/01/2025: We enjoyed chef Riccardo's cuisine on the first evening of 2025 and it was a very pleasant start... tasting the dishes makes you understand the title of Oste 2024... absolutely deserved!!!! I add a compliment to the staff... welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable also regarding the pairing of wines and grappa! We can't wait to return!!!! Good work and a big THANK YOU

05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We hadn't booked and there wouldn't have been room if by chance a family of three hadn't canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.

Located in a quiet position about 20 minutes from the center of Levico, the prices are excellent and the place is renovated and typical of Trentino

02/01/2025: In Compet, near Vetriolo Terme, you can eat very well in this typical bar-restaurant. The well-managed service and excellent value for money! The environment was decorated for the Christmas holidays, but maintains the tradition of the area. We will definitely be back!

13/01/2025: The review refers to the restaurant: Even from a distance we noticed the determination with which craftsmen, jacket wearers and pensioners headed to this restaurant at lunchtime. A clear quality feature in almost all regions. Seen from the outside, not a highlight in terms of location or appearance, this aspect seemed tempting enough for us to follow the locals - and the bus station for the return route of the hike is opposite this restaurant. In the entrance area there is a functionally designed bar area and in the main room of the restaurant the visual advantages are limited, but in a way that does not have to be perceived as disturbing. In the "adjoining room", however, it is quite comfortable to sit thanks to the generous glazing, which is also due to the fact that the nearby mountains offer a good view. The locals probably come here primarily because of the good food. Regardless of whether it's starters, pasta dishes or main courses (fish, meat), the dishes all look very tasty and despite a guest-friendly calculation, you have to expect large portions, which should be taken into account by anyone who wants to order several courses here.

23/12/2024: Insomma. Conoscendo già il locale essendoci stati nel 2019 sempre in occasione dei mercatini di Natale, ci siamo tornati anche quest anno. Partiamo dal presupposto che non esiste un vero e proprio menù, ci sono diversi piatti completi tipici a scelta, altrimenti classica pasta pomodoro/ragù e lasagne o spatzle. Secondi non esistono, a meno che non si prenda appunto un piatto completo a 19 euro. Il resto del menù è composto da pizze. Ci fanno accomodare e ordiniamo 2 piatti completi, una pasta al ragù, wurstel e patatine e una patatina a parte. Primi buoni, Gulash duro e brodoso, considerando che conosco bene questo piatto e la carne dovrebbe sciogliersi in bocca. Alla fine ci alziamo, mio marito va a far la fila per pagare e io e i miei figli aspettiamo fuori perché al bancone era pieno di gente che tra pagamenti e liquorini da bere lì, intasava tutto il passaggio. Finché ad un certo punto mio marito sente le cameriere alludere che la mia famiglia fosse uscita senza pagare! Fortunatamente la cameriera che ci ha servito ha visto mio marito e ha fatto notare all altra che mio marito era in fila per pagare. Mi aspettavo quanto meno delle scuse (seppur non detto a noi direttamente ma sentito benissimo anche dagli altri commensali e alludendo a noi che eravamo in quel tavolo), vista l accusa infondata solo perché ero uscita fuori con i miei figli, nemmeno fossimo scappati via. Migliorei il menù e l attenzione per il cliente.

04/01/2025: I recently visited Bandus Braci e Pizza and I must say I had a very good time. Fantastic service and hospitality, compliments to the hosts who always make you feel welcome. A special thanks also to Kenia and the rest of the staff who are truly very kind and polite. Fantastic dishes, I highly recommend the dishes with meat, super soft and really good. Really delicious desserts. Excellent beers and wines too. Super recommended! Until next time!!

29/12/2024: La Stua is a typical Trentino restaurant with home cooking. Outside only 4 parking spaces near the entrance. They made us sit in the last internal room which reminded me a lot of my mother's living room and even the chandelier was the same! Regardless of my trip to the past, we ate really well. Typical and genuine cuisine, whose objective is not to take care of the plating but to satisfy the palate and fill the belly. Friendly and fast service. We tasted a grostel, a typical peasant dish: a potato Rosti stuffed with cheese and speck. Then followed by homemade dumplings in broth and my wife with goulash, slightly spicy. I took the deer leg stew with taragna polenta, the meat was very soft. To finish on a sweet note, a slice of buckwheat cake and elderberry ice cream and a slice of mochena braid with vanilla ice cream. We left the restaurant full and satisfied with the excellent dinner and the not too salty bill. Goodbye Levico!

28/12/2024: From the outside it may seem like a simple mountain restaurant, even quite small and spartan, but inside it has plenty of space, a well-kept environment and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We really liked the first courses and also the typical Rostel. The Treccia Mochena is delicious. Ps, the quantity of dishes for celiacs is also commendable!

The view is truly wonderful and the atmosphere of the place is relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of wines. The food was of good quality, although the portions are not very large. There were 5 of us and we took some dishes from the menu, including spaghetti cacio e pepe with prawn tartare, sliced ​​tuna with sesame, cabbage salad with speck and apple and spaghetti with seafood-type sauce. We found the cacio e pepe a little dry, while the tuna was very good, but I recommend specifying the cooking time if you prefer it a little less cooked on the inside. The cabbage salad with speck and apple is excellent. Prices appropriate to the location.
