03/10/2025: A little gem in Plazores We ourselves are from Vigilio di Marebbe, but here at the Plazores guesthouse with André and Jan, we always feel at home – and at the same time, like we're on a special journey. The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere in an old Gothic house, with attention to every detail, and a friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Excellent, locally sourced ingredients and unique offerings. Highly recommended.

08/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here at this restaurant. The young woman who served us was super nice, and we felt very comfortable. It was special, yet somehow homey. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We would come back anytime.

05/10/2025: Both the osteria and our apartment impressed us greatly! About the apartment: It was very cozy, spacious, and furnished to a high standard – the beds were very comfortable. (In summer, you can also use the beautiful terrace and the cozy outdoor areas.) We didn't miss a thing in the kitchen either, even when we cooked for ourselves! Speaking of food – or rather, the osteria: Even though we were able to cater for ourselves in the apartment, I can highly recommend the osteria – like many others here – for both breakfast and dinner! The varied menu is supplemented daily with two daily specials. Everything was so incredibly delicious that it was difficult for us (in a good sense) to decide what to eat. So, it's best to go there several times and try different dishes ;) The food is not only delicious, but also high-quality and prepared with local ingredients. The dining room is very cozy and designed and decorated with attention to detail. The service and hospitality were consistently very warm, charming, and professional. We would love to come back - and thank you again to the team for the wonderful and relaxing stay we had.

17/10/2025: Enchanting refuge and hotel nestled in the tranquility of the Dolomite peaks. Far from noise and traffic. A central hub for excursions to other refuges. Ample parking reserved for guests. Wonderful menu featuring local specialties and a wide selection of wines and beers. Comfortable and cozy rooms with panoramic views. Outdoor veranda seating, plenty of entertainment for small children.

12/10/2025: We arrived at this refuge expecting to eat! It was actually 2:30 PM. We're used to refuge service lasting until at least 4 PM. We paid for parking, which was completely for nothing, considering that the kitchen not only closed at 2 PM but was also being used for a wedding reception that was taking place shortly thereafter. It was truly disappointing, having heard good things about it, but we definitely don't recommend it, and not only will we not be returning.

The staff are courteous and professional, and Simone, with his kindness, always puts a smile on your face. The pizza is truly delicious. Too bad.

24/07/2025: We've been to South Tyrol several times, but the location at Enneberg-San Vigilio is perfect. The 15-minute drive from the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park is a great advantage. The scenery is magnificent, and many places are easy to reach. The Hotel Olympia is small but perfectly formed, with a fantastic breakfast and a superb dinner. The wellness area is perfectly adequate. Parking is perfectly adequate. The dining atmosphere is very pleasant, and everything is beautifully decorated. The family leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are very large, and the balconies are a particular plus. We were there with our Goldendoodle. The hotel is super dog-friendly. It was very nice that the surroundings are ideal for walking the dog, and it was also no problem to bring the dog to dinner. We will definitely be back; the price-performance ratio is excellent. However, what I'm experiencing with my wife this week of vacation is so wonderful that I can only express my sincerest thanks to Marco, his delightful daughter Camilla, and everyone who runs this business with incredible love and good taste. 30/08/2025: Rude lady: When we asked, "Is there room for two or are you full?" she replied, "We're not full, but not today." And she sent us away!!! Totally rude.

27/08/2025: Good food with a set menu and reservations required in a fantastic, old-fashioned, yet immaculately kept location. The lady serving is very kind, and there's no wait. The only downside is not receiving a written bill, and having been there twice, I paid the same amount, even though we ordered less food and wine the second time. .

04/08/2025: A mountain hut run by young, friendly people. You eat outdoors among the chickens and turkeys, who don't bother you. The food is authentic and all homemade. The dumplings are fantastic, as are the lemon balm, raspberry, and dandelion juices. The Kaiserschmarrn is phenomenal! It's challenging to get there, but the effort is well worth it.

26/09/2025: Very tasty pizza at an affordable price. The staff was very friendly. The downside is that you can eat from 6:00 PM (we were there in September 2025), which is a bit late for us. Overall, we recommend it.

03/09/2025: Restaurant? The only thing you can eat is pizza, not even a platter or a salad. Anyway, the pizza is thin and not very leavened, but overall good. It's a shame because the place is cute and quaint, and the staff is very friendly.
