15/03/2025: Vi blev rekommenderade El Pael av vårt hotell som också bokade bord åt oss. Åt Tenderloin och den var perfekt tillagad enligt våra önskemål. Pistage tiramisu till efterrätt var gudomlig. Vi blev så nöjda på torsdagskvällen att vi direkt bokade bord till fredagskvällen innan vi lämnade restaurangen. Andra kvällen blev det Flapsteak och den var nästan ännu bättre. Vi var väldigt nöjda med den trevliga personalen och ägarfamiljen som själva jobbade med serveringen och rekommenderade viner, man märker att de verkligen ville göra vårt besök till en minnesvärd upplevelse trots att vi bara var två gamla kompisar som ville äta gott och prata gamla minnen. Jag var här en gång för tio år sedan och redan då var det den bästa matupplevelsen i Canazei. /Marcus

30/04/2025: Ho soggiornato una notte in suite . Spettacolare. Nulla da dire. Personale gentile e disponibile e pulizia impeccabile. La grande delusione sono state la cena (avevamo la mezza pensione) e la colazione. Buffet verdure imbarazzante . Pomodoro mozzarella come antipasto e valdostana con patatine ( che poi era una fettina impanata con una fetta formaggio fuso sopra) come piatto principale, in un ristorante che ha un menu alla carte di tutto rispetto è inconcepibile. Ritengo che in sede di prenotazione sarebbe opportuno chiarire in cosa "consiste" la mezza pensione .Credo sia il rifugio dove ho mangiato peggio in assoluto.

08/03/2025: Absolutamente número 1 en Campitello di Fassa, o incluso Canazei incluido. Buenas cenas y la mejor selección de vinos locales (calidad y número). Estoy esquiando en la zona desde hace unos años y por primera vez este año encontré algo realmente bueno! Davide es un sumiller profesional que le ayudará a hacer una buena elección entre más de 100 marcas disponibles, en su mayoría locales. Finalmente pude entender que se puede encontrar muy buen vino en Alto Adigio/Tirol del Sur/Trentino. Definitivamente NO es la selección de supermercado como en todos los demás restaurantes. Mi ganador final es Lagrein, pero también Pinot Noir (prefiero el rojo). Y la cocina merece absolutamente elogios y distinción especiales. Fuimos allí 4 veces para la cena, así que probamos (por 3 ) la mayoría del menú. Todos los platos fueron elaborados con cuidado, no te decepcionará. Especialmente las carnes son fabulosas: cordero (uno de los mejores que he probado) , ternera de pequeño hedor (nudillo de cerdo) por supuesto, pero también todas las demás posiciones. Mi consejo de dieta: desayuno muy pequeño antes de esquiar, expreso durante el día / ayuno intermitente y que la cena en Ostria DaSte! Y hay que guardar sitio para el postre de Stefano - verdadero inventor en esta materia - ejemplo: cheescake de mascarpone y cantucini con la reducción de Vin Santo - ¡guau! Y mejor reservar con antelación - por desgracia no soy el único para descubrir este lugar. Davide y Stefano gracias! En mi opinión, usted vale una distinción Michelin.

09/04/2025: Really nice place on the road in the Campitello area, finding it open out of season we immediately said we were lucky. At lunch they were serving several fixed price menus probably for those who work in the area, but we were offered the a la carte menu. Probably being organized for a standard offer at lunch and out of season, the kitchen was not ready for the menu, the second courses were cold (and you just can't have cold ribs) and so were the side dishes. In the end I decided to say it even though I often let it go, the kind owner immediately proceeded to discount my bill even though I insisted that it wasn't necessary. Courteous service, the very kind waitress even thought of a small bowl of water for the dog. Really nice environment. We will return in season or perhaps in the evening because the menu was inviting and we trust that it was a coincidence. For lunch we will instead ask for the fixed price menu.

12/03/2025: The food was terrible, the worst we had so far in town, and perhaps generally in Italy. The pasta sauces were just not tasty, the cream of the carbonara was terrible. The Ragu was dull and without taste. To call the risotto risotto is insult.

13/01/2025: It can be reached from the Sella Pass in about 2 hours, initially on a dirt road and then an easy flat path with some ups and downs, passing through two other well-known refuges. It is a large structure where you can stop and enjoy excellent dishes.

22/10/2024: We used the Plattkofelhütte as an overnight accommodation for a hut tour on the Seiser Alm with our family (2 adults, 3 children, 12, 15, 17). Our room was simply furnished (bunk beds), but very comfortable and clean. Bed linen and towels included. Dinner was very tasty and filling. Very welcome after the strenuous climb. Extensive breakfast buffet. Unreservedly recommended!

18/03/2025: The location of the Hotel Ramon is certainly very nice, immersed in a spectacular mountain landscape that promises a relaxing holiday. However, my experience was ruined by the poor professionalism and aggressiveness of the receptionist. Already upon our arrival, the treatment received was anything but welcoming: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, responding abruptly to our requests and demonstrating a total lack of courtesy. An attitude that negatively affected the entire stay. A beautiful location is not enough if customer service and the kindness of the staff are lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Edit: I am adding to the review because I am unable to respond to the manager: At check in they did not explain the rules, at least not to me and when I tried to speak to the receptionist I was immediately attacked. The thing that made me the most angry was the fact that the light was turned off inside the spa forcing us to go down the wet steps in the dark with the possibility of slipping and hurting ourselves, I myself slipped and hit the side of the wall. If I had fallen and hit my head what would have happened? I think a complaint would have been mandatory. The next day I simply went to reception to point out the matter to the staff, and unfortunately I had my boots on, which being the first day were dry and clean and in any case I did not cross the hotel hall as I only leaned out from the stairs. Since there were more people inside the spa I was identified as the sole scapegoat for the incident. All of this generates truly unprofessional behavior on the part of the facility.

17/01/2025: I spent 3 nights in this hotel, what can I say; excellent service, mountain style and clean rooms, excellent food, in particular I liked the attention to the lactose-free dishes, which are also present at breakfast. I recommend it.
