15/05/2025: Simply sublime. The meat is special, as are all the accompanying sauces, and there is a huge choice.
A real surprise were the desserts: traditional but at the same time innovative and refined, with different flavors that go very well together.

28/03/2025: I piatti ordinati sono stati una bella sorpresa compreso il pane fatto con l'impasto della pizza, ottimo. Il tempo di attesa è stato brevissimo e la location è apparsa molto rustica e accogliente.
È sicuramente il posto giusto per mangiare della carne buona e dei piatti tipici. Prezzo onesto per la posizione e nella media .

17/03/2025: Excellent place for a break between caress descents. The roasted potatoes with chives were delicious and also the savoy cabbage salad with cumin seeds! The view is absolutely worth it.

25/02/2025: Fantastic hotel with a view of the slopes, fantastic waiters, especially Zortan but everyone. Nice rooms really good gourmet food breakfast also nice pool but it should be warmer and sauna for children too. Very nice and spacious room, recommended hotel
15/02/2025: Nice hotel with very tasty food and very friendly staff. Attention to detail. The accommodation is also very well located to the slopes, ski school and is very easy to reach by public transport. The wellness and spa area is top. All in all a lovely successful holiday. I'll be back.

09/04/2025: A quiet place, a bit out of the way. Sunny terrace with a beautiful view. Delicious food. Exit from the black route, children say no to idiots :). We recommend it, even Robert managed it 😁
08/04/2025: The hut is a stopping point both for skiers from the Carezza area and for those who want to take a simple but evocative walk in the snow starting from Passo Nigra. With the end of the ski season the hut closes and reopens in mid-May. In April we therefore found it closed, but perhaps it was for the best, because we enjoyed the splendid panorama surrounding the hut, in perfect solitude!

31/05/2025: A very appealing, regionally and seasonal menu, all dishes made with high-quality ingredients, perfectly seasoned and presented. There was nothing to complain about. Very friendly service in a family atmosphere. It's good that there are still such dedicated and capable young hosts.
03/05/2025: We were there for lunch today and had a very good meal. The service is also great. The Tscheiner Hütte offers space for around 30 guests, really cozy. “Upscale cuisine” sums it up, great surprise, especially since most of the restaurants in the area are still closed at the beginning of May.

07/01/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati al Lago di Carezza nei primi giorni di dicembre e abbiamo avuto la fortuna che da quando siamo arrivati a quando ci siamo spostati per venire a mangiare in questo ristorante, ha nevicato. È stato meraviglioso.
Come è stato meraviglioso gustare con piacere i piatti della zona.
Io ho preso le pappardelle al ragù di cervo, ottimi!!
Il mio ragazzo degli gnocchi di polenta anch’essi molto buoni.
Apprezzati i dolci se non sbaglio fatti in casa.
Location carinissima.
Il personale è stato cordiale fino all’ultimo.
Se abitassi in zona sicuramente ci tornerei.

29/12/2024: Il personale è estremamente scortese, sarcastico e poco disponibile. Nell’attesa di sederci abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse un tavolo e ci è stato risposto molto sarcasticamente “voi vedete tavoli? Io tanti, nessuno libero”. Sarebbe bastato un semplice e più professionale no.
04/10/2024: Posto perfetto per escursioni in luoghi splendidi nel Catinaccio. Albergo confortevole con ottima cucina e terrazza panoramica

09/03/2025: Posto assolutamente da evitare (se sei italiano).
Entriamo io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi) ci accoglie un maleducato (forse il
proprietario) e ci parla in tedesco..appena sente che parlo in lingua italiana ci dice che c è da aspettare un ora è più (erano le ore 12.10 e molti tavoli avevano terminato di mangiare ed in veranda c erano tavoli liberi)..io dico: “non fa nulla aspettiamo anche se ci sta cacciando”..,dopo di noi arrivano due famiglie, una polacca (lingua inconfondibile) e una tedesca che guarda caso fanno accomodare immediatamente..è così via con altre famiglie straniere.
Dietro me un altro italiano (che vive a Bolzano) che mi dice che li è così, inutile avvelenarsi!
Così ce ne andiamo e ci rechiamo in un posto più civile.
Auguro a quel maleducato in altra pandemia e di finire in miseria.

Waren zum Abend da und hatten natürlich reserviert. Mittag muss man zur Saison natürlich Geduld mitbringen - viele wollen eben hier trinken und essen!

09/02/2025: Recently renovated hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms, in a very quiet location and also convenient for skiers because it is adjacent to the slopes.
Very kind staff and excellent cuisine with local products. You can relax in the wellness area with swimming pool, saunas, Turkish bath, hydromassage tub etc.
It is located a few minutes from Lake Carezza, convenient for reaching Val di Fassa and finally absolutely pet friendly.
A perfect holiday!
