A fantastic experience at Garda Thermae. The center is meticulously maintained: enveloping warmth, low lighting, the scent of essential oils, and complete silence throughout. Impeccably clean throughout, from the changing rooms to the saunas. Beautiful spa experience: Finnish sauna with the perfect temperature to truly unwind, a gentle Turkish bath to begin with, and a herbal tea area—an atmosphere that makes you forget the clock. Friendly and discreet staff explain everything without rushing you, even if it's your first time. Excellent value for money for the level of service. I left feeling rejuvenated. Garda Thermae is the perfect place on Lake Garda when you really want to pamper yourself.

Great spa with very nice rituals

We stayed on March 8th. The wellness area was reserved for women only, with treatments included in the offer. We had a great time. The spa staff were super kind and attentive. The water in the relaxation pool was actually cold; we didn't try the pools upstairs. I hope they organize days like this again.

Booked by chance on a Sunday in February... what can I say... a magical place, guaranteed relaxation... Simona's welcome makes you feel pampered, her passion makes everything special, continuing with the steam infusions in the hot Finnish sauna with super professional instructors, even the scrub in the steam bath is pleasant. A heartfelt thanks also to Albino for his sound bath where with a magical touch he makes the soul vibrate. See you again very soon!! ❤️

We had a great time first time! The atmosphere is very relaxing and well-maintained, the staff is very kind and always available. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back, even though it's a bit far away.

A truly pampering experience. The aufguss sessions were well-curated and highly recommended. The red tango aufguss was a truly special experience and pampering. Kudos to all the staff who take such great care of their guests.

Wellness center with indoor/outdoor pool (closed in winter), sauna center, and beauty area. Water aerobics and physical rehabilitation classes are available. The changing room area has some details that are a bit neglected, and the overall facility is in need of renovation. Friendly reception staff and knowledgeable instructors are available. Free parking.

Quite nice, but also pretty crowded. You really have to be comfortable sitting close together.
