20/10/2025: Feels like home! We spent a weekend at this farmhouse nestled in the beautiful Tuscan hills. It's in a great location, just 15 minutes from Pienza and 15 minutes from Montepulciano. Excellent food, breakfast with homemade cakes and jams! The staff were kind and friendly, with special attention to Antonella and her son! We'll definitely be back... I highly recommend it!
18/09/2025: Agriturismo? It's definitely more than that. It's nice to see how the grandparents take care of things and pass everything on to the next generation. The food is honest and very good! The scenery is simply stunning. The rooms may be a bit dark, but they are lovingly furnished and beautiful!
There's nothing to complain about! Keep it up, Familia Belagaggio!🤗

The singers performed great English and Italian songs!
The service was very friendly! The food was delicious, the drinks selection was extensive, and the prices were reasonable!
Parking was easy! Highly recommended!

31/10/2025: Warm and helpful staff. Our room was in rustic Tuscany style and comfortable. There is a walking trail passing through vineyards offering nice views of Tuscany rolling hills, and we enjoyed our morning walks there. We enjoyed our daily breakfast, but regrettably, missed out on having dinner at the restaurant because it was fully booked for the evening.
28/10/2025: Beautiful setting, unique rooms that began as an olive mill 1300 years ago but have been more recently renovated. Great service from all the staff.

01/10/2025: Small hotel outside the historic center, but in an excellent location, close to the train station, a large supermarket, and ample parking.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Spacious and clean room with TV and minibar stocked with complimentary water.
Bathroom with shower, window, hairdryer, towels, and soap.
The first two floors are accessible by elevator, while the third floor is accessed by stairs from the second floor.
A key to the front door is provided, so you can come and go at any time.
One afternoon it rained, but we spent it peacefully in the comfortable lounge with TV.
Breakfast is varied, sweet and savory, and good. The only flaw is the lack of a buffet table; you have to ask for what you want and it is brought to your table directly from the kitchen.
A positive experience, recommended.

Traditional Tuscan food well made with excellent ingredients. We had the truffle mushroom pasta and the Florentine steak.

24/11/2025: A simple, family-run trattoria that lives up to expectations and surprises with the price. Having two first courses and two second courses, a side dish, a dessert, water, and a 1/4 cup of red wine for €44 is unthinkable in Italy these days.
Everything was simple but delicious, just like you'd cook at home.
The owner deserves my respect for his dedication and honesty in his work.

05/07/2025: El mismo día que llegamos a la Toscana decidimos ir a un restaurante cercano recomendado por el hotel. Llegamos al establecimiento donde mi hija de 11 años (que habla Italiano con fluidez) se adelantó y preguntó si podían hospedarnos a los 4.
El anfitrión inmediatamente comenzó a maltratarla, en voz muy alta, preguntándole si no era capaz de levantar el teléfono y llamar para solicitar una reserva, entre otras ofensas. Se aseguró de que todo el restaurante pudiera escucharlo e incluso después de que salimos del restaurante pudimos escucharlo haciendo bromas sobre nosotros y los clientes riendo.
Seamos claros aquí: si logras ser cruel con un niño, no es un rasgo de personalidad ni tampoco se trata de que no te importe lo que piensen los demás. ES SIMPLEMENTE CRUEL Y MALVADO. Y los clientes que se ríen son igual de malos.
Por lo tanto, te sugiero que si lees este post y estás en Montefollonico evites este restaurante o, si lo prefieres, pases por allí, pidas una mesa y cuando te traten mal respondas en el buen y viejo Italiano: VAFFAN… C. U. ¡¡¡L.O!! !! !

21/10/2025: Food and service were outstanding. Not to mention the stunning view. My husband and I went there for a coffee at first and the staff was so lovely we decided to go back for brunch. After that we went back for dinner. We just couldn't get enough of this place. We had a 3 weeks vacation driving around Italy and our experience at Terraza was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The dinner we had was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant. Andrea and Nico were lovely and offered impeccable service. Looking forward to my next Lake Como trip.

01/06/2025: Da wir am Nachmittag essen wollten, fanden wir endlich dieses Lokal. Insgesamt war es gut, die Selbstanpreisung der Familie erfüllte die Ankündigung nicht. Nach einer Woche Toskana ist der Bogen des Angebotes erschöpft. Freundlich und schön im Garten zu sitzen. Da ist es egal, wie lange es dauert…

04/01/2025: Carne di qualità. il filetto alle macine era ottimo (servito con rucola e salsa tartufata). Buona anche la bistecca (abbondante) e la tagliata. Dolci nella media. Prezzi buoni.

01/01/2025: Ero stata a cena in questo ristorante un paio di volte mangiando sempre bene soprattutto i piatti di pesce quindi quando ho visto il menù per l'ultimo dell'anno non ho esitato a prenotare. Purtroppo la cena si è rivelata pessima, piatti insapore, pasta scotta, pici che dovevano essere in crema di finocchi e cozze serviti senza alcun condimento e papposi, dolce ridicolo un bicchiere di crema, che sinceramente era fatta anche bene, servita con un mini triangolo di pandoro, in pratica un bicchiere di crema da mangiare senza niente, ovviamente impossibile e stucchevole. Ok, il prezzo della cena era contenuto ma questo non è un buon motivo per cucinare male. Inoltre il locale era freddo e c'era corrente d'aria, capirete che la sera di S. Silvestro le signore con gli abiti da sera hanno sofferto il freddo tutta la sera.
Che peccato!
13/11/2024: Il locale dispone di una terrazza panoramica. L’interno è un po’ anonimo e scarno. Menu vario e interessante, servizio accurato e cordiale. Ottimi i pigi al ragù bianco e il tortino di zucca. Pessima la tagliata al pepe verde, fredda e dura, immangiabile. È stata però tolta dal conto. Insufficiente il tiramisù.

21/08/2024: Cucina tradizionale senese di qualità assolutamente eccezionale.
Per esperienza diretta e per testimonianza di molti amici abitanti a Montepulciano e dintorni, posso assicurare che per qualità dei piatti si tratta della migliore trattoria in un raggio di alcune decine di kilometri.
