I reached the Malga di Gran Fanes starting from the San Uberto parking lot, adjacent to the Alemagna state road, walking along the Ru de Fanes and the spectacular twin waterfalls of Fanes, a little further downstream, and Sbarco, a little further upstream. I then continued along the long and strenuous trail, always uphill, that leads to the malga. The effort, however, is rewarded in the end by the beauty of the place, with a wide-open plateau framed by stunning mountains and made even more enjoyable by the courtesy of the staff.

11/12/2025: 🎄Best RAISIN AND CANDIED ORANGE PANETTONE❄️ Commercial, traditional panettone... this one beats them all. Not the usual heavy, compact dough we're used to, but airy and soft. The aroma and texture make it so light you'd be happy to eat more. The ingredients are balanced because the toppings aren't overpowering and you can savor their full quality. You can sense the chef's experience and skill even if you don't know him. Especially recommended if you're looking for a gift. The packaging doesn't do the product justice. Personally, tasting the butter in the scarparura gives this panettone a special edge.
