16/08/2026: We were there at lunchtime with a group of 46 people, which presented a bit of a challenge for the kitchen and table service. The servers were visibly stressed, but nevertheless handled the situation with great efficiency, dedication, and friendliness. The food was excellent and plentiful; some dishes were served fresh from the kitchen in heavy metal pans. Kudos to the staff and the kitchen. The location and the view are also very nice, and there was a trampoline for the children and a ping-pong table for the adults outside. Kudos... and we would definitely come back (if they accommodate such a large group again).

01/07/2026: This review refers to the restaurant—an excellent restaurant serving traditional Tyrolean cuisine. The two waitresses were friendly. We dined upstairs in the summer and it was very comfortable. We ordered a sliced ​​beef steak and dumplings with goulash, and two desserts to finish. Delicious! Typical Alpine decor. Breathtaking view!

26/02/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the kitchen! Unfortunately, the service staff is lacking... there's no coordination among them, and many of the waiters seem to lack attention to detail! ... you have to wait forever to be served or have your plates cleared. Side salads were taken from the main courses even before the appetizers had arrived... we waited 45 minutes for just one pizza bread as an appetizer... and then overheard an argument with the two waitresses about it... The service could definitely be better! The food was amazing 👍 The price was right! They have a lot of delivery orders, which is probably why the wait is so long...

04/06/2026: We had breakfast at the meeting point. It was a very good breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks, all fresh and delicious. We were even asked several times if we wanted seconds, which isn't always the case these days. The value for money is excellent! I highly recommend it!

The food was of very high quality and beautifully presented. The flavors were intense and delicious. The risotto and the pizza puttanesca were outstanding. Highly recommended! The service was unobtrusive and attentive. We'll be back!

04/02/2026: Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.
