Polite service, though the food took a bit of a while to arrive.
The goulash (I ordered it with roasted potatoes instead of polenta) was very good, and the mixed salad was okay.
20/05/2026: A very cozy and quiet cellar in Tramin. Very comfortable and the service was very attentive. The lady who served us was very competent and did everything perfectly. The food was all delicious and piping hot – just the way you like it. Great praise to the entire team. We were a party of 10 and everything went perfectly. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: One of the best dining experiences we have had, every single dish we ordered was phenomenal, the wine was exquisite and the service surpassed everything. 1000/10 recommend
22/03/2026: We had a lovely meal here. The burrata with melon was delicious as well as the tartar. We also found the pasta and steak dishes to be very high quality.
We enjoyed the wines but we would have preferred more of an explanation of what we were drinking or a menu for wines by the glass.

We spent our vacation here and were thrilled.
The style of the house is simply beautiful.
The estate is in a very quiet location and offers every comfort. The highlights are the excellent cuisine and the new swimming pool. The pool is especially perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and fulfill every wish.
We've already booked for next year.

17/05/2026: A very good hotel right in the center of Tramin. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a wonderful view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of high quality, including several homemade jams, the finest South Tyrolean ham, and much more. Dinner was also varied, delicious, and reasonably priced.
The service was consistently attentive and friendly. The owner clearly runs his hotel with heart and soul. We will definitely stay at the Golden Grape again on our next vacation in Tramin.

16/12/2025: We travel from Germany to Tramin three or four times a year, and on our first evening we almost always go to the Bürgerstube restaurant because of their excellent pizza. However, their other dishes and varied daily menu are also highly recommended. The second reason we enjoy eating at the Bürgerstube is the exceptionally friendly staff.

09/11/2025: One of the best wineries in Alto Adige. One of the best Gewurtztraminers I've ever tasted, but especially their Pinot Noirs.
Courteous and hospitable.
03/10/2025: In the center of Termeno/Tramin, a renowned winery produces high-quality wines, primarily based on Traminer and Pinot Noir.
The production of dealcoholized wines from Riesling grapes is interesting; we particularly liked the new Dr. Fischer, made from grapes that provide a low-alcohol base.
The woman who welcomed us was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowing us to fully understand and appreciate Hofstätter wines.
