04/05/2025: The bacon is very good. Many products from the region. However, sometimes portion sizes are a bit small and prices are very high.
18/12/2024: It happens rarely but sometimes it happens: you have a craving for a specific dish and you find the chef who sincerely tells you: "it's a dish we used to make, but we don't make it anymore" but if you want I'll make it for you. And that's how we suddenly felt the need for 6 stars, a need that was further confirmed by the traditional Trentino passito wine (which enjoys the longest drying period in the world) and the best strudel in the world

24/04/2025: Settimana Bianca con gli amici, prenotiamo in questo ristorante e mai scelta fu più azzeccata, a partire dal locale tipico molto carino con un affettatrice berkel favolosa, prodotti nostrani appesi,una goduria alla vista.
Ordino un piatto di fettuccine al capriolo con riduzione di frutti di bosco, strepitosi è dire poco, anche i miei amici soddisfattissimi di tutti i piatti.
Personale gentile e simpatico.
Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò.

20/07/2025: We went up to the Ciampac and were very happy!
The price is 25 euros per person, children are free! But I don't remember how old they are!
Beautiful park full of games and with easy, beautiful hikes!
I didn't try the food because we had a picnic and there's plenty of space!
I recommend the marmot trail!

19/07/2025: I just returned from a week spent in Canazei, where I dined four nights at this beautiful Osteria. What can I say? I loved the conviviality. I enjoyed excellent traditional dishes. I appreciated Elena's courtesy and the lively Jessica's friendliness.
I highly recommend it. I miss it already. I send my warmest regards to all the staff.

02/07/2025: We are on vacation in Canazei and last night we stopped for dinner at this very nice and welcoming little restaurant. I had an off-menu tagliolini with pea cream and tartare: an exquisite dish!!! And my wife chose polenta with goulash and mushrooms, with good and tender meat.

Hotel Rifugio Dolomia

25/07/2025: I have some doubts about the rating of this facility.
If you consider it a refuge, there's nothing to complain about. I don't expect anything more; in fact, I'd say it's excellent. If you consider it a hotel, then I think they should do a little better.
Let's be clear, the staff is truly excellent, but I wasn't entirely convinced by the dinner menu. The vegetable buffet was certainly excellent, but the rest could be better. But, again, if you consider it a refuge, then everything is fine. I think I'd still recommend it, especially for the kind attention of those who run it.
The surrounding area, needless to say given that we're at the foot of the Queen of the Dolomites, is beyond comment.
I also recommend a visit to the Great War Museum, which is just a short walk from the refuge. It's very well run and truly interesting (open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

20/03/2025: Très bonne adresse. La cuisine est vraiment bonne pour un tarif qui n’est pas excessif. L’accueil est sympathique et le restaurant chaleureux. Je recommande 😊👍🏻
07/03/2025: Leuk lokaal restaurant. 4 keer weze eten tijdens krokusvakantie. Vriendelijke mensen, snelle service, lekkere pizza, goede pasta en ook lekker dessert. We kregen ook nog eens 10% korting omdat we in het boven liggende hotel logeerde. Niets speciaals maar wat je krijgt is gewoon goed.

I recommend the tagliolini, delicious.
Every year a mandatory stop on the "Sellaronda".
On the right day, the landscape is heavenly.
