11/05/2024: La migliore pasticceria e rosticceria di tutto l'alto Adige. Cannoli e cassatine e tutti i prodotti siculi di ottima qualità.. se vi recate non giudicate l'apparenza ma la sostanza dei prodotti.

27/12/2023: Il posto è veramente bello e l'atmosfera è incantevole, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Non ci aspettavamo una location tanto curata nei dettagli, una struttura tradizionale ma orientata al contemporaneo. Da vegana purtroppo ci sono pochissime e poco interessanti proposte sul menù, basterebbe veramente poco. Gli altri commensali hanno molto apprezzato la cucina tipica, dicendo anche che è stata la migliore esperienza in tutta la vacanza.

10/08/2023: The focus on local is evident in the high quality of meat and produce. Good value for money. Our reception and service was rather chaotic, though very friendly. Cosy scandi-chalet vibe, with locals hanging out at the bar. Suitable for vegetarians, kid and dog friendly.

07/07/2026: One of the worst customer service experiences we have had in Italy. We came to this café and ordered 2 iced Americanos, 2 lemon drinks, and later added a cappuccino. The lemon drinks arrived with ice, but the Americanos arrived hot, even though we clearly asked for iced Americanos. We tried to explain the mistake using a translator because we do not speak Italian, but instead of trying to understand and help, the staff refused to solve a very simple issue. We only asked for ice to make the drinks what we originally ordered. The staff member refused and acted as if our request was unreasonable, even though the same café had already served ice with the lemon drinks. The cappuccino was also not prepared correctly. When we tried to speak with another staff member, he was extremely unprofessional, refused to communicate in English, raised his voice, and treated us with disrespect instead of helping a customer. The problem was never just the coffee — mistakes happen — the problem was the attitude and the lack of basic customer service. We left disappointed, not because of a wrong drink, but because of how we were treated. A simple apology and a little effort would have solved everything.

27/12/2024: Scrivo questa recensione affinché altre persone non vengano truffate per un tale prodotto mediocre. Sono stata nel locale oggi a pranzo, la scelta era solo di tre tipologie di bruschette: una con pomodorini,rucola e formaggio, un'altra uguale ma con l'aggiunta della mortadella e l'ultima con tartare di carne. In nessun luogo del locale sono esposti i prezzi, in quanto non vi è nemmeno un menù cartaceo. La sorpresa arriva nel momento del conto, dove per una bottiglia di acqua frizzante e due basiche bruschette con le verdure abbiamo speso 39€. Inutile dirlo, non verremo mai più.

14/08/2024: Piccolo bar in centro, con tavolini all'esterno. Proprietario molto cordiale. Ci ha consigliato una buona bruschetta con una battuta eccellente, accompagnata da due calici altrettanto buoni.

08/07/2026: A quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive to customers. It was the first time I'd gotten a perfect coffee, just as I asked for.

28/04/2026: The best pastries in Bolzano! And the cakes are amazing too!!

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, the restaurant is permanently closed. Google Maps says it is open. We parked far away and walked to it. Parking is difficult.
