Good quality food and excellent desserts. Friendly and helpful staff. In addition to indoor dining, there are also a few outdoor tables. Reservations recommended.

01/03/2026: An enviable location, a beautiful terrace overlooking the Fiscalina Valley and Croda Rossa di Sesto. A typical restaurant, not particularly well-kept (a tablecloth would have graced the bare table), with a strong cooking smell that will follow you home. Local cuisine, but poorly prepared recipes, and dishes that seem to have come from a company cafeteria rather than a mountain farm. Food is cooked without any grace, thrown on the plate with ingredients that seem purchased and processed (poorly) with the goal of maximizing margins rather than offering a traditional culinary experience. The price, at this point, is excessive for the poor quality served. Perhaps try again in the summer on the terrace to admire the view and avoid getting your clothes dirty. The table service is friendly and fast.

01/03/2026: We stopped at the Froneben Inn on a ski day because of an advertising sign on the slope. The access road was a bit out of the way, but it was worth the detour. We had homemade linguine with venison ragout and a side salad. We also had half a liter of Prosecco and water. The service was very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a stop!

22/02/2026: A perfect vacation thanks to the location near the ski lifts and the town center. The service we received at Hotel Willy was exemplary. We were very pleased with the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. We will definitely be back.

19/02/2026: I have had coffee and morning tea twice here in the last 12 months. I love the friendly atmosphere and great service. The location is excellent for cross country skiers. I'll be back in January 2024. And I did come back in 2024 and 2026. And still great value and the service is outstanding and staff make a real effort in greeting guests and providing excellent service.

14/01/2026: I've been a guest at this refuge for over 25 years. It's spectacular! Both the location and the food. One of the most beautiful places in the world at the foot of my favorite mountain in the Dolomites... Ciao Tre Scarperi! Come visit Maria, she's very kind! But be patient, because it's not always easy to find a table!

10/01/2026: This quaint refuge nestled in the beautiful Fiscalina Valley can be reached after an hour's mostly flat hike from Bad Moos. The food was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to return! We had the salsify soup and dumplings, truly unforgettable! The service was also fast and friendly. It's worth considering that this is a fairly popular refuge, and since they don't take reservations, you might end up on a waiting list, but fortunately, it fills up fairly quickly. Highly recommended!

04/11/2025: The Büllejoch Hut is located at approximately 2,500 meters above sea level. Beautifully nestled among the Oberbachern peaks. The Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks) are no longer visible from here, but in about 1.5 hours you can hike along the base of the Paternkofel, past the Dreizinnenhütte (Three Peaks Hut), and enjoy the view. It's rarely quiet here. The trail from the Fischlein Valley comes via the Zigsmondi Hut, where you can see the impressive sundial (consisting of several peaks that are perfectly aligned with the sun at specific times). You can stay overnight at the hut; we only stopped briefly for drinks and to use the restroom. The people there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My wife had a headache, and the hut owner explained the best routes down to me. The dining room is very small inside; on cold days, you have to be lucky to get in. I can't say anything about the rooms, as we didn't stay overnight, so I'll just give it five points overall; what's there to complain about with dormitory-style accommodation?

24/02/2026: Da Hans Restaurant is an absolute gem! The service was very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was cozy and conducive to a leisurely meal. I was most impressed by the steak – it was simply amazing! Perfectly cooked, juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. It's clear the kitchen prioritizes quality and fresh ingredients. Definitely a place you'll want to return to – I highly recommend it! 🥩✨

10/02/2026: We're a group of six, and whenever we can, we go to this restaurant for lunch. The food is truly delicious, with meticulous attention to detail in both ingredients and preparation. We also recommend the pizza, which is equally delicious. Kudos to chefs Luca and Matteo, and to Franca for her prompt and courteous service.

10/02/2026: We came here by chance, but we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The first courses were special: we tried the tagliatelle with venison ragù and the cappellacci, also filled with venison. The pasta was fresh, homemade, and the toppings were very tasty. For the second course, we shared a tagliata (a thin slice of beef) for three, which was truly delicious. We were also craving pizza, so we tried the one with local speck and Malga di Sesto cheese. It was a delicious way to end the meal, even though we were very full. A truly pleasant discovery; we'll definitely be back next time.

01/02/2026: The review refers to the restaurant. Okay, good restaurant, good value considering the location... All true. But the real difference is made by Matilde and Nicholas, the two waiters. It's really hard to find such friendly and approachable people these days, as well as, of course, very professional when needed. It's mainly thanks to them that we came back right away. Congratulations guys, keep it up. See you next time.

12/01/2026: We stopped in on our way back from a hike, without a reservation, around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon in January. The staff was incredibly kind, quickly setting up a table for two and sitting us down. Creamed porcini mushrooms for both of us, followed by dessert and coffee. The next day we used their takeout service.

23/02/2026: A very nice hotel, right in the heart of Sexten. The room was comfortably furnished. The balcony offered a direct view of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the main street. The food in the restaurant was a small selection, but delicious. We felt very comfortable.

05/11/2025: We had lunch here as a couple on a weekday. While the food was well-prepared and well-prepared, it's a shame the service didn't meet expectations. We had a long wait, about 45 minutes for appetizers and 20 minutes for the water we'd ordered. The waitresses were a bit distracted by the workers having lunch there, who were given absolute priority over customers/tourists. I wouldn't return for lunch for this reason. They apologized for their patience, but for a hiker, the wait is definitely too long, even for just a bottle of water.
