I know the owners, and she works miracles in the kitchen—raw ingredients, expert preparation, high-quality flavor and authenticity, whether it's typical local dishes or dishes seasoned with essential oils and other ingredients to make them unique…
He's a knowledgeable expert on the world of wine. He's always capable of providing explanations that allow you to taste the dishes and wines before you actually do. A typical mountain restaurant, well-kept, with an excellent view. Not to be associated with the usual mountain refuges. Here you eat and drink at a truly high level… medium-high prices, but perfectly balanced for the offerings. I thank the owners again for the always wonderful experience they manage to provide us with.

11/08/2025: The service from Mrs. Fabiola, who pampered us, her husband's cooking, and the cleanliness are the extra stars they deserve. If you're looking for tranquility, you've found the right place.
05/08/2025: Lunch break during a workday, for two. We didn't book, and they immediately told us there'd be a bit of a wait. After about ten minutes, they gave us a table, and then they left us there for 35 minutes, stopping by every now and then to say they'd come by to take our order. I asked when that would be, and they told me they'd told us it would be a while, that there's only one person in the kitchen, and they don't know what's still available. We decided to leave, and after I complained, they sternly told me it's written on the wall that reservations are required (so why did they sit us at the table?). A little more customer service and kindness would have been enough. 45 minutes and €3 for a bottle of water. There are better places to spend your time. I obviously can't say anything about the food. The staff is rude.
