21/03/2026: I've been here 5-6 times, and for me, it remains one of the best restaurants I've ever had. Superb staff, amazing food. The menu changes frequently, and the desserts are truly delicious.
21/03/2026: My partner and I ate here this evening and everything was exquisite. It was busy when we arrived and we didn’t have a reservation, but Alex asked if we could wait 10 minutes at the bar as another couple were finishing up. We are glad we decided to do this as we both had amazing meals, and Alex (and all the other staff) were very friendly. Great food and great service. Thank you!

20/01/2026: From the Tonale Pass, we headed toward Valsugana, and in addition to the beautiful view of the lake, which truly brings me peace, we came across this place, which I find very captivating. Here, you can indulge in a dish of local cuisine, a pizza, or grilled meat, all in a beautifully curated setting run by the very welcoming owners. And as their motto is clearly stated on the menu, "Everything always begins with a woman." It's worth a visit.
03/01/2026: Lovely place. Everything was well taken care of. Very friendly staff. The meat was incredibly tender. We drank Lagrein wine from an excellent winery. Highly recommended.

10/01/2026: We had lunch with friends at this hotel restaurant. The food was good, traditional, and the owners were very friendly. The prices were excellent. Recommended.
05/01/2026: A positive experience. We stayed for four nights as a couple with our dogs. The owners are very kind, polite, and helpful. The food is excellent, with tasty local products. The price is fair, and the rooms are very clean.

06/04/2026: The burgers are excellent. Truly challenging.
They have various types; the one with Fassona and Asiago is truly delicious; the one with pulled pork is definitely GPM-worthy, meaning anyone who finishes it is good. The bun topping is decidedly unusual, but perfectly spot on: they chose to make it with pizza dough. A very pleasant surprise.
The pizzas are also excellent, with dough of varying thicknesses and very interesting compositions.
Despite not having made reservations, the wait was minimal.

21/12/2025: This recently renovated restaurant, located on the shore of Lake Levico, offers a rustic yet modern ambiance. On a night when all the local restaurants were packed, we managed to get a table at Ristorante La Taverna. Service wasn't slow at all, despite the packed restaurant that evening. The pizzas were delicious and fluffy, with a shallow crust. Quality ingredients and prices very similar to the competition. Approved!

15/12/2025: We had pizza for two on Sunday evening and were very impressed with the speed of service (just enough time to go to the bathroom), the variety of options, and the quality of the pizzas (excellent quality prosciutto). The atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet, with background music at just the right volume. Highly recommended for anyone in Levico who wants to enjoy excellent pizza.

15/04/2026: A decidedly negative experience.
I ordered a chicken breast with grilled vegetables and, when placing the order, I asked if it was possible to replace the vegetables with potato rösti. They said yes, without any further clarification.
When paying, however, I found the rösti charged separately, as if I had ordered it in addition to, and not as a replacement for, the side dish. Considering that grilled vegetables on the menu cost even more than the rösti, I would have expected at least some transparency: if the change entails an additional cost, it should be clearly communicated beforehand.
I find this behavior to be both incorrect and unprofessional. Transparency with the customer should be the foundation of any service.
15/04/2026: We had lunch outside on a Saturday after visiting Tulipanomania at the Habsburg Park in Levico. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good overall. There were two things I didn't like, though. First: the €2.30 cover charge for "Outdoor as specified on the receipt," where you make do by taking your own cutlery and a paper placemat and then going in to order at the cash register. Second: all the draft beers, starting at €0.40, cost €6. Honestly, considering it's called Fabbrica di Pedavena, it seems a little "unfair."

22/02/2026: The food and hospitality were excellent. We stayed with Smartbox and had a great time. The restaurant offers truly fabulous, well-prepared dishes. The wellness area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the ritual with ice and essential oils in the sauna. The room was a shame: in addition to being a bit bare despite its generous size, the beds were close together but separate, not ideal for a "romantic" hotel. Another flaw was that the reception staff (for the Garni and Anderle areas) were never present during the day, and there was no way to call them without going to the Hotel Aurora. Perhaps an extra person for a few hours would make a difference.

Quality cuisine.
I also appreciated the variety of the buffet.
Rustic and intimate atmosphere.

The desserts are also excellent: the strudel (the real thing).
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The menu is varied and offers plenty of choices, including allergens (including gluten).

20/03/2026: Excellent location, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient service. The staff was very helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience without any waiting.
Regarding the food, the overall quality of the dishes was satisfactory. The ingredients were good, but the tomato sauce used on the pasta was so sweet that it didn't ruin the flavor.
In conclusion, the restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service.
22/02/2026: We've been there twice for lunch, and I'd say it's excellent. The food is divine, the waiters are super attentive, and the service is impeccable. Stunning view of Lake Levico.
The best restaurant in Levico, with prices in line with everything else. Congratulations, we'll be happy to return.

22/09/2025: A wonderful holiday in a nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast, a pool, modern rooms and bathrooms, in a very good location by the lake and within walking distance of the town center. A bicycle shed with electrical hookups is also available.
We would love to come back.
