15/09/2025: This hotel is truly a gem! You arrive and immediately feel at home. The evening menu was simply fantastic; it tasted exquisite. The rooms are comfortably furnished, and everything you could wish for is there.

At the entrance to the Val Gardena and not far from the Isarco Valley. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, offering connections in all directions.
Very nice, comfortably furnished rooms. Large bathroom with shower. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains.
The entire team is very friendly and anticipated our every need.
It feels like being at home.
We had half board with a choice of menus. It started in the morning with a delicious breakfast. Everything was fresh, some of it from our own garden. Many types of bread, fresh rolls, cakes, fresh fruit salad, sausage, cheese, and various jams—nothing was left to be desired.
In the evening, there was a salad buffet, also from our own garden. This was followed by a three-course menu. Everything was deliciously cooked.
For us, the ideal hiking hotel in the Dolomites.
We felt comfortable and were able to reach all our hiking destinations by bus.
We always enjoy our stay at the Hubertusstube.

24/08/2025: Terrible experience. We stopped for coffee on a Sunday afternoon. The town was deserted, and that alone should have put us off.
We went inside because the shaded tables were occupied. No one moved, no one at the counter. After 10 minutes, the ladies sitting outside left angrily. We took seats in the shade. The barista arrived, and we asked for two portions of chocolate ice cream (1 scoop) with decaf coffee.
A few minutes passed, and two glasses of vanilla ice cream and coffee arrived.
We pointed out that it was chocolate.
He came back in and after a few minutes came out with a glass: I only have one chocolate scoop, should I leave it like that? Moral of the story: €4.50 for half a scoop of cheap chocolate and a coffee, which we'll never know if it's decaf or not...

09/06/2025: Did not stay at the hotel, but just ate here for dinner. We had one of the best pizzas we've ever had here! The view from your table is spectacular as well.
21/04/2025: We found ourselves in the area and I saw the very positive reviews, I fully agree with what I read!
Spacious room, very comfortable bed and working bathroom.
Below the guesthouse there is the restaurant, very practical, very friendly and also very good staff.
Excellent location for getting around and surrounded by true nature.
I recommend it with pleasure👍👍

03/03/2025: As soon as we arrived, they told us they'd messed up the reservations and hadn't reserved a table for us. They then placed us in the corridor and told us to offer ourselves a digestif at the end of the meal, which is always done, even without making any mistakes. The food was good, but not excellent, with some errors (for example, some pieces of meat were tough and impossible to eat). For the first course, you had to choose between soup and mezzelune, and they didn't serve both.
The service wasn't very friendly, and the price was really expensive compared to the average.

27/08/2025: Their food is delicious and halal and worth trying. I had chicken shawarma and potatoes and tried vegetable pizza. It was all delicious.
14/07/2025: We accidentally stumbled upon this place while going to our hotel late. This was one of the few places open later in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful and catered to my vegetarian friend. We had kebabs and burgers and they were decent for the price.

03/05/2025: Siamo venuti in questo locale venerdì sera a cena. Ottimi piatti, dagli antipasti al dolce , servizio attento e con le giuste tempistiche. Vista spettacolare. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

20/02/2025: Gemütlich, urig, herzlich, lecker. Schön! Gerne wieder! Eine kleine aber sehr schöne Lokalität mit regionalem Charme und wunderbarem Essen. Der persönliche und herzliche Umgang der Gastgeber war herzerwärmend und sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich.
21/10/2024: Veramente Bravi . Qualità del cibo molto alta , anche le bevande . Vino fatto in cantineta propria come anche succo di mela fatto in casa di una buonissima e altissima quantità. Peter è la sua moglie persone squisite e molto cordiali . Ho mangiato le castagne più buone della mia vita . Grazie della vostra ospitalità.

04/11/2023: Essen und Preise sehr gut die Bedienung/Wirtin ist gewöhnungsbedürftig am besten man kommt um 17:00 Uhr bestellt und geht dann zügig wieder wer nach 19:00 Uhr kommt muss damit rechnen dass er nichts mehr bekommt. Sollte mal eine Beanstandung geben wird einem gesagt ich mache keine Fehler. Anscheinend kann sie sich das leisten.

Pietanze superlative!!!!
Ordinato polenta con finferli (per me) - salsicce e patate per mio figlio - piatto di uova con speck e patate per mia moglie.
Giornata fantastica!!!!
Panorama e buon cibo binomio vincente per questa malga dai "tratti autentici".

02/11/2024: Buschenschank molto caratteristico, interni davvero molto belli e ben conservati. Ci siamo stati con figli ed amici per il classico Torggelen, 4 adulti e 5 ragazzini. Abbiamo preso tutti un primo, che consisteva nelle mezze lune ripiene (schlutzkrapfen) o nella minestra d'orzo. Come secondo hanno portato salsicce e carrè con crauti per 5 persone. Sicuramente si sente che la pasta degli Schlutzkrapfen è fatta in casa, ripieno appena pervenuto. Salsicce e carrè davvero ben fatti, come i crauti ma non abbondantissime come porzioni. Con vino, acqua, castagne (pochissime e la metà marcia) e Bauerkrapfen, davvero buoni, il tutto 280€. Considerate le porzioni non proprio abbondanti e 5 secondi, il prezzo è abbastanza alto.

14/09/2024: Toen we aankwamen waren we de enige gasten. Maar al snel vulde de zaal zich met andere gasten. Heerlijk gegeten. Ik bestelde de entrecote en mijn man de schnitzel. Supergrote porties voor een redelijke prijs. De entrecote was heerlijke mals en de schnitzel lekker krokant gebakken.
