11/06/2025: A very fine inn with regional cuisine. Even the ingredients come largely from the farm and the surrounding area. Friendly service and fair prices. The drive takes a bit of courage, but it's doable, and you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

12/07/2025: Even without a reservation, we were immediately seated outside (covered). The service was fast and friendly without being intrusive – lots of young staff, most of whom speak several languages. Ordering and quick service – we had our food in no time. Both the grilled platter and the grilled cheese – were incredibly delicious! We'd love to come back!

12/06/2025: Great hut, magnificent view, very friendly service, and excellent food. The hut and the garden are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is simply fantastic (the mountain pine schnapps was also good :-), just like a great restaurant. And the surrounding nature is, as is well known, a dream. Everything is top-notch. If you also like tennis, you can feel close to Jannik Sinner (local hero, of course) there (at least a few signed photos :-)).

07/05/2025: Stunning hotel that makes you feel at home. The food is really delicious and also the helpfulness of the owners who are also very kind and nice. The decor of the rooms is beautiful, the only negative is that some are a little small but the hotel itself is magnificent. There is also a very efficient service that cleans the rooms very well and the view is wow. Best hotel I've ever been to

21/03/2025: A tour with fantastic views and a very cozy mountain hut, with very good home-made food. You can go from the Auronzohütte (arrival by bus from Dobbiaco) or from the Fischleintal (6-7 hours up and down). The panorama is second to none. The paths are easy to walk on and not dangerous (as long as they are free of ice).

19/06/2025: Beautiful structure on Mount Elmo, certainly not classifiable as a refuge, but at most as a restaurant at altitude. The dishes are truly abundant and good, with prices a little above average. The view from the terrace is worth the small extra expense.

30/05/2025: Immer wie nettes Ziel, wenn man den Berg selbst hochläuft und sich als Belohnung etwas gegönnt. Musik, Drinks, Food und nettes Personal. Klar, es ist nicht urig, aber dafür kann man ja auch die nächste Hütte wieder ansteuern, die auch zu empfehlen sind

01/07/2025: Cutlery charge - Coperto - Hidden rip-off. We had a drink and a pizza. We didn't get any bread or water. Just a paper mat, cutlery, and a plate. The food was good, but I was surprised that a restaurant with such high ratings felt the need to charge for cutlery. As we checked our bill, we looked for it on the menu. You can find it on the menu if you read the entire menu from the beginning. It's somewhat hidden in the menu. Since we only ate a small amount and drank a few things, this makes a difference in percentage terms. The pizza that cost €12.50 now costs €16.50, too much. Just for paper and cutlery. This was the last time for me. I don't need this hidden rip-off. There's good food elsewhere, as we've already experienced. Without coperto.

30/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had dinner here for three nights in a row—and for good reason! The food and wine are absolutely amazing, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Every evening was a great experience, from the delicious dishes to the warm atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!!
