14/03/2024: I had a GREAT experience, even being from Romagna I won the evening with the super challenge of "guess the song" I had a lot of fun with the entertainer, I will definitely come back because it's really worth it. truly perfect place for families, perfect for after a day of skiing to go to the heated hotel swimming pool, REALLY LOTS OF STUFF. perfect services: beautiful spa and top Turkish bath😍. next time I'll do a week instead of 3 days because the truth is a lot. vote 💯.

09/03/2024: Opinion of a family with 3 children. Great hotel; warm and family atmosphere, rooms up to standard. Very nice and helpful gentleman at the reception - smiling. Moreover, all the staff are helpful and friendly people. Delicious dinner. 4 saunas: Finnish at 90 degrees and 60 degrees, Turkish and infrared sauna. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, billiards, a piano and board games are available.

12/03/2024: My stay at the Grand Hotel Biancaneve was more than satisfactory. I was deeply enthusiastic about the experience, so much so that I found it extremely useful to share my opinions with other travellers. Upon arrival I had no problems with the reception staff. The welcome was warm and professional; check-in was quick so you could get to your room right away. The room was clean and well looked after, the bathroom was also perfectly clean and equipped with the expected body care products. The variety and quality of the dishes at lunch and dinner did not disappoint expectations as the results were tasty and appreciated. The products offered for breakfast were also as expected and were quite varied in their offering. Even room service was satisfactory; requests for a few extra things, such as additional towels and a blanket, were promptly fulfilled. In summary, I can recommend this hotel to everyone whether individuals or groups of family or friends. The experience was extremely positive in many aspects, from service to hygiene to the quality of breakfast.

07/04/2024: We were immediately welcomed by Katia who followed us with excellent advice and friendliness!!! The second course of meat revisited the Cervo.2 was super promoted (if I remember correctly) Absolutely not to be missed for the extraordinary combination of flavors but also for the accurate presentation of the dish. Everything was really excellent, even the savory strudel and the top wine. What can I say, it will be a place worth mentioning where you will definitely return for another dinner.

12/02/2024: Wonderful place, with very welcoming and helpful staff like the fantastic Katia who welcomes you like a member of the family, chef Simone's cuisine with the help of Lorenzo is simply exquisite, they put love and passion into every dish. Excellent choice of wines. If you pass through Folgaria, a visit to John's café and stua is a must. Thanks for making us feel at home!
