22/10/2025: Amazing Food, Super Friendly Staff, and Open Late! A Must-Visit! We had a brilliant dinner experience at Pizzeria Rosmarin! The quality of the food was outstanding. I ordered the steak, and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The pizza was also fantastic. What made the evening truly great was the combination of delicious food with their excellent service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that they were open late, making it the perfect spot for our dinner. I highly recommend Pizzeria Rosmarin to anyone in the area looking for great food, late hours, and a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

04/02/2026: Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.

02/01/2026: During ski season, the restaurant was more than just overcrowded; it's a shame because the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. While we were eating, staff were already reaching for our plates to clear our tables so they could finish as quickly as possible, as new guests were pushing for seats behind us. While we were still eating, they started collecting payments at the other end of the table and tried to process our orders at the same time. Any criticism was met with curt replies.

24/02/2026: The staff are polite and friendly, and they were very helpful in organizing our wedding anniversary surprise. The internal and external acoustics of the rooms are very good, the cleanliness is excellent, and the restaurant offers great meal options. The breakfast is good and meets expectations well. The only downside was the lack of parking spaces, as on our last day we ended up parking improperly in a private space next to the hotel because the hotel parking lot was completely full.

09/02/2026: We spontaneously decided to go to Mausefalle on a Monday evening and were lucky enough to get a table. The pizzas were excellent, the service very attentive, and the value for money unbeatable.

10/01/2026: Definitely one of the best pizzas in the area. One of the best things about this place is reading the menu. The pizzas aren't predictable; they're all very imaginative, and ordering will take a few minutes longer than usual.

21/10/2025: We visited the restaurant for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled! We therefore absolutely cannot understand some of the negative reviews – the service and food were truly excellent!

05/10/2025: The atmosphere was cozy, but unfortunately not clean; the tiles on the wall were dirty. Unappealing. Service was abysmal. Slow, food arrived at different times. Inattentive, drinks were empty by the time the food arrived, and no one asked if we wanted another. We had a table overlooking the room with a bar, where someone who seemed to be acquainted with the staff was sitting. Chatting here seems to be more important than the well-being of the guests. Wiener schnitzel is offered on the menu; they served a pork schnitzel for €19.50. The side dish of fried potatoes was burnt and swimming in oil. The menu listed the snack platter as including a bread basket, but the bread basket was charged an additional €3. After complaining about the Wiener schnitzel, we were offered a coffee or schnapps on the house. Bottom line: not worth a visit; the value for money isn't right here.

12/12/2025: Unlike some frustrated customers who probably take their disappointments out of the reviews, we had a wonderful time. The place is located right on the road to the Aurina Valley. Very fast and friendly service, two beautiful girls who SPEAK ITALIAN. The buckwheat cake was delicious, as was the strudel. I highly recommend it for anyone passing through.
