Gorgeous hotel, clean rooms, very friendly and nice staff, good food with buffet, strategic location and excellent price

My stay at the Grand Hotel Biancaneve was more than satisfactory. I was deeply enthusiastic about the experience, so much so that I found it extremely useful to share my opinions with other travellers. Upon arrival I had no problems with the reception staff. The welcome was warm and professional; check-in was quick so you could get to your room right away. The room was clean and well looked after, the bathroom was also perfectly clean and equipped with the expected body care products. The variety and quality of the dishes at lunch and dinner did not disappoint expectations as the results were tasty and appreciated. The products offered for breakfast were also as expected and were quite varied in their offering. Even room service was satisfactory; requests for a few extra things, such as additional towels and a blanket, were promptly fulfilled. In summary, I can recommend this hotel to everyone whether individuals or groups of family or friends. The experience was extremely positive in many aspects, from service to hygiene to the quality of breakfast.

A beautiful hotel both for its location, services and food. The pool is warm and large and has a slide for fun. The staff were also excellent, very kind and available for any eventuality. There was no lack of animation either. One not very nice thing is the rooms which are not very large, and there is little light.

Very nice and welcoming hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Particular praise goes to the entertainment staff, especially Rosy and Carlotta who are always friendly, smiling, helpful and nice to all the children and adults. Added value is the beautiful swimming pool and the hot hydromassage. Highly recommended structure and close to the Costa facilities.

Slopes easily accessible on foot even with children Reserved parking always clean (from ice and snow) Wonderful animation, engaging, polite. not even the adults could resist the baby dance!!!

Bellissima struttura, camere comode e pulite, salotto spazioso. Ristorante di ottima qualità, personale cordiale e qualificato, in particolare la Sig.Simona che con la sua professionalità ti fa sentire a casa. Nota leggermente negativa è il menù per bambini siccome c’è poca scelta, per il resto ottimo buffet, colazione ottima con vasta scelta e tutto fresco. Comoda piscina con ambiente super riscaldato,jacuzzi posizionata ad ovest dove si può ammirare un tramonto spettacolare e bellissima vista sulle piste. Struttura posizionata in uno dei posti più vicini al paese ed ai sevizi come navetta supermarket. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno.
