23/09/2025: Absolutely a two-Michelin-star dinner. Heinz Beck's sous chef is the chef. The dishes are exceptional, ecstatic. An incredible experience.

18/08/2025: What can I say... A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...

17/10/2025: A perfect Tuscany getaway with the most thoughtful host. Our stay at Patrizia's villa was truly a magical experience that exceeded all expectations! The moment we drove down the secluded, winding road and saw the cozy house nestled amongst the trees, we knew we had found the perfect escape! The setting is absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature, with the birds singing and the breeze rustling through the leaves. The house itself was immaculate and clearly designed with comfort in mind, featuring everything we needed and more for a relaxing stay. The comfortable living & dining rooms with large windows and doors were the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the forest views. We spent our evenings stargazing from the back porch, which was a memory we will cherish. Patrizia is an incredible host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality are unmatched. She was always available to answer any questions and offered fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The thoughtfulness Patrizia put into every detail truly shows how much she cares about her guests' experience. And the meals! We were completely spoiled by Patrizia and chef Francesco. The delicious, home-cooked breakfasts and dinners were a highlight of our stay. The breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, and dinner each night was a gourmet feast. Every dish was prepared with care, using fresh ingredients that made the flavours truly shine. It was a wonderful treat to look forward to such incredible, homemade food after a day of exploring. We highly recommend Villa Vetrichina for a relaxing stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating trip with amazing food and an even more amazing host, this is the place for you. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

09/09/2025: I booked a cooking class with Patrizia and Franceso for my moms birthday through our hotel, fonteverde. It was an AMAZING experience. They made it feel like we were cooking with family. Learning how to make ravioli, pasta, sauce, veal, and chocolate salami. As much wine as we could drink and great music. They even lit a candle for mom’s birthday and played her favorite music. The food was outstanding and the property is beautiful. I cannot suggest this experience enough!

05/10/2025: Fantastic experience! My partner and I booked the weekend thermal wellness program, which includes access to the indoor and outdoor pools, many with whirlpools, an Etruscan circuit with sauna, Turkish bath, salt cave, and sensory showers. The location is stunning, with views of the Siena countryside, Monte Amiata, and Radicofani. The facilities are immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, including the changing rooms and crystal-clear pools. The garden is fabulous, and the bar and snack bar are convenient, offering salads, sandwiches, and delicious desserts. The staff is incredibly friendly. We will definitely return to this corner of paradise.

05/10/2025: We only used the pool, which was a ridiculously high price (€36) for basically a tub with a waterfall and four jets. Very few outdoor chairs, and sun loungers are available for a fee (€8). The relaxation area has a few sun loungers near the dining area, with tables of up to 10 people talking at very high volumes. Children in the pool are screaming and diving. The changing rooms are old and have very few seats.

11/09/2025: We were directed by our hotel in Druento, not far away, and so it seemed like the famous corner rescue; we settled outside in the area with the large gazebo, and Carlotta immediately welcomed us with a great variety of proposals, we chose a pasta, the ravioli del pin, and I a 🍕; everything well served, by the young and efficient staff, from the subsequent dessert proposals that are worth trying; all in a relaxing and pleasant setting, and then it is located in the main square with a large parking lot right in front, which is convenient. The only oddity, for us, is the Sunday closure which found us in the bs weekend; in any case, a nice place where you can eat and have a good time, without spending a fortune
