16/08/2025: Lovely restaurant. We came as a group of 4 without a reservation and the owner made an effort to find us a place. Lovely atmosphere, the restaurant is stunningly decorated, a special style, like in a fairy tale, everything is made of wood. Really delicious food, great service. The restaurant is incredibly clean. The cleanest and most beautiful restrooms I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: Recommended. A restaurant inside a hotel. Extremely welcoming staff, starting with Stefano, the owner, waiter, and chef. My wife, I, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter went. The appetizers were excellent (burrata with tomato granita and chicken livers with crostini and hazelnuts, quite generous by the way); the lamb ravioli were also excellent, and the savory meat, which we ordered as our main course, was also good. The desserts were the least convincing. Both the strudel, which was plentiful, and the cheesecake, which was delicious and delicious but perhaps a little heavy (the cream); less delicious than the rest, but still enjoyable. The price was high, but it reflects the service and the quality of the food.

11/08/2025: The location is stunning and definitely worth a visit. The donuts, however, didn't seem to live up to our expectations: they're so popular, but the taste didn't win us over. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either.

11/08/2025: An incredible refuge at the foot of Sassolungo with views of the Catenaccio and Latemar mountains. The luxurious lounge chairs facing this natural masterpiece are unforgettable. Unforgettable donuts and coffee enjoyed in "paradise." I'll post a photo on the way there.

01/08/2025: My wife and I came to El Pael for dinner and loved it so much we returned the next evening. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, especially the grilled meats, cooked at high temperatures to enhance their flavor and texture: truly excellent. At the end of the evening, we met Roberto, the owner, who was also Italy's best sommelier in 2017. His passion for wine is evident and reflected in a carefully selected and original selection: he suggested unexpected pairings, with wines we weren't familiar with, which proved to be perfect with the dishes we chose. The service was also impeccable: attentive, friendly, but never intrusive. A great mix of professionalism and a relaxed atmosphere. A place where you can eat and drink truly well, with people who know what they do and are passionate about it. We'll definitely be back!

29/07/2025: What can I say: everything is truly sublime! The cheeses are accompanied by the owner's precise explanations. The tartare and octopus are exquisite! A very quiet, elegant, and relaxing place. For a different kind of evening...

13/07/2025: After reaching the summit of the Plattkofel, we had a delicious meal here. It's an exceptionally beautiful hut. Great staff and delicious food! Plenty of space and it looks super clean.

02/08/2025: A historic and charming place. A restaurant and pizzeria, the menu features traditional dishes, though not much variety. The plating is very well done, and the service is fast. I recommend booking. For two, an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and dessert (furtade) cost €77.

01/08/2025: Very welcoming staff, cozy atmosphere on two levels with outdoor space near the Rio Duròn. Excellent food, and the bill is on par with other restaurants: between €35 and €45.
