18/09/2025: We spent 12 days in Tramin on the Wine Route, spending our first evening at the Weis-Keller because we liked the pictures on Google Maps. After the first visit, we made three more visits with excellent food, a great atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Is it worth recommending? We'd say a visit is a must if you're in the area. However, reservations are mandatory, as space is limited. Thanks for the great food and the lovely evenings...

22/09/2025: Simply fantastic! We actually come here for lunch every time we return from our vacation. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is lovely. The service is attentive, friendly, and sometimes even funny, which makes the whole experience relaxed and personal. We had homemade potato salad, cheese dumplings on coleslaw, tortelloni with ricotta filling, and two Wiener schnitzels. It was really very good, except for the potato salad, which was a bit too oily, but otherwise, it was great! The drinks were also good, especially the homemade lemonade. They also serve fresh grape juice and apple juice 🍎 🍇 It's not just a quick lunch, it's a whole experience ✨

19/09/2025: Excellent experience. Excellent food, fair price. The friendly and courteous service welcomed us and served us beautifully. The goulash dumplings are a must-try.

26/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant! We were able to get in without a reservation, but would highly recommend booking ahead. Food was delicious, service was outstanding and they have a very nice wine list. We were hoping to get back in the following day, but they were already fully booked.

04/10/2025: We've lost count of how many times we've been to Gerold, Heidi, and Vincenzo's; it's always been a very family-friendly experience, even though it's often busy. The selection is extremely large; there's always something for everyone. The special pizzas with 'nduja are unusual. We always enjoy coming back.

31/07/2025: We came for a long weekend and have been blown away! The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful Mediterranean gardens everywhere, the rooms have seemingly been recently renovated, the pool is clean and view is breathtaking. The restaurant… 10/10. We got the 5 course tasting menu, with wine pairings and it was delightful. The food was outstanding and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.

02/08/2025: We had the great pleasure of enjoying a fish dinner at the Egetmann Bistrot in Tramin – and it was a culinary highlight from start to finish! Each course was lovingly prepared, perfectly balanced, and of top-notch quality. The fish was cooked to perfection, wonderfully fresh, and served with creative side dishes and sophisticated sauces. Add to that the team's warm hospitality, the cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic wine selection perfectly complemented the menu. You can simply feel the passion that goes into cooking and serving here. A huge compliment to the kitchen and service – we'll definitely be back!

22/07/2025: Architetto con la passione del vino (e che passione), Elena Walch ha forse trovato nel suo piccolo bistrot di Termeno la sintesi perfetta delle sue idee, che coniugano l'ecosostenibilità con la qualità e la bellezza. Le verre capricieux si affaccia sulla valle del lago di Caldaro con una splendida vista sulle montagne circostanti. Chiaramente i vini di Elena Walch sono il 'piatto forte', ma tutto il menù - essenziale - è interessante senza essere pretenzioso (menzione per i dolci accompagnati al passito). E' logico la qualità e il panorama si pagano, ma il ristorante non è particolarmente caro (piatto degustazione più un calice vino si resta dentro i 20 euro) e vale decisamente una visita.
