08/07/2025: You can eat the famous doughnuts by 10:30, but not after that—too bad.
Sandwiches and toasts are also available by 10:30. For lunch, they only serve mediocre first and second courses, in my opinion.

The beers aren't my favorites, but the place is worth it.
The burger was delicious, and so were the cheesecakes.
The IPA and Hazy Pale Ale aren't bad either.

18/06/2025: Really nice experience. Very kind and friendly staff, very nice environment, welcome and explanation of wines and food by the owners. Attention to families with small children (very appreciated by us and not taken for granted, with a 7m baby). Refined and authentic food. Too bad we discovered it on the last night!

18/03/2025: The location of the Hotel Ramon is certainly very nice, immersed in a spectacular mountain landscape that promises a relaxing holiday. However, my experience was ruined by the poor professionalism and aggressiveness of the receptionist. Already upon our arrival, the treatment received was anything but welcoming: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, responding abruptly to our requests and demonstrating a total lack of courtesy. An attitude that negatively affected the entire stay. A beautiful location is not enough if customer service and the kindness of the staff are lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Edit: I am adding to the review because I am unable to respond to the manager:
At check in they did not explain the rules, at least not to me and when I tried to speak to the receptionist I was immediately attacked.
The thing that made me the most angry was the fact that the light was turned off inside the spa forcing us to go down the wet steps in the dark with the possibility of slipping and hurting ourselves, I myself slipped and hit the side of the wall. If I had fallen and hit my head what would have happened? I think a complaint would have been mandatory. The next day I simply went to reception to point out the matter to the staff, and unfortunately I had my boots on, which being the first day were dry and clean and in any case I did not cross the hotel hall as I only leaned out from the stairs.
Since there were more people inside the spa I was identified as the sole scapegoat for the incident. All of this generates truly unprofessional behavior on the part of the facility.

17/02/2025: Baita ristorante posizionato nella splendida piana della Val Duron. Buona accoglienza e personale gentile. Locali ristrutturati molto bene e puliti. Zuppa d'orzo buonissima, prezzi nella media. Per apprezzare a pieno la location spettacolare merita salire a piedi, in inverno meglio avere al seguito i ramponcini
05/02/2025: Ho ordinato la polenta con il cervo e mi hanno portato una polenta slavata di quelle precotte e pronte in cinque minuti e la porzione di cervo era scarsa e la carne dura.

30/06/2025: I stopped here for lunch as I was passing through. I chose the canederli, very good. Very nice and clean place, fast service and very kind staff. Great place, I recommend it!
27/02/2025: A very nice cafe. Good music. Good beers. They serve appetizers to accompany the drinks, which are very appreciated. And the waiter is very friendly! He treated us very well, very attentive to ensuring that we did not lack anything.

29/06/2025: Went to the restaurant and welcomed by the staff! Very helpful and kind staff. Food was good. Good ambiance as well
27/06/2025: We book a day later with a couple of friends and show up together. We are greeted with some annoyance by the managers, who, with an Eastern accent, accuse us of "having messed up" the reservation -- since they had written both surnames wrong. Annoyed, they make us pay for the night in advance. We are escorted to the rooms, which could use a bit of renovation but are still acceptable (even if not exactly in line with the price). The next morning we have breakfast, with some cake presumably bought at a discount store, as well as cheese and cold cuts, which are tastier at Lidl.
As we leave, our friends politely ask why they found themselves paying €20 more than us, for an identical room, booked a day earlier, moreover. They leave the hotel with the owner chasing them, shouting (in front of the other customers) that he does "whatever he wants", that "here come the Trentinotti" and that "I do the market". Not exactly a place I would recommend.
