06/11/2025: We have been guests at the Schießstand restaurant for over 20 years during our holidays and know the Morandell family personally. Since then, they have provided outstanding gastronomic services in Tramin, further improving their service through new concepts. The pizzas and dishes are still top-notch; a visit to the Schießstand is still a MUST!!!!

28/01/2026: Been there by the end of last October, and the lady working there was stunning as she was fun to talk to, very helpful and they have a great sense of hospitality. The starter soup and the main traditional schnitzel dishes were amazing & tasty. The chestnut tiramisu was a real hit to end the meals by. Highly recommended once opened again.
09/11/2025: On our way back from a weekend in Alto Adige, we stopped at this restaurant. We had three excellent dishes. The chestnut tiramisu was fabulous! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

We spent our vacation here and were thrilled.
The style of the house is simply beautiful.
The estate is in a very quiet location and offers every comfort. The highlights are the excellent cuisine and the new swimming pool. The pool is especially perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and fulfill every wish.
We've already booked for next year.
15/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at Ansitz Romani to celebrate the end of the year and the arrival of 2026.
The beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains and the Adige Valley, the very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the tastefully decorated rooms (we stayed in the old building), a fantastic New Year's Eve menu with a lovely finish on the terrace, and the consistently surprising and extensive breakfast all make us want to return soon.

03/11/2025: Excellent hotel decorated in a minimalist style, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Welcoming and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. We will return.
03/11/2025: Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view and everything within easy reach, including a free bus stop with the pass for touring South Tyrol. The staff and the owner are friendly, warm, and efficient. The cuisine is excellent, and the restaurant is always busy. Everything is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms. I stayed there on half-board from October 29th to November 2nd, and everything met my expectations. I can't wait to return.

16/12/2025: We travel from Germany to Tramin three or four times a year, and on our first evening we almost always go to the Bürgerstube restaurant because of their excellent pizza. However, their other dishes and varied daily menu are also highly recommended. The second reason we enjoy eating at the Bürgerstube is the exceptionally friendly staff.

Good, traditional German cuisine at reasonable prices…fast service and friendly staff.

22/03/2026: We had a lovely meal here. The burrata with melon was delicious as well as the tartar. We also found the pasta and steak dishes to be very high quality.
We enjoyed the wines but we would have preferred more of an explanation of what we were drinking or a menu for wines by the glass.
15/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to have lunch at the old post office and were lucky enough to get a table. The service was very attentive, and the food was excellent. They use only local ingredients and prepare everything fresh. You can taste the difference!

04/11/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, with a few parking spaces available. Good food and decent service, perhaps a tablecloth wouldn't hurt. The menu isn't very extensive—just a few dishes, let's say, but they're good. Prices are a bit higher than usual, not really justified by the service or anything else. Still, a nice place!

Courteous and hospitable.
03/10/2025: In the center of Termeno/Tramin, a renowned winery produces high-quality wines, primarily based on Traminer and Pinot Noir.
The production of dealcoholized wines from Riesling grapes is interesting; we particularly liked the new Dr. Fischer, made from grapes that provide a low-alcohol base.
The woman who welcomed us was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowing us to fully understand and appreciate Hofstätter wines.

28/10/2025: The iced coffee is very good. It's a perfect place to relax and watch the hustle and bustle of Tramin. From here, you can start the Gewürztraminer circular trail, which begins on a small hill above the town.

29/08/2025: We always feel at home at Wörndle. The food is delicious, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. The young, tattooed woman is extremely friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy being here.
