Everything was very good.
The prices were a bit high compared to a few years ago, when they were better than other nearby restaurants.

14/01/2026: I've been a guest at this refuge for over 25 years. It's spectacular! Both the location and the food. One of the most beautiful places in the world at the foot of my favorite mountain in the Dolomites... Ciao Tre Scarperi!
Come visit Maria, she's very kind! But be patient, because it's not always easy to find a table!
10/01/2026: This quaint refuge nestled in the beautiful Fiscalina Valley can be reached after an hour's mostly flat hike from Bad Moos. The food was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to return! We had the salsify soup and dumplings, truly unforgettable! The service was also fast and friendly. It's worth considering that this is a fairly popular refuge, and since they don't take reservations, you might end up on a waiting list, but fortunately, it fills up fairly quickly.
Highly recommended!

We actually wanted to stay overnight, but the cabin was already fully booked when we tried to book in March, so you should book quickly if you want to stay here. We had a hot chocolate and a slice of cake, and it was very good. The staff was very friendly, and the view was great!

10/02/2026: We went to this restaurant on Saturday for lunch: simply divine! There were six of us and we tried the various appetizers and first courses...you're spoiled for choice because everything is delicious, authentic, and carefully prepared. On another occasion we also had the pizza, which is special in all its variations.
10/02/2026: We came here by chance, but we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The first courses were special: we tried the tagliatelle with venison ragù and the cappellacci, also filled with venison. The pasta was fresh, homemade, and the toppings were very tasty.
For the second course, we shared a tagliata (a thin slice of beef) for three, which was truly delicious. We were also craving pizza, so we tried the one with local speck and Malga di Sesto cheese. It was a delicious way to end the meal, even though we were very full. A truly pleasant discovery; we'll definitely be back next time.

25/03/2026: Finally, a restaurant that doesn't look down on couples or ask at the entrance how much we plan to spend just because we are an older couple who like to eat, drink and have fun. No reservation was needed, and the food was warm, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The ambiance, with a view of the mountain peaks, speechless. There is plenty of space for ski storage, and the music is great. Highly recommended! After this year spring ski, we will come back again. They deserve!
04/03/2026: A beautifully situated sun terrace. Unfortunately, starting at 1 p.m., a "DJ" blasts his excessively loud music, ruining the stunning Dolomite panorama.
One could enjoy the sun and the ambiance and have a conversation. Or, one could invite a DJ who, through his colleague, tries to get young people dancing in front of the DJ booth. A club holiday at 2,000 meters – unintentionally. Most of the guests studiously ignore the music.

Excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere.
02/03/2026: The staff were very welcoming, the food was good, especially the soups, and the roast beef was also very good. The Kaiserschmarren was a little too burnt, which ruined the flavor a bit.

05/11/2025: We had lunch here as a couple on a weekday. While the food was well-prepared and well-prepared, it's a shame the service didn't meet expectations. We had a long wait, about 45 minutes for appetizers and 20 minutes for the water we'd ordered. The waitresses were a bit distracted by the workers having lunch there, who were given absolute priority over customers/tourists. I wouldn't return for lunch for this reason. They apologized for their patience, but for a hiker, the wait is definitely too long, even for just a bottle of water.
