23/09/2025: Absolutely a two-Michelin-star dinner. Heinz Beck's sous chef is the chef. The dishes are exceptional, ecstatic. An incredible experience.

18/08/2025: What can I say... A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...

17/12/2025: An enchanting place where you can experience relaxation, peace, beauty, and traditional flavors. My husband and I felt incredibly pampered by Mrs. Patrizia and Chef Francesco. The room was elegant, clean, warm, and comfortable. The dinner was delicious, not to mention the delicious breakfast. The owner was so kind and attentive! I highly recommend Villa Vetrichina because it's surrounded by nature and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. We'll definitely be back soon!

12/11/2025: The cooking class we took at Villa Vetrichina was the absolute highlight of our European vacation. Patrizia was the consummate hostess supplying flexiblity, great directions, great communication as well as being just a wonderful person. Chef Francesco was awesome to work with. So full of energy and exuberance. He kept us in stitches all evening. Not to mention keeping us in mounds of food that fed four of us for three days afterwards. We learned so much and will take these lessons (and amplifying info sent via email with all the recipes) home with us to help us recreate this wonderful experience. So highly recommended.

25/02/2026: Pros: Large pool complex, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of linens, cleanliness. Cons: The details. Lack of attention to dietary restrictions, which were stated in writing and repeatedly verbally (use of allergens even if not listed on the menu), even in room amenities. These are serious issues in my opinion (which cost me two days of illness and the resulting cancellation of my plans for those two days). I can't comment on the breakfast buffet because I was too unwell to leave the room and eat. Less serious, but still noticeable, issues are: in the room (suite), an exposed plastic drain in the bathroom and a lack of basic toiletries (obviously not towels, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable soaps, etc.), lack of clear signage (besides me, I saw many guests wandering around asking for information), some areas were decidedly poorly organized (there was no room to leave bathrobes and slippers in the private pool. The indoor loungers were definitely insufficient for the influx of guests.). Leaks and humidity. Which are expected in a spa. But in a 5-star resort. The overall experience is something I'm forced to reject it.. Especially considering the overall cost.. I don't just mean money obviously.

15/02/2026: Overall, the property is worth the price. The receptionists, hotel, bar, and restaurant staff are impeccable. Professional and reliable. I'm a satisfied customer. I'd like to leave a hopefully constructive comment about the restaurant: we've been to your other properties (ex Grotta Giusti) and were completely satisfied with the food. Unfortunately, the cuisine at the restaurant at Fonteverde isn't up to par with the property. I'm not saying the food is bad, but it's just not up to par. I hope this comment is constructive, as the property is truly unparalleled and the staff is highly professional. The central bar is absolutely worthy: I've never had such a good drink. For this very reason, it's truly a shame not to elevate the restaurant's cuisine to 5-star standards. We'll definitely be back; we had a great time.

20/01/2026: A lovely place for a meal with friends, with a wide and varied menu and impeccable service. Prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back and recommend it.
