01/01/2025: Review: New Year's Eve Menu Experience We enjoyed the menu offered at this restaurant on New Year's Eve after making a reservation 1-2 days in advance. Unfortunately it was too short notice to get a vegetarian menu, so as a vegetarian I had to switch to the normal menu with fish and meat. Eat: The menu was nicely presented and the dishes were quite tasty, but that certain icing on the cake was missing to make the meal special. What should be positively highlighted, however, is the non-alcoholic cocktail accompaniment, which was a real highlight of the evening - creative, excellent in taste and perfectly coordinated. Service: Unfortunately, the service was the biggest weak point of the evening. Although the staff were friendly, there was a severe lack of organization and attention: • When we arrived we were left in the dark as to how the evening would proceed. It was probably planned to start with an aperitif, but no one instructed us. We didn't know where to put our jackets or which table to take. We ended up taking the jackets away ourselves and getting a drink at the bar. • During the meal, the empty plates sometimes sat on our table for a long time, and it felt as if we had been seated at an “unfavorable” table because rarely anyone came. We had to actively ask for water or other drinks several times because the waitress didn't ask on her own initiative. • We also noticed that the table right next to us, which had been left hours before us, had not been cleared away properly. Crumpled napkins and a dirty tablecloth remained visible the entire time - an unsightly sight that significantly detracted from the atmosphere. Atmosphere: Another point that struck us as unpleasant was the behavior of the staff. The waiters, mostly very young, came towards us from the kitchen, some of them chewing. Through the glass door to the kitchen you could even see a person sitting on the kitchen counter - a sight that somewhat questions the professionalism. Conclusion: A mixed experience. The food was fine, and we loved the non-alcoholic cocktail accompaniment. But the service and organization left a lot to be desired. Especially on an evening like New Year's Eve, when guests expect something special, more attention, cleanliness and professionalism would have been desirable.

08/11/2024: We were thrilled. Great service, perfect food and very fair prices for what is on offer. We'll be back!

06/11/2024: Never again! Boss arrogant and sometimes rude. Food: doesn't keep what it promises (and we're not gourmets), drinks overpriced. Wellness: too few towels, loose tiles in the pool area (sometimes dangerous), no apple, water, etc. - loveless! If another guest hadn't had an infusion with them, it would have been a real failure. You can sense frustration in the house. With many guests. It was an ongoing issue and couldn't be "washed away" by drinks that were too expensive! The rooms were fine. O. But a lamp on the balcony that shines brightly into the room until almost 11:30 p.m. and cannot be switched off?! The employees were a ray of hope! Friendly, hardworking, but probably leaving soon I.S. busy from somewhere else. Tyrol feeling? Not here. Read between the lines when booking etc. We had done it before - if we had done it more thoroughly. I've never felt the need to warn potential guests. It's important to me that you know that.

26/10/2024: Very nice short break in a very nice hotel with a view of the mountains and the valley below.

18/02/2025: We've eaten here for the second year now. Moderate prices and very good food. The quality hasn't declined, and there's never been any reason for complaint. The staff is very friendly and attentive. No long waits. Even when picking up pizzas, they're very courteous and friendly. Will remain our regular restaurant. Photo shows mixed salad with turkey strips; my wife had mixed salad with tuna. Both were very tasty and within the price range of €11.50...where else can you get that?

16/02/2025: Rooms are very nice and comfortable, view is just amazing and food perfect! A fantastic experience overall, highly recommended!
