09/09/2025: Great food! I've rarely been to such a good steakhouse. The meat was top-quality! Prepared with love. The service was also excellent. It's a shame we're leaving tomorrow.

We ate pasta and pizza and it was really delicious.
The owners of the restaurant were very nice and the value for money was good.
07/09/2025: The food and local beer they recommended were both excellent.
The staff was incredibly friendly.
I visited late at night, but they told me not to worry.
The meat was cooked on a wood-fired grill.
It was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended!!

Great accommodation, unique food, super friendly staff, and great rooms—everything you could need. The next two weeks are going to be simply wonderful, and we're looking forward to it!♡

The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

26/07/2025: There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. I had the pickled trout as a starter – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. The main course was the kid goat, which was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. The recommended red wine was also a perfect complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really was nothing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and would gladly return.
20/07/2025: We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below these mountains is magnificent. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip to South Tyrol.

07/09/2025: We arrived after a long hike from Passo Nigra. The scenery is breathtaking. There are also games for children and the food is excellent. The only downside is the wait. There were three of us: two adults and a little girl. Our dishes arrived, and we had time to finish ours before the three-year-old's dish arrived. Otherwise, it was a spectacle.
04/09/2025: A must-see at this mountain hut because the food is excellent.
The desserts are also delicious.
All this with a view of the splendid peaks.
You can also buy their homemade cheese.

05/05/2025: Siamo finiti qui dopo la visita al lago di Carezza, il locale è molto vicino al parcheggio.
Il cibo offerto è semplice ma gustoso, le pappardelle al ragù di cervo erano molto buone e gustose!

25/07/2025: The family is extremely friendly, and the accommodation is comfortable and clean. I read the reviews and saw that people mentioned the pizzeria next to the hotel, which has nothing to do with the apartments but belongs to a different owner! So there's a lot of confusion—this isn't a review of Residence Mondschein Luna at all, but rather a pizzeria next to the residence called Pizzeria Ristorante Luna!

12/10/2025: First of all, I would like to highlight the very friendly and attentive staff; their limited language skills were never a problem. The room was very clean and well-equipped (bathroom with underfloor heating). The breakfast was plentiful and left nothing to be desired.
Dinner included an exceptional and extensive salad buffet, with a large vegetable buffet and meat side dishes (fried chicken, vitello tonnato, carpaccio).
Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for the poor Wi-Fi reception in my room (this was not the case in the second room we booked) and for the three-course dinner menu. We also booked the hotel because of the effusive description of the food on the website, which sets the bar very high for itself. (Evening 6-course gourmet menu including salad buffet. Chef Roman and his team in the kitchen ensure that there is a daily selection of creative and sophisticated dishes to delight even the most discerning palates.) The menu, which was actually only 4 courses including a salad buffet, unfortunately did not quite live up to this promise in terms of composition, seasoning, choice of side dishes and presentation.
03/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Very nice hotel, modern, clean, and well-kept. Excellent food, beautiful pool, super friendly staff. Alex was our go-to guy. The waiters were magnificent, all smiling, attentive, and available for every need, even for the kids. The only flaw was the lack of a bidet in the room!

04/09/2025: Overall, it was pretty rundown and unfortunately right on the main road. Reception was mostly unmanned, and they weren't able to issue the guest card within two hours (despite repeated requests), so we also had to pay for the bus fare. Not recommended.

05/07/2025: Motorcycle tour through the Dolomites, 3 nights at the hotel. The building itself is very interesting due to its history. The motorcycle garage was great for us. Good restaurant with delicious dishes. Nice, extensive breakfast buffet. 👍👍👍
