26/12/2024: Posticino caratteristico, per arrivare si devono percorrere delle stradine sulla dorsale di Termeno, ma una volta arrivati la calma e la tranquillità unita a una vista mozzafiato vale la strada. La cucina è tipica, i piatti cucinati al momento sono succulenti, le porzioni abbondanti, le materie prime di alta qualità. Se si cerca un ristorante senza fronzoli, ma dove poter respirare la tipica vita altoatesina degustando dei prodotti di qualità questo ristorante è senza dubbio la scelta giusta. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da andarci, e ritornarci!

26/12/2024: Characteristic little place, to get there you have to travel along narrow streets on the Termeno ridge, but once you arrive the calm and tranquility combined with a breathtaking view are worth the journey. The cuisine is typical, the dishes cooked at the moment are succulent, the portions are generous, the raw materials are of high quality. If you are looking for a no-frills restaurant, but where you can experience the typical South Tyrolean life while tasting quality products, this restaurant is undoubtedly the right choice. Excellent value for money. To go there, and come back!

19/10/2024: Fantastische Küche, wunderbare Weine, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Bedienung, wunderschönes Ambiente. Das Ansitz Romani ist eine einzigartige Perle, die wir immer wieder gerne besuchen, und wir sind jedes Mal gleich begeistert. Das Menu surprise ist absolut empfehlenswert!

05/01/2025: Location curata e arredata con ottimo gusto: se l’obiettivo del ristoratore/albergatore era creare qualcosa di alternativo alla tradizione ci è riuscito. Per i turisti italiani, consiglio di aumentare le proposte di piatti tipici trentini che con qualche tocco di innovazione, renderebbero la proposta più interessante. Bravo il giovane cuoco e pizzaiolo, complimenti! Qualità della materia prima buona. Servizio nella media, punto forte la Signora che serve ai tavoli e che gestisce la colazione dell’hotel, ci ha saputi coccolare e ha posto particolare attenzione al nostro bimbo di 11 mesi, non scontato! Il ristorante è annesso all’hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato che si propone come un 4 stelle e nonostante le camere siano ben arredate e molto ben pulite, mi dispiace dover affermare che il servizio è sicuramente da rivedere: non c’è la reception, check in e check out si fanno al ristorante, il riscaldamento delle camere non è particolarmente efficiente. Colazione nella media, buone le proposte salate e le confetture di loro produzione, scarsa l’offerta dei dolci. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media. Complessivamente siamo stati bene.

01/11/2024: Quasi metà dei piatti in menù non erano disponibili. A fine cena abbiamo chiesto il dolce e ci è stato detto che era rimasto solo il tiramisù alle castagne, che lo strudel che volevamo era terminato. Dopo circa 15 minuti è stata portata una porzione di strudel al tavolo vicino. Abbiamo chiesto il perché al personale di sala e ci è stato risposto che l'avevano trovato in un angolino..... Qualità dei piatti provati buona ma scarsa professionalità e accoglienza.

26/01/2025: First time there as a local and excited about everything!!! a small but super nice menu as well as daily specials. Great wine selection at fair prices! Absolute insider tip in the south of South Tyrol. Reservation recommended because the restaurant is small.

02/01/2025: Ambiente accogliente e curato; le pietanze proposte sono ottime e tradizionali (ci sono anche opzioni per vegetariani). Il personale è stato davvero gentile ed esaustivo nella presentazione dei prodotti di loro produzione (vini e succo di mela). Una bella scoperta, consigliato per una cena informale e curata.

27/10/2024: Bel locale in posizione panoramica, 200 m sopra il lago di Caldaro, lontana dal traffico, in mezzo ai vigneti. Molto ampio con almeno 100 posti al'interno e all'esterno, nel giardino. Menù variato con cucina itaiiana e tirolese, porzino molto abbondanti e cucinati bene. Buoni i dessert con torte e sorbetti. Ottimo il rapporto tra qualita-quantità-prezzo. Nonostante fosse pieno, siamo stati serviti, in sette, entro mezz'ora. Buana scelta di vini di produzione propria.

23/10/2024: We have been coming to the Pernhof for many years. If you are a guest at the hotel, the rooms leave nothing to be desired. Vacation from the start!!!! The breakfast buffet also offers everything your heart desires and always a smile for the guests. It's the same in the restaurant, just great!!! Thank you for the wonderful holiday, we are already looking forward to next year.

30/09/2024: Die Bedienung ging zunächst flott vonstatten, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Nach der Vorspeise dann eine längere Pause. Die Spare-Ripps waren zart und geschmackvoll. Der Zwiebelrostbraten etwas durchwachsen. Leider hat die Bedienung dann stark nachgelassen. Es wurde nicht mehr gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat und ob wir gerne einen Nachtisch hätten. Ich winkte schließlich der Bedienung und bestellte einen Williams. Der war dann leider schlecht eingeschenkt. Auch die zweimal angefragte Bezahlung ließ leider auf sich warten. So hat der zunächst gute Eindruck letztlich doch stark gelitten.
