19/12/2024: Magnificent experience in this very new and well-kept hotel. Definitely high-level SPA and varied, professional treatments. The restaurant offers a constantly changing and excellent quality menu. The rooms are spacious and being lucky enough to have a room overlooking the valley, decidedly panoramic.
Prices in line with the area for a quality hotel.
The only notes are:
1) The location is a bit far from the town: luckily there are free shuttles - especially for the slopes - otherwise the town would still be reachable in 10 minutes on foot
2) Service could be improved: there was no soap for the bidet in the room as there was only one dispenser in the sink area. Furthermore, I find the paid (tap) water a lack of style for a hotel of this level.
19/12/2024: Wonderful holiday, the hotel is wonderful, both the structure and the service and the staff, especially Beatrice and Marko of the dining room staff, professional and attentive to details and the little girl's needs.

20/08/2024: One of our favorite restaurants in Bolzano. Great food, great ambience, both in winter and summer on the terrace, very friendly team. The new location 100 meters from the old hut is very successful.

02/12/2024: A place that if you don't know it, you won't get there by chance. Above Bolzano, typical South Tyrolean Gasthaus, with local products and typical cuisine. The decor is "that of the past" and has a beautiful effect, the food is good, the weakest part in my opinion are the desserts.
05/11/2024: Stunning location just above Bolzano. Unique panorama of the Catinaccio. Excellent climate and welcome. Climbing in the sun very close. Incredible chestnut forests.

Qualche errore nel prendere la comanda. Complessivamente, pur nel rispetto di chi ci lavora, bisogna ancora lavorare tanto

Only recommended.
Opening hours on maps are incorrect. Therefore it is best to call in advance.
16/08/2024: The kitchen was fantastic! Every dish tasted incredibly delicious. Unfortunately we were only here on the last day of our vacation - otherwise we would have come back immediately the next day. The view offers a beautiful panorama.
It said on Google that it was temporarily closed, but the restaurant was open.
Otherwise just call.

24/08/2024: Secondo anno di fila che io e la mia compagna passiamo le nostre vacanze in questo posto, e sicuramente ci torneremo anche il prossimo anno. Che dire, ce ne siamo innamorati. Più che delle camere spaziose ed accoglienti, più che del cibo favoloso della signora Anne Marie, più che del panorama spettacolare, ci siamo innamorati dell' atmosfera che si respira: tranquilla ed amichevole. Perfetto per chi vuole rigenerarsi.
13/07/2024: Wir waren eine Woche an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Die Familie Pechlaner ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Die Küche ist typisch südtirolerisch und absolut lecker. Wenn möglich, kommen die Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten (Kräuter, Salat usw.). Wir konnten bei einem Schlechtwettertag auch mithelfen, die Knödel vorzubereiten. Die Außenfläche hat für Kinder und Erwachsene einiges zu bieten. Trampolin, kleine Spielwiese, Kegelfläche, Liegen zum Relaxen und ausreichend Sitzplätze zum Essen und Trinken mit Blick auf Rosengarten und Co. Begleitet wird man von einen stolzen Pfau, Luna, dem Haushund, zwei Enten, Hühnern und einem Hahn sowie mehreren Katzen. Viele Wanderungen sind absolut kindertauglich vom Hof. Kurzum absolut empfehlenswert!

Affacciata sul Catinaccio, con tavoli esterni sia fronte montagna sia lati “meno fortunati “
Con vista sul prato.
Menu tipico di buona qualità. Personale attento e molto cordiale.
Unica nota negativa: troppo mosche che si aggiravano sul tavolo

23/03/2024: Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung und haben ein paar Mal bei Luis und die Buabm gefrühstückt. Wir waren auch zweimal zum Abendessen da. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden.
23/03/2024: Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage über Bozen. Der Ausblick auf Schlern u Rosengarten ist atemberaubend.
Wir waren begeistert vom tollen Frühstück, der grandiosen Ausstattung mit Pool und Sauna und einem genialen Abendmenü. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich u hilfsbereit. Die Hotelbar ist den ganzen Tag über ein beliebter Treffpunkt für den ganzen Ort, so bekommt man auch etwas vom quirligen Leben in Jenesien mit😇wir kommen garantiert wieder.

17/08/2023: Sehr freundliche Bedienung mit super leckerem Essen. Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Friedlicher, ruhiger Ort, schön um sich von der Wanderung zu erholen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
