11/03/2025: Cenato durante il soggiorno alle suites, abbiamo conosciuto il cuoco di persona (hanno la cucina a vista). Piatti bellissimi e molto buoni, non posso che consigliare l’esperienza

16/02/2025: Seguendo le recensioni abbiamo deciso di cenare presso questo ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato 2 secondi che sono arrivati dopo mezz'ora dall'ordinazione freddi e senza l'accompagnamento del pane, una bottiglia d'acqua e una lattina di coca cola. In totale c'erano 4 tavoli da servire due da due persone e due da quattro con 2 camerieri a servizio totalmente assenti. Alla richiesta del pane per accompagnare i secondi (quantità veramente scarsa, la guancia di vitello sarà stata 50 grammi) sono passati altri 20 minuti e abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Il proprietario rammaricato dell'accaduto ci ha fatto pagare cmq 50 euro (praticamente senza cenare) All'uscita siamo andati a cenare in un'altro locale. Con quattro tavoli e due camerieri per la cena è veramente assurdo che possa capitare una cosa del genere. Da sconsigliare

29/03/2025: Light and digestible pizza dough, excellent quality raw materials, young, dynamic and very friendly staff. The room is very large with well-spaced tables. Not the usual pizzeria where you eat crowded together! I will definitely go back

21/04/2025: We had a family dinner at this restaurant. I'll start by saying that the food wasn't bad, but we didn't like the service. 3 euros cover with plastic tablecloth. The waitress, despite having asked for an explanation of a dish, was unable to tell me what it was. I went to trust, and I found a super tasty and spicy dish, which was not specified on the menu. For what it costs we expect a better service, I don't feel like recommending it and we won't return again.

21/01/2025: Great craft beer and welcoming atmosphere! 👍🍻 "La Barba Casa" is a modern style pub with a wide selection of beers from the Barbaforte Brewery. We tried the IPA (very good!) and an excellent cooked toast and cheese to accompany the aperitif. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

03/11/2024: Very warm atmosphere, good welcome and helpful staff. Tasted some of their craft beers which I found to be of good quality. They offer about 16 different styles: 3 rotating taps and the rest in bottles/cans.

26/05/2025: This is such a perfect cozy little place… Like you stepped in Christmas in the middle of May. We had the cheese and salami platter, spritz and cakes for dessert and can’t tell what was better 🥹🤍 We loved it here and will definitely come back again! 🫶🏼✨🥰

04/03/2025: Hotel with typical skiing standards without fireworks but also without major reservations, completely sufficient for a ski trip. Pros: Clean rooms and cleaned daily. Buffet breakfasts. Three-course dinner menu, with three options to choose from in advance, additionally a buffet with salads, cakes, pizza. There is enough food and everyone will find something for themselves. The hotel has a small outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, a spa center in the hotel, access to the pool and sauna included in the price of the stay. The hotel is located close to the slope to the Costa lift, opposite the ski bus stop. Large parking lot. Ski room. Very friendly reception and hotel staff. Cons: The biggest problem is the ski bus, it is in the form of a train that pulls two carriages. The hotel is the third stop and this stop is often skipped because there is no more space. Sometimes, a more thoughtful Italian train operator drops people off at the lift and you return to the hotel, but there are few such operators and you have to wait another "x" amount of time. Italians are a lazy nation! Saunas are open until 19:30, but often at 17:00 there is a power cut. If you can come to the hotel with a dog, then allocate rooms in a separate part so as not to disturb the lives of others. The hotel itself is definitely too hot and the smog often does not allow you to open the window. There is no kettle or glasses in the rooms, and often after skiing, Polish tourists, of whom there are 90% there, love tea. Despite the minuses, I recommend this hotel for a family ski vacation.

05/09/2024: Today for lunch we ate in this place, 3 people ate well only me, who ordered a single dish with grilled vegetables, melted cheese etc, I found almost everything quite cold. I'm a little sorry since the others had nothing to complain about. However, although there was a young waitress, the order was taken by a lady of respectable age but who couldn't hear much. I would have given 4 stars if the prices had been more reasonable.

21/04/2025: Hotel located near the slopes in the low Alps - Folgaria. The guesthouse is very large. The standard of the rooms is fine. The food is really very good, large portions and a large selection. Service at a high level. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. 3 minutes to the ski room and the first lift. I recommend!

17/04/2025: Wonderful rooms with natural wood furniture, excellent breakfasts and dinners, swimming pool. Ski bus stop across the street. I really liked it.

29/03/2025: Sono stato in un ristorante di montagna davvero top! Atmosfera accogliente, cibo spettacolare con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici. Ogni piatto era una delizia, e con Tommy la compagnia è stata ancora più speciale. Servizio gentile e super attento. Ci tornerò di sicuro! Perfetto per motociclisti e i prezzi sono giusti per essere sulle piste!

19/03/2025: I had the pleasure of staying for 4 days in Trentino and discovered this fantastic restaurant on the slopes. The cuisine is absolutely delicious, with typical Trentino dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The prices are more than fair considering the privileged location of the restaurant, right on the slopes, a perfect stopping point for those looking for a break during a day skiing or on the slopes. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can perceive particular attention to customer care, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Special thanks to the owner Tommaso, who with his availability and attentive approach made every visit even more pleasant and personal. Furthermore, the place is also really suitable for those arriving by motorbike, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all two-wheel enthusiasts.
