31/08/2024: It is undoubtedly very good food. But I must point out some things, the first unacceptable. The kitchen does not respect the official opening times as per the sign, yesterday it closed 40 minutes earlier than expected! If you write a timetable, it must be strictly. 02/03/2024: Rifugio molto bello e tipico. Abbiamo ordinato canederli e cotoletta,entrambi ottimi piatti gustosi e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliamo di andare se volete un pranzo tipico tirolese in un rifugio con una bella vista sulle montagne. Personale cortese. D’inverno non è possibile prenotare ma noi abbiamo trovato posto facilmente. Unica “pecca” è la strada che fatta in auto è molto stretta anche se tenuta bene e con spiazzi dove fermarsi per far passare le altre macchine,si consiglia di fare attenzione e di farla possibilmente con la luce del giorno. Il rifugio si può comunque raggiungere anche a piedi (con una camminata abbastanza ripida) o con gli scii. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per il posto. Abbiamo speso 20 euro a testa circa

30/08/2024: A NIGHTMARE STAY DRIVEN BY RUDE Given that my family and I have been customers of the structure in question for 4 years and that with some of the staff such as Filippo, Ester, Alban and Paolo we have an idyllic, almost FAMILY relationship, thanks to their extreme professionalism and sense of hospitality. Like every year I booked a 7-night stay from 24 to 31 cm. On the 28th I was in the spa of the structure, when at the exit of the Turkish bath, where I stopped in shorts, sitting on the appropriate towel!!!! I was joined by a hotel guest who, in an arrogant and arrogant tone, ordered me to leave the spa because according to him my clothing was RESTRICTED!!! Once we reached the front desk, Mr. intervened. Daniele, head of the rooms at the Feldmilla, who, although not consulted as he was off duty, in casual clothes burst into the undersigned in a loud voice saying "THE LORD IS RIGHT!!" meaning my clothing was FORBIDDEN. Having pointed out to Mr Daniele that there was no ban and that in 4 years NO ONE had warned us from entering the spa in costume, Daniele took on a HIGHLY RUDE AND DEFINITIVELY LACK OF ANY PROFESSIONALISM tone, inviting the writer twice to leave the structure ... "if you don't like it you're in the wrong hotel CHECK OUT!!", all in the presence of two other employees!!! In order not to degrade the situation to the same level as those described above, I decided to contact the Director, who did nothing other than repeatedly repeat that my clothing WAS NOT FORBIDDEN but was careful not to intervene with the friendly customer, to explain that Daniele was wrong and that in the spa with the necessary precautions the swimsuit is tolerated. For the above and for a question of dignity and serenity, I found myself having to leave in disgust, the Feldmilla 2 nights early which the Director had the terrible taste of charging to the bill, despite one of his employees with enormous RUDE had urged me to leave Fedmilla EARLY!!!! Finally, I am obliged to draw attention to the behavior bordering on racism on the part of Mr. Daniele who during his excesses exclaimed "THEN THERE ARE THE USUAL ITALIANS WHO DO NOT WANT TO SEE OTHERS' BALLS AROUND THE SPA AND THE POOL, IN HOW MUCH RETROGRADES WHO ARE ANNOYED THAT THEIR CHILDREN SEE HOW HUMAN BEINGS ARE MADE!! AMAZING!!!! In all of this the top management of the DV chain is secretly hiding even though I have tried to reach them more than once!!!

04/10/2024: Nice café, unfortunately a bit hidden.. Great menu when it comes to snacks and snacks... Very good café and all kinds of cakes.

20/09/2024: You should know beforehand that in order to drink a coffee there you have to pay 13 euros entrance fee to the castle.

18/08/2024: The location inside the castle is beautiful and the staff are friendly...but I asked for a farmer's toast and I only received half of it compared to the photo on the menu which showed it whole...and obviously it wasn't enough for me...

02/10/2024: Consigliato dalla proprietaria dell'hotel Heini, dove abbiamo soggiornato, possiamo dire che è un ristorante meraviglioso. Noi abbiamo mangiato in giardino, ma gli interni sono bellissimi; piatti curati nel dettaglio, qualità superlativa delle materie prime e servizio eccellente. Non riesco a trovare una pecca.
