05/01/2025: The selection of meats is truly vast and includes a variety of cuts from different origins of the highest quality. Every dish I tasted was simply delicious, cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The staff was very competent and helpful, ready to recommend the best pairings and suggest special dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, making the dining experience even more pleasant.

04/01/2025: I've been to this place And we were immediately greeted by super welcoming staff, fantastic food, then we met the owner's mother who recommended some sweets and bitters and super grappas, I recommend the Lambrusco grappa. Well what can I say the class is not all perfect compliments to the chef who knows how to do haute cuisine You are the best I have ever tried in this segment of cuisine With Sincerity Massimiliano Cioffi

03/01/2025: The hut is located in the Carreza ski area, at the Kölner Hütte exit on the right-hand slope. Come down there and you will reach the hut halfway down the run. Eating and drinking is possible there at moderate prices.

23/01/2025: Excellent hotel with everything you could want to spend some wonderful days. Next to the Paolina ski lifts, it is also possible to rent skis and boots for skiing. Private parking. We spent two days here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The employee staff was always very attentive and professional, praise goes to Lorenzo who was able to accommodate our every request, always with competence and a smile. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with bathrobe and slippers (perhaps to be modernized a little). Excellent services such as the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, with a fantastic view of the Dolomites, the SPA, where only adults are allowed to enter, not only to ensure silence but also to allow use without a bathing suit (but it is not compulsory to enter without). Equipped with herbal teas, dried fruit, towels, shower, in short, everything you need. Gym with all the equipment for training even on holiday. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. In the afternoon it is possible to have a snack from 3pm to 4.30pm, included in the price of the room. Obviously all this isn't exactly cheap, but it was truly a pleasure to spend a few days in total relaxation, without worries.

19/10/2024: spent a few days in summer 2024. a 4* a little too overrated. Poor spa. insignificant "panoramic" swimming pool. dinners with absent and distracted waiters. breakfast from 2 to maximum 3*.

05/01/2025: I believe the food would be good BUT very limited menu (4 options for primi and 3 options for secondi) and they force you to order minimum 2 dishes (primi+secondi); Both the chef and the staff were rude we had to leave because of arrogant and rude approach. I don’t recommend, there are other good restaurants around with smiley faces

26/12/2024: Cabin discovered thanks to our super guide Dario. Place with a priceless view. Exceptional location. We stopped for a short break, but you can also have lunch. Better to book.

03/11/2024: Posto ottimo, personale gentilissimo e il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto! Se dovessi ripassare in questo posto ci tornerei sicuramente. Consiglio gnocchetti di polenta ai formaggi, canederli e il buonissimo strudel.
