10/02/2026: I happened upon Furba for lunch on a Monday. The foreigners I was with were thrilled with the fresh food (fish), the location, and the owner's friendliness. I highly recommend it!
01/02/2026: My boyfriend and I had a great time at this restaurant. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly, and the food was truly delicious.
Reading some negative reviews, I was a little hesitant, but my experience was completely different and decidedly positive.
It's true that the prices aren't the lowest, but the menu offers a variety of options, and you can also choose something simpler.
Personally, I was satisfied and will gladly return.

16/02/2025: Eravamo in 6, 2 bambini e 4 adulti , abbiamo preso 2 antipasti 2 tortelli al ragù e 4 pizze , 4 dessert .. 3 bottiglie da 3/4 di birra e 1 bottiglia d'acqua . Abbiamo speso la bellezza di 209 € 106 a coppia a me non era mai capitato un conto così caro ...

27/04/2025: Dopo la visita alla Villa Medicea abbiamo trovato questo splendido posto.
Ogni pietanza eccellente.
Dai carciofi fritti, passando per il farrotto con verdure di stagione, alla bavetta di Angus con patate arrosto e per finire una cheesecake!
Ottima conclusione di una vacanza in Toscana.
Personale di sala e proprietari tutti molto gentili.
04/04/2025: Giovane realtà di Carmignano molto interessante con prospettive future rosee e sicuramente da seguire. Allevamento Wagyu e produzione vini in Loco.

12/04/2025: Absolutely negative. We asked for a Tom Collins cocktail and he didn't know what it was, so we settled for a mimosa and a Negroni, explaining that the mimosa is a variant of the Bellini. The orange juice was unfiltered, and the Negroni was awful, super watered down; I've never had such a mess. When you show off a bartender's sign, you can't go wrong; furthermore, it was all accompanied by a small bowl of chips and a bowl of peanuts, even though there were two of us. 16 euros was definitely too much! A disappointment on all fronts.
