08/03/2026: We went without a reservation and there was no problem. The waiter speaks a little Spanish, very friendly, and the girl was too. The food was very good. The charcuterie board was excellent and the polenta with mushrooms was spectacular. And the tiramisu was a great choice for dessert.

04/01/2026: You're always the best! Excellent beer, serious and competent staff, excellent location, central but just outside the hustle and bustle, prices appropriate for the quality! Far from Saint Tropez, as some say... where I've been, a gin and tonic costs at least €20. And the wait is worth it, considering the crowds and the difficulty of finding staff. "The anticipation of pleasure is itself the pleasure"...! Keep it up, it seems to be doing well 😜

10/11/2025: The building and rooms are very beautiful, I'd say 5 stars. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the spa is complete with everything you need. Personally, I'd prefer the water to be warmer, especially in the outdoor areas.
The food is delicious, but the portions are a bit small. I appreciate the buffet with bread, vegetables, and other local products like cheese and speck. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend, highly recommended!
09/11/2025: Very nice hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with quality products. The only downside is that the spa was only accessible for 2 hours due to the number of guests.

05/10/2025: Very good pizza, well-maintained and well-kept location, very friendly and attentive staff. Service was quick; we didn't have to wait long, in fact. The quality-price ratio was good. We'll definitely be back.
17/08/2025: We arrived on the evening of August 9th around 9 pm. The place wasn't busy, and many people had already finished dinner. When we asked for a table for four to each get a pizza, we were told they were full and waiting for a table for 20. They didn't even have takeout. So we left. Unfortunately, when we came back, the table for 20 wasn't available. Terrible service in a place that thrives on tourism.

Honestly, the only flaw was the food.
Some of the food was tasteless.
The service was average, some glasses were chipped, and there was no disposable tablecloth.
Overall, the price is high for the quality offered.
10/02/2026: Excellent food with top-quality ingredients and excellent table service. We were pampered from the first minute. Highly recommended.

22/12/2025: We stayed for four nights last week. The hotel is well-run by Raia, a Lagorai shepherd, assisted by an excellent team of assistants. The value for money is excellent, and it's one of the few hotels without unnecessary frills like a spa. The location is perfect for skiing, with the chairlift just 100 meters away. Highly recommended.
08/12/2025: On 7.12 I had lunch in this restaurant, having found the location by chance, splendid, in front of the slopes and the ski lift of the same name... the food was good, the tagliata and polenta with cheese and mushrooms were perfect... the staff were kind and helpful, worth trying +++

12/01/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent coffee and single portions. You'll ask why the rating is so high... the unsightly fabric benches are covered in hair, presumably dog hair. I have nothing against dogs, but sitting where people sit is definitely not an issue!!! And unfortunately, the lady in front of me had one sitting very comfortably on the cushions. It's a shame because all that hair gives off a bad impression of being dirty and unkempt.

04/01/2026: The chocolates and cakes were delicious, despite being topped with unwanted creams. It's a shame about the TOTALLY DISORGANIZED AND INCOMPETENT service. We waited 50 minutes to order, and of course the food arrived after over an hour, staggered, due to a mix-up of which cakes were to be delivered.

10/03/2026: Good location, large and relatively modern room. The bar is well-stocked and excellent value. The spa experience could be improved: the quality of the spa and the range of services (various types of saunas, Turkish bath, etc.) are excellent. Some truly incomprehensible lapses in style: towels are available for a fee (I understand the bathrobes, but the towels are truly incomprehensible—a first in 25 years of traveling the world), no drinks (except from a tap—not even a paper cup), and the ceiling in the Turkish bath is loose and unsafe. It's a shame, because the spa is truly beautiful, spacious, and bright.
08/03/2026: I stayed at the Alpen Hotel Eghel and had a truly positive experience. The property is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
The wellness areas, such as the pool and spa, are well-organized and enjoyable. Everything is clean and designed to offer moments of true relaxation.
Another great asset is the staff: friendly, professional, and always available. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.
A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a few days of relaxation in a well-kept and peaceful environment.
